The room has 'only bed', nothing else. There's NO water bottle, cup, coffee/tea, electric kettle...literally nothing in the room (285 US dollar per night). You need to go down to lobby to take a cup of water or coffee. If you plan only 1 night, sleep and go early next day, it may be not a problem, but uncomfortable and unpleasant for 3 nights. I requested electric kettle to take hot water at room (I bought water for myself). First night, no response. 2nd night, apologized all kettles ran out, 3rd night, they brought one finally.

The location is amazing and makes this hotel the spot you should highly consider! The bathroom is itty bitty but all the bathrooms but they utilized it well. They did not have AC similar to all the shops and other hotels. So the temperature could be an issue if you are unlucky and it’s a rare 80 degree day. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Food was way better than I would expect.

We liked the location and its proximity to transportation and sights. The building is obviously an older one that has had additions and renovations. The single elevator from the main lobby is very small for the size of the hotel did not service the top two floors. Stairwells were confusing and hallways were maze like. The layout is not very user friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Beds were comfortable and we slept well each night.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We walked to every thing we wanted to do. We even walked from the train station with luggage without a problem. The only downside of the hotel was that there was no AC. The temp outside was only around 70 Fahrenheit but our room was hot. They gave a small fan but that didn’t cut the heat enough to make it comfortable

Super beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Dejlig morgenbuffet. Men et meget snavset hotel. Vi fik ikke gjort rent i 3 dage. Tæpperne på gangarealerne blev ikke støvsuget. Gulvet i restauranten var så klistret, fordi det ikke blev vasket.

Rommet var ikke rent når vi kom,støvet låg på lister og på gulvet,låg en 1,5 l tom brusflaske under sengen.???Rommet hadde hverken stol/skrivepult /garderobeskap eller kjøleskap/vannkoker.Dette står ikke i forhold til prisen.Frokosten var ok

観光地のフィッシュマーケットやブリッゲンに徒歩数分で行けました。また、電車の駅が近くにあり、空港へのアクセルも良かったです。 ただ、チェックインして部屋を訪れると、部屋のエアコンのリモコンはディスプレイが外れて壊れており、おそらく前の宿泊者のゴミが洗面所のゴミ箱に残ったままでした。 また、部屋の清掃では、タオル交換やベッドメイキングはしてもらえましたが、大量に絡まった髪の毛が何故か部屋に落ちており、不潔さを感じました。 また、部屋のアメニティにはティッシュとスリッパはなく、2人部屋でしたが、洗面所のコップ、ティーカップは1つずつしかありませんでした。

Dårlig renhold på rommet. Mye støv ved seng, på og under nattbord. Uforklarlig hull i vegg og post-it lapper hengende på vegg. Laken som var løse fra madrass. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen men underbemannet slik at det ble mye venting for å kunne sjekke inn. Utsjekk gikk fantastisk lett.

Det var fullt av hår på veggen i dusjen,og på flisene rundt vasken. I tillegg var det mye såperester på dusjveggen. Ga beskjed i resepsjonen, men de hadde ingen så kunne vaske. Så det gjorde eg selv. Sengen var god, men utrolig knirkete. Ellers var frokosten veldig god.

３泊しました。 毎日部屋のクリーニングをしてもらうよう、連日受付のスタッフに頼んだのですが、一日もしてくれませんでした。 朝食のクオリティや部屋の広さなど、良い点もたくさんあったのですが、非常に残念です。

The location is great, walkable to the tourist areas of Bergen. Our room was small, and there was an empty beverage container and pair of earrings left in the bathroom which made me wonder about the cleaning. We faced an interior alley which made the room quiet, though it was dark with a very unattractive view. Breakfast was included though the breakfast room was chaotic and the floor was oddly sticky. They give suggested times when it's less busy. Otherwise it's a mass of humanity either standing around waiting for something to come out or people and kids running around. The room and bed were adequate enough, but what we had was not a room you would hang around in. Overall, it's just an okay hotel.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bergen, walk to many restaurants and sights. The hotel is very nice, breakfast is excellent. However, as others have mentioned there is virtually no hanging space and no drawers. As such, suitcases have to be kept in the narrow walkway into the main part of the room and you have to 'live' out your suitcase. This was fine for us because we just had carry on but for two people with checked sized bags it might be difficult. We had a superior room with the harbour view which I think was well worth the extra.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and with a view over the harbour and city, especially magical in the evening. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was superb with a range of delicious, healthy choices. The location is superb, directly opposite the Tourist Visitor centre and easy walking to many places of interest. Loved it!

Hotel is is an amazing area - as good as it can get. Super small rooms. Bathroom shower literally folds up to make more room in the bathroom. No room to move around or additional seating aside from the bed

Great location and breakfast. Our room was on 6th floor at the rear of the hotel overlooking a loud vent which meant opening the window at night impossible due to the noise. Loud bottle drops into a bin also didn’t help. We were not able to reduce the temperature of the thermostat below 22.5 degrees which made for a stuffiness in the room.

