Luxurious and Panoramic Nile view.

Beautiful accommodations, clean, with shops and restaurants nearby. The view is gorgeous. The host, Nabil, is very easy to work with and responsive. He will ensure all of your needs are met throughout your stay. Highly recommend!

Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt.Auf den ersten Blick, wie auf den Fotos.Auf den zweiten Blick : Möbel fleckig und durchgessen, Wifi sehr, sehr langsam, Küche ( Essensreste auf Herd und in Kühlschrank)und Toilette schmutzig. Renovierungsbedürftig. In der näheren Umgebung nichts zu erkunden. Sogar im 7. Stock war der Strassenlärm durch schlechte Verglasung zu hören.

Nice view on the Nile and the pyramids. Great location, many restaurants around. Not many turists in this area. A good way to discover the real egyptian life. An effort can be made on the cleanliness of the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Nabil was very responsive and easy to work with. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We could see the pyramids and watch the sunset over the Nile River. The location is very hard to find so I suggest googling Dam Dam Maadi (a clothing store) and the GPS will take you right there. We were really looking forward to washing our clothes when we got to Egypt. The place was advertised with a washer, but it did not work. No complaints other than the washer.
