I like that the owner was on the property. This is an older motel. But it was very very clean. We always check the rooms. It was nice to have a slider door with a patio outside. I plan to stay at this motel again. Clean and affordable.

Very clean and friendly staff, outdoor patio was a welcomed suprise for pur room. Only problems were the shower was iffy and didn't have hot water at times and the beds were twrribly uncomfortable.

Would have been nice to have wooden floor shown in the picture. Instead of thr stained slightly musty carpet. It was freshly painted, the furniture was relatively new and it was clean. So, it appeared someone was trying. But the wifi was also very bad, only coffee and only in the morning and what bothered me the most, what is advertised as a patio is a fenced off storage area when I opened the window. So, that was pretty deceiving. It's also a run down area. Not terrible I guess if your on the road and just need a place to crash for the night. It's okay. Clean and fairly comfortable.

The location was ideal for going to the beach. The beach was perfect. The hotel is run down but the room was clean, the shower was amazing and the AC was great. The check in was definitely concerning when you arrive you have to dial a phone outside a window with posters warning of the surveillance, that there's NO Breakfast, despite what the website says, and they charge you a $100 room deposit that took 5 days to drop off my credit card. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, microwave, TV all in great working condition and the bathroom was good. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The AC was ancient but worked great. The lobby and outside of the hotel weren't in good shape. The neighborhood didn't seem especially safe and the door locks were janky. My major concern was cleanliness and the room met my expectations.

We were a little skeptical when we first arrived, but it was decent inside. The motel had a clean smell throughout and the staff greeted us right away. This was the first hotel that we have stayed where we received an actual key, versus a key card, but it seems they are in the middle of some renovations. The room was clean and spacious, included a fridge, microwave, 32" TV, and free Wi-Fi. As long as your not expecting a 5 star hotel for $70 a night, you should be perfectly happy with your stay at this motel. Especially being 20 minutes from Six Flags!

We walked into the hotel, which felt like an "rent by the hour" hotel. Hotel smelled. Walked into room and flipped on the main light switch by the door, didn't work. Had to hunt for another light. Sheets were stained on one of the beds. Room had a "mildew" smell and the humidity was horrible. TV remote did not work. The TV was stuck on ROKU and could not get the cable box to work. The blankets on the bed are basically tissue paper. We were in the room for about 30 and just decided to leave. It was already late and I did not feel like confronting the staff there. Tell you what....STAY AWAY! RUN! Stay somewhere else! HOTELS.COM should take this hotel off their platform.

The hotel smelled liked bad Curry and the room we stayed in was a horrible cigarette smell to the point where my fiancé and I couldn’t breath. But what can you truly ask for $160 for 2 nights. Overall the trip was fun but would have enjoyed it more if we staid at a different place.

Parking is convenient and the building is clean inside and outside. The rooms are comfy and clean and free of smoke smell. The linens smell clean and fresh. The bathrooms are clean and all the white surfaces are white and towels are neatly folded.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. There were a lot of guests at the hotel and it was very quiet, so that was great. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. But the faucet for the shower was damn near impossible to figure out. Took forever for the water to heat up, and then it was lukewarm at best. No drain plug for the tub. After a day of walking my feet were killing me and all I wanted to do was sit on the edge of the tub and soak by feet, but couldn't plug the drain and put hot water in the tub. Also the tv had very poor selection of channels. Mostly sports. I really wanted to give this little hotel a great rating because I love that idea that they're not owned by a multi-national conglomerate. I would give this place 5 stars if they had hot water and better tv channels. Nice little place for a good price.

It was comfortable, I would stay again, but i do not like the $100 deposit plus paying for the room. The deposit was for in case I smoked in the room. They need to get rid of that.

