Awesome hotel. Great room. But partner gym was a horrible experience. Picture og gym was amazing and a reason why we did choose this hotel, but it was like a workout inside a public toilet.

Good hotel in the city centre. Room spacious and clean. The only issue I asked to the reception to have lunch with few clients in the restaurant at 27th but it seems is closed for lunch, it’s unacceptable for 5* hotel.

Fantastic place to stay. The views across Katowice are amazing. Breakfast has a vast selection, good quality. Cocktail bar is a great way to spend an evening. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the linen of the highest quality. Staff were polite and friendly.

I’m used to stay in this hotel during my trip to Katowice but this time I was really upset. I booked a king size bed room but I found at my arrival 2 single beds room, asking explanation the reception replied me hotel was fully booked and not available king size bed. I paid for a king size bed ! I expected to be upgrade following this inconvenience but I should sleep in a single bed, really horrible. I’m not sure I’ll come back again

Rooms were lovely, was a little disappointed in the offering at the restaurant, very little food to choose from no local dishes, no bar snacks available. Some of the staff were really quite rude, especially after checkout when you’re still utilising hotel reception facilities. Great value for money overall, though the exception of the breakfast, it’s okay if you want to eat everything for a pastry and a coffee £20 each is a little extreme

The hotel is in a good location with amazing views. Unfortunately, I had an accident due to poor locker design - assistance was poorly and disorganized. I had to wait 1 hour for help to get a wound dressing kit, as they could not find it... No apologies, no sympathy. Just pay up and leave. Left a bitter aftertaste...

Rooms were lovely, was a little disappointed in the offering at the restaurant, very little food to choose from no local dishes, no bar snacks available. Some of the staff were really quite rude, especially after checkout when you’re still utilising hotel reception facilities. Great value for money overall, though the exception of the breakfast, it’s okay if you want to eat everything for a pastry and a coffee £20 each is a little extreme

Great location. Smoke free. Clean. Quiet. English Channel. Market. Great customer service. Only issue was eggs. But that was same case in every location. Soft Cooked Watery scrambled. eggs. Who cooks eggs with water?

Good hotel in the city centre. Room spacious and clean. The only issue I asked to the reception to have lunch with few clients in the restaurant at 27th but it seems is closed for lunch, it’s unacceptable for 5* hotel.

Arrived at ten and restaurant was closed. For such a large hotel, it is a shame that they could not even offer a light bite. So had to have a pack of pringles from the hotel shop.

Fantastic place to stay. The views across Katowice are amazing. Breakfast has a vast selection, good quality. Cocktail bar is a great way to spend an evening. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the linen of the highest quality. Staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel is just between the new cultural institutions and the city center. We stayed a few days and the service was impeccable. The staff was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The room was spacious and the additional USB-plugs were a plus. We had a drink in the bar on the 27th floor and both the drink and the view were stunning. While there is a short distance to public transport, we got used to the extra 100 meters to the town square, Rynek, from which a lot of trams are going. In general is the public transportation system within the full region very good. We opted out of breakfast, slept a bit longer, and had brunch in the city.

Pretty pretty pretty good. …… at the hotel. Great staff. Great. Location. Near huge grocer …. Walking distance to the sphinx. A great local restaurant. the 27th floor. Hmmmm. Expensive meal with paper napkins. …? No dress code , ppl came with. Too small BLue Jean shorts. Tshirt too tight and With giant hairy atmosphere seem . But. The hotel. is better in And I have been to many in Katowice. Oh. I forgot to say.the tv is outdated. Not a smarocoff and on as you are watching it. It can’t really hold Netflix. Or most streaming. And yes I came to Poland to watch tv …if you are wondering.

Elsket rommene og utsikten fra hotellet. Frokosten er standard og god, men jeg personlig opplevde den som begrenset ift. utvalget, den var noe mindre enn en vanlig hotellfrokost. Det var også mangel på glutenfritt brød - jeg hørte fra en annen gjest at de ikke hadde hatt det på 3 dager. Ellers var de ansatte hyggelige og hjelpsomme utenom ei som satt i resepsjonsdisken med airpod i det ene øret og så på videoer mens jeg stilte spørsmål - for denne standarden av hotell forventer jeg mer. Ellers fantastisk og booker der igjen!