Breakfast was fantastic. But, the street in front was too noisy at night (our window overlooked the harbor) and it kept waking us up despite that we closed the window.

I would not stay here ever again. No room for luggage, no luggage rack or table. Bathroom very small with NO ROOM FOR TOILETRIES, dining limited, NOISE ALL NIGHT INTO THE MORNING WITH YELLING AND SINGING, room too warm, elevator very slow. Staff would not accommodate to upgrade. Positive note, close to harbor and a Starbucks. I would not recommend.

First night I got a room that was above the entrance to Burger King. There was ALOT of noice trough out the night. The staff was very helpful and I got another room for the second night. This was to the courtyard, but there where big fans there so you could not have the windows open for som air. The fans made a lot of noice. Not the most inviting rooms, but clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was plesant. But next time I will try to find another hotell, a few blocks away form the main streets/areas.

The check-in process was slow as there were only 2 counters and approximately 4-5 families waiting to be checked in. Otherwise the stay was comfortable with a good variety for breakfast. Location is excellent.

Rooms very hot and courtyard view rooms are noisy. However everything else including location is first class. Staff outstanding. Great that you can pay about £7 for a ticket and make a packed lunch at breakfast with boxes and wrapping supplied. Breakfast first class. Staff first class. Cleanliness first class.

We were unable to lock our room door from the inside. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. The staff was helpful but we felt the front desk was understaffed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with arranging transportation to the airport.

The hotel staff was excellent any time we had a question or request. The hotel is located right across the tourist information center and really central to all the shops by the pier. The area does get busy when there are cruise ships in port but we used those days to go explore elsewhere. The daily breakfast has a good selection of food to choose from and if you are departing early will provide you a box to take it with you.

Hotel was very nice and the breakfast fantastic. The front desk personnel were uneducated about the city. In fact, I knew more about their city than they. They were also uneducated about the local bus/ train/ light rail service. In fact, they were not sure which bus goes to the airport. When asking for food recommendations they only knew what was across the street from the hotel. They were however, very polite.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and with a view over the harbour and city, especially magical in the evening. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was superb with a range of delicious, healthy choices. The location is superb, directly opposite the Tourist Visitor centre and easy walking to many places of interest. Loved it!

L'hôtel est très bien placé devant le port, idealement pour se promener dans Bergen, pour les zones à visiter et les transports. En revanche, nous avions une chambre standard dont le lit n'a rien de grand et nous donnions sur la rue derrière l'hôtel, tous les soirs des hurlements jusqu'à 1h30 du matin.

The Scandic Torget was in a great location. The interior could do with some refurbishment. Our room was very small but the windows didn’t all open and they were in poor condition. The choice at breakfast was excellent but sometimes it was hard to get a table, and there were long queues for the tea and coffee machine - only one had ‘fancy’ coffees.

Fabulous breakfast bar! The location was ideal for tourists. My only complaint would be the tiny bathrooms and shower. The corner shower didn't seal properly so water would go everywhere. I'm American so I may be just used to bigger rooms and showers though. Overall though, I would come back. Actually this was already my 2nd stay there.

Room a bit small but they all are in Scandinavia. But very clean and well organized. We only spent one night so just needed a place to crash; bed and sofa bed for 4 nicely made. The highlight is really the breakfast buffet. I have to say it is the best of all breakfast buffets I’ve had, including at American hotel executive lounges.

The area is extremely convenient to fish market, and to most of the surrounding tourist areas. Good location but the hotel was packed, breakfasts were chaotic, rooms were very small. I would give a shout out to the hotel that they gave us our room as soon as we arrived in the morning. Fantastic!

The best thing about this hotel is the excellent location in Bergen with everything at your doorstep. We walked no more than five minutes away to catch a bus or boat for all of our excursions. The rooms are tiny with very little storage but you get used to it. The breakfast offerings are wonderful which made for a great start to the day.

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was really good—with options available for gluten-free and vegan needs. The beds were comfortable. However, the lobby/bar area was far too small; there was nowhere to sit or relax because it was constantly crowded with arriving guests. We were assigned a really poor room (No. 435) and were so disappointed to find ourselves looking out onto an ugly back courtyard. There was nowhere to store our clothes or bags, and the room was so dull and dreary that it spoiled the whole atmosphere of our stay in Bergen. We had booked a standard room, and I wish they should make it clear that standard rooms have such an ugly view—and remove the photos from the website that show lovely views of the harbor.

Wenn 3 Personen für 4 Nächte zu sehr stolzen Preisen übernachten, würde man ein Auffüllen des Shampoos und des Toilettenpapiers und auch 3 Badetücher erwarten dürfen. Nur 1 Kaffeemaschine für einen vollbesetzten Speisesaal führt zu entsprechenden Wartezeiten. Die Lage ist aber top.

The room was updated and fine, but on the smaller side. Breakfast was good. Lobby was way too small and crowded, front desk also and understaffed. The check-in line was almost out on the street. And luggage storage on the unsafe safe, but worked thankfully.