Arrived at 1am. Nice place, easy check in. Took photocopy of CC and DL, which I don’t like. Makes me nervous. But good stay and no complaints otherwise

Not so great. We had a half a roll of toilet paper and went down to ask for a roll. The guy argued with us that there was one in the room. There was not. He refused to give us one

The check in was definitely concerning when you arrive you have to dial a phone outside a window with posters warning of the surveillance, that there's NO Breakfast, despite what the website says, and they charge you a $100 room deposit that took 5 days to drop off my credit card. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, microwave, TV all in great working condition and the bathroom was good. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The AC was ancient but worked great. The lobby and outside of the hotel weren't in good shape. The neighborhood didn't seem especially safe and the door locks were janky. My major concern was cleanliness and the room met my expectations.

Unexpectedly fees of 100$ deposit which I never received back.. nothing in the room is worth 100$.. uneven lumpy floors.. stopped up shower drain.. tv did not work.. ac barely running.. gross pillows. Horrible stench I’m out clothes after 11 hours here.. stay was unbearable.. will update if I get my deposit back but I’m highly doubtful

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. There were a lot of guests at the hotel and it was very quiet, so that was great. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. But the faucet for the shower was damn near impossible to figure out. Took forever for the water to heat up, and then it was lukewarm at best. No drain plug for the tub. After a day of walking my feet were killing me and all I wanted to do was sit on the edge of the tub and soak by feet, but couldn't plug the drain and put hot water in the tub. Also the tv had very poor selection of channels. Mostly sports. I really wanted to give this little hotel a great rating because I love that idea that they're not owned by a multi-national conglomerate. I would give this place 5 stars if they had hot water and better tv channels. Nice little place for a good price.

Would have been nice to have wooden floor shown in the picture. Instead of thr stained slightly musty carpet. It was freshly painted, the furniture was relatively new and it was clean. So, it appeared someone was trying. But the wifi was also very bad, only coffee and only in the morning and what bothered me the most, what is advertised as a patio is a fenced off storage area when I opened the window. So, that was pretty deceiving. It's also a run down area. Not terrible I guess if your on the road and just need a place to crash for the night. It's okay. Clean and fairly comfortable.

Convinately located to Fishing Harbors for Kenosha or Winthrop. Quite clean plenty of food options close by. I wish they could have coffee in the rooms or lobby. Great place for long wknd

The room I stayed in was clean and quiet and the location is very nice being close to the lake. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Great value for price. Would go again in an instant.

We were a little skeptical when we first arrived, but it was decent inside. The motel had a clean smell throughout and the staff greeted us right away. This was the first hotel that we have stayed where we received an actual key, versus a key card, but it seems they are in the middle of some renovations. The room was clean and spacious, included a fridge, microwave, 32" TV, and free Wi-Fi. As long as your not expecting a 5 star hotel for $70 a night, you should be perfectly happy with your stay at this motel. Especially being 20 minutes from Six Flags!

Would have been nice to have wooden floor shown in the picture. Instead of thr stained slightly musty carpet. It was freshly painted, the furniture was relatively new and it was clean. So, it appeared someone was trying. Room was clean air conditioner ,shower, tv, fridge and microwave all worked perfectly Bed was comfortable with nice feather pillows. Staff was wonderful very nice, understanding, helpful and very attentive. Thank you! The only thing I would like to suggest is coffee,tea, water and juice in the mornings in the front lobby otherwise everything was very quiet and pleasant.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Motel is a bit dated and doesn't have the best lighting but appears its under new ownership thst are trying to update and modernize the building.. Not many amenities but location. Is good and the area is a quiet and close enough to travel.

There aren't a lot of hotels in this area so your options are limited. The hotel is very dated and some things haven't been updated in many years. But you could tell they made an effort to clean. The window was cracked and the bathroom floor tile was cracked. The ceiling light was on a timer so it kept turning off. But the sheets seem clean and there was no indication of any bug activity. The room had the toiletries you would need for a couple days. If you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you. If you're looking for decent and inexpensive compared to the hotels around the area- consider this hotel.
