Price quality ratio was the best. You have to pay for the parking tho (not the first time). breakfast was great and nothing really wrong

エレベーターが無い。エアコンが無い。湯沸かしポットが無い。コインランドリーが無い。しかし、全て何とかなった。強いて言えば冷蔵庫とバスマットはあった方が良かった。7:30からの朝食はもう少し早く提供していただければ1日の計画に余裕が生まれる。コーヒーはおいしい。

Zimmer war schön groß. Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel (100 Kronen am Tag). Frühstück war gut. Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby ganzen Tag inklusive.

Hotel comodo ma far pagare il parcheggio ai clienti lo trovo un po’ assurdo.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Als Gast erhält man einen Rabatt fürs parken. Frühstück war gut und Abwechslungsreich. Das Bad war allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Preis / Leistung gerade noch ok.

Good hotel with free parking lot right in front of hotel. It is enjoyable to have breakfast outside under the sun viewing the bay. The only thing not good is that the hotel doesn't have elevators—we had to carry two big luggage cases upstairs through stairs

Hotellet kändes gammalt och slitet. Heltäckningsmatta i rummet. Ingen vattenkokare på rummet. Hiss saknas.

Close to the hikes we wanted to do . Good choices for food in the area as well . Breakfast was great , free coffee etc.

Struttura nel complesso buona. Ottima la colazione, super abbondante e con molta scelta. E ottimo il servizio di reception H24. Alcune Stanze si trovano al pian terreno e fronte parcheggio: quindi se si aprono le tende non si dispone di privacy. Parcheggio a pagamento .

Flott opphold,super frokostbuffet ,hyggelig betjening og flott utsikt,men rommet var dårlig rengjort og ble ikke vasket di tre dagene vi var der,ikke ble sengene redd opp.Fikk byttet håndklær.Men vi kommer gjærne tilbake.

Städning endast när man säger till vilket är bra men när man ber om städning så byts endast handdukarna ut. Inget annat. Var där i fyra nätter och bad om städning en gång. Men fantastisk bra frukost och läget är bra.

Fint läge med utsikt över hamninloppet, god frukost. Otrevlig avloppslukt i badrummet.

Many rooms are outside the parking lot like a motel & the area is an industrial park. We could hear people talking outside & through the air vents. The bathroom had hair & dried boogers in the shower, the bed had 2 overlapping sheets as the mattress cover, no outlets by the bed, no desk, no space for towels in the bathroom, no drinking glasses, and poor water pressure. It was so much lower quality than other Scandic hotels. A 100m away is a brand new Thon Hotel for the same cost. Wish I had known that. This Scandic should be your last resort! The staff were friendly though and the breakfast was acceptable.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 2 notti durante il nostro viaggio alle Lofoten. La struttura è datata e la ns camera, a piano terra, con dotazioni "minimal". Il bagno al nostro arrivo aveva uno sgradevole odore con qualche dubbio sulla pulizia. Ottima e molto varia invece la colazione e buona la posizione per la visita del paese. Parcheggio comodo antistante l'hotel. Struttura che necessita di un ammodernamento delle stanze. Eccessivo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Leider wurden unsere Betten während des Aufenthalts nicht gemacht. Um neue Handtücher mussten wir uns selbst kümmern. Das fanden wir nicht so toll. Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich waren nicht sehr freundlich und keineswegs serviceorientiert.

Alldeles för dyrt för den dåliga standarden på rummen. Dåligt städat, vatten läckte in under duschväggen så hela golvet på toa-delen dränktes. Toalettsitsen var trasig. Ingen mysig utemiljö. Fast sänglampan var ok

Bra hotell med jättefint läge vid inloppet i Svolvear. God frukost med mycket att välja på. Stort fint rum, lite dammigt bara o fönstret vsr trasigt o gick inye att stänga.

Even nadenken voordat je dit hotel boekt. Het is heel erg oud, de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt tussendoor, alleen schone handdoeken werden er neergelegd, bed werd ook niet opgemaakt. Voor de rest is het ok, ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en smaakt goed.

