I don’t leave many reviews but I am hoping this helps staff at the hotel as well as potential guests. First for the good: location was nice, Mountain View, state park lake almost across street which was so nice! Quiet area overall. Hotel staff were all friendly. Served breakfast nothing crazy but had options. Sauna was nice and hot tub. Things that could be improved: ALL the pools were ice cold a heater would be so much better. The outside pool was dirty and looked unkept. I liked the options of indoor and outdoor pool though. Now for the room/ we had a room with a kitchen which was great! King bed, queen bed and full pull out couch. The room was great(2 bedrooms, huge bathroom with deep tub,living room space was also great) our fireplace didn’t work. There were many spiderwebs in the corners which I am petrified of, few spiders I found crawling as well. We will stay again but hope it is improved a bit!

This place is great overall and very clean and comfortable with large room sizes.. The kitchen stools were a little rickety and the stationary bikes didn’t work. The pool was great, the hot tub not hot and sauna didn’t heat up in the time they said it was going to so we couldn’t use. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony was a nice perk.

This place was amazing. We skied at mt sunapee, it was 5 minutes away. Best hot tub/ jacuzzi I’ve been in. Advertises continental breakfast but it was more than that. All included. It was like being home. And the cost is extremely reasonable. Had a two bedroom. Very pleased

The staff was all extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. The TV's picture quality in the room needs to be improved. The Wifi was also weak. The gym needs a major renovation with updated TV's and gym equipment. The temperature of the pool also needs to be increased as it was uncomfortably cold.

Huge comfortable suits, great for families. Loft has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Also gas fireplaces (though may not be running) which creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were in great condition. Highly recommend.

Really great place - clean, quiet, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, and even gluten free options at the free breakfast!! The beds were also extremely comfortable. We would definitely go back!!

Corey at the front desk was awesome when we checked in, very polite and knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The room was bigger than I thought it would be, like a small apartment. The pool area was excellent very clean.We would definitely be back.

The property location is not ideal. Property needs to be upgraded with new carpets with proper anmenities instead of plastic cups annd cheap cutlery in kitchen annd bathrooms. Water in taps barely came out from clogged taps. tv’s were perched high up over the fireplace and caused neck sprain. Weird smell in the corridors which was nauseous. Breakfast was cold and ok. We will not stay here again. Towels smelled of chlorine and no housekeeping. 2 star property and expensive for what it provides ti guests.

This resort was an awesome stay for a ski weekend. The rooms were big and spacious for ski equipment, and VERY cozy!!! They were super clean and the overall hotel itself was immaculate. The continental breakfast was perfect before heading over to Sunapee to ski! Free and easy parking! 10/10

We’ve stayed at Mountain Edge many times and enjoy our stay every time. The rooms are excellent - a bit dated, but in a ski lodge kind of way which we like, and much prefer over newer 3-star hotel style removals), and very quiet, our room this stay was a few doors down from the gaa peep even with lots of kids around

We love our stay with our family at this property for our anniversary. Everything was fantastic. Be aware that the suites with two bedrooms are only allocated in the lower , lower label, and instead a balcony, there will be a window with parcial view or not view al all , like if you are in a basement. Anyways we still enjoy very much with our family our stay.

Great hotel but breakfast is late (730 start) so we didnt get to eat. Also the tvs are completely useless. No cable, no on demand, no apps, just old school fox pbs abc. Please upgrade!!!

We had a room with 2 king beds. It was Very spacious with a second level with one bed, bathroom and seating area that our teenage daughter claimed. The kitchen area was more than sufficient. The only thing lacking was a view of the Lake. Great space.

My Husband and three sons drove from Southern Massachusetts during a snow storm and arrived at 11:30 am the day of check in. Check in is at 4pm. The hotel had lost power due to the storm. The hotel checked them in anyway and upgraded them at no charge to a 2BR suite with a wood stove. We think it was because at check in the power was out. When the power came back on they didn't ask them to move rooms. My kids were very excited about the large suite and plenty of beds. My Husband could not say enough good things about the staff who helped him out.

We stayed as a huge group for a basketball tournament and we were SOOO impressed. The rooms were wonderful and great for gathering, the pool was the hot spot for the littles and the staff was incredible. With teams of kids having fun sometimes hotels get annoyed, however this team was so professional. They asked kids that got out of hand to go to the room and let the rest have fun. I seriously cannot say how happy we were to have happened upon this hotel. Thank you!

The staff, our room along with the off season pricing made for a wonderful stay! We had an issue with our room heater (it wouldn’t shut off) they upgraded our room without a problem. We also enjoyed the breakfast 🌸

Beautiful area, the suites were very clean and bigger than expected. The staff was very polite and friendly, even when I booked 2 rooms instead of one! Very helpful in getting things straightened out. Highly recommend staying there, we will be back!

The property location is not ideal. Property needs to be upgraded with new carpets with proper anmenities instead of plastic cups annd cheap cutlery in kitchen annd bathrooms. Water in taps barely came out from clogged taps. tv’s were perched high up over the fireplace and caused neck sprain. Weird smell in the corridors which was nauseous. Breakfast was cold and ok. We will not stay here again. Towels smelled of chlorine and no housekeeping. 2 star property and expensive for what it provides ti guests.

This resort was an awesome stay for a ski weekend. The rooms were big and spacious for ski equipment, and VERY cozy!!! They were super clean and the overall hotel itself was immaculate. The continental breakfast was perfect before heading over to Sunapee to ski! Free and easy parking! 10/10

Great hotel but breakfast is late (730 start) so we didnt get to eat. Also the tvs are completely useless. No cable, no on demand, no apps, just old school fox pbs abc. Please upgrade!!!

The suites were spacious and well equipped, great for larger groups. My only suggestion is a rubber shower mat in the bathtub because the tub is very deep and a rubber mat would add a level of safety. Wish the place had a dining option and/or a pub.

First, the service was amazing. The afternoon/evening front desk gentlemen was extremely kind and helpful as we navigated an issue with the room we were originally given (that turned out to not be an issue so won’t bother mentioning). The rooms were slightly dated but clean and well maintained. The only downside of the room was the carpet - it wasn’t awful but was old and a bit musty. We are very sensitive to smells and allergens so others may not notice. That said it didn’t affect our allergies too much so it wasn’t that bad. Room comes with basic cooking equipment, plates and silverware. The room we got was a two bedroom but the queen bedroom doesn’t have a door that closes - it’s a separate room but is open to the living room/kitchen. This wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting for others. Beds were clean and looked new but weren’t the nicest mattresses. Same with the pillows. We did go to the indoor pools - it was pretty well maintained. They had locker rooms and a dry sauna but we didn’t use either. Continental breakfast was as you’d expect. Nothing hot was served but lots of options - including a whole gluten free section which you NEVER see at hotels and I great appreciated. The hotel was nice and the staff great but it definitely had “we were a reeeallly nice hotel before the pandemic and then we lost a lot of our extras” vibes. They used to have a spa, a bar, an outdoor pool and a restaurant but those are all gone. It was fine as is though.
