I enjoyed my stay. The shower was draining slowly so I showered in a foot of water. Gross

We arrived 945pm to a quick but brusque check in. Tired, we faced a shower with lukewarm water. Next morning, the water was warmer but only a little. The toiletries were Dove brand creamy, oily, ineffective and in squeeze bottles fixed to the wall. The rooms floor layout is mazelike and while there are many marked Exits, none indicated whether it led to the elevators. Neither was the route to the elevators clearly marked. It was poor value for the price.

The only gripe was that the AC in the room was loud but it might have been just my room.

Everything was lovely. The only problem was that one of the elevators was out which made for long waits. But that’s a temporary problem. The suite is incredibly spacious and the space is nice.

The second hotel elevator has been out of service for over a year. There’s no reason why an elevator should be out of service for over a year. The wait for the elevator is frequently unreasonably long.