Front desk gives the best service possible, are very friendly, helpful and nice! But what happened to housekeeping? We stayed 3 nights. After the first the room was properly cleaned. Day 2 somebody came in to take 1 of 2 towels, no replacement, didn't make the bed, didn't "clean", but opened the window. Strange, I don't understand! And Scandic; a "summer hotel" like this Motel is a great idea, but why not preserve the "Scandic standard"? Had a "motel" room, entrance from the outside. That is fine, specially since there is no elevator to floor 2 or 3! But the rooms are SO small, here is no room more than 1 person to move around! There is no place for the suitcase, except on the floor - one has to climb through the suitcases in order to get around the bed to the bathroom! Imagen when 2 pers. have to share this room, there is no space for 2 suitcases opened at the same time. A couple of hooks on the wall would be of great help, instead of the two nails sitting there for "room service" signs. If you are a camper looking for a comfortable bed indoors and a private bathroom, this might be for you. I'm sorry but I can't recommend Scandic Vestfjord Lofoten for anyone else. Breakfast is nice but the 1 and only girl working can't keep up. The scramble eggs are soon gone and not replaces. If you are lucky there might be a fried egg left. No more will come. Coffee maker remained broken, had to go to the reception, also for tea water. For NOK 1766 I expect more, even at Lofoten.

Hadde rom på bakkenivå ut mot parkeringen. Sengene og rommet var generelt ok, men det var ekstremt lydt (hørte når andre var på do, snakket og gikk i dørene), trangt og noe svakt på renholdsfronten. Fikk også utlevert feil rom da vi kom med kun enkeltseng (vi var to). Blir litt for dårlig når prisene på rom er såppas stive.

Gammelt og slitent hotell. Hadde heller ikke kjøleskap, vannkoker eller kaffe og te, som man forventer i våre dager

für ein scandic hotel waren wir schon enttäuscht - unser zimmer war direkt vorm parkplatz - zimmer war sehr sehr klein - vorhänge mussten immer geschlossen sein - sonst einsicht ins zimmer von der straße aus - frühstück war für ein scandic hotel angemessen

Behageligt ophold i rummeligt værelse med udsigt over byen. Hotellet har parkeringsplads, og der er mulighed for spisning i nærheden.

We stayed in room 221, a large corner room which had lovely views to two sides. Breakfast fantastic. Hotel is ideal for the Hurtigruten ship and also the Arctic Route Bus.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht Probleme zu lösen. Frühstücksbüffet ist durchschnittlich, das Servicepersonal ist sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer sind abgewohnt und alt. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder .....

All staff we talked to were friendly and professional. The hotel is along side the wharf- near warehouses and large got industry. An odd location when driving in. Easy to walk to central plaza and restaurants. A basic, no frills hotel that is clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

Bra läge för att gå in till tex restaurang. Killen som tog emot var trevlig och försökte hjälpa oss när vi hade fram går om vandringar. Han var inte därifrån så visste inte så mycket. Vi bodde tre nätter och fick endast städat första dagen sen var det smutsigt och vi fick själva hämta rena handdukar. Dåligt och tråkigt bemötande i receptionen. Ett plus var en bra frukost.

The shower did not always have hot water. The staff told us a trick to try, but we could not improve the situation. The next staff member we spoke to offered to move us to a different room. I feel most of the staff were very helpful.

I asked the staff if I can book a second room (there were three of us), and she seemed to not understand. I asked about the ferries, and she knew nothing of the ferries in the area. The breakfast room was too small; why not open up breakfast earlier?

Vi hade en jättetrevlig vistelse på Scandic Vestfjord Lofoten. Trevlig personal, fina rum, bra läge och en mycket god och fin frukost! Kommer helt klart bo här igen!

Hotell på kaien, sentralt i Svolvær. Kjekt å følge med Hurtigrutas ankomst nær hotellveggen. God frokost.

Det aller meste er veldig bra, men eksteriør menig kunne blitt pyntet opp litt. Fin beliggenhet men veldig dårlig skilting til hotellet.

Sliten brakkerigg av et hotell til alt for dyr pris. Dårlig frokost. En servitør som kaster brødsmuler på gulvet fra alle bordene sier litt. Nei styr unna.
