The location is great. Close proximity to the town snd pubs etc. Reception and waiting staff were incredibly friendly including room service. They were kind enough to allow a slightly later check out too. But the breakfast was below par. The carpets through accomodation and in the room are filthy. The dlevator to the rooms is not adequately maintained and I queation if its ever serviced. The lobby and toilets nearby had an odor comingvfrom pipes of sewerage. Its a real shame as a Carlovuan this place was the place to br years ago but hasn't had an decor update in 20 plus years. Very outdated drcor. Snd spicy in price at 229 for a Sat night. No issue with the charge but it was far from a 4 star more like a sub par 3 star hotel. Absolutely dusgusted. I've stayed in The Dplnen atalbotvzmount Eolsey abd any of these are miles ahead of this place. Fantastic staff though.

Staff were fantastic, room was very comfortable and very clean, leisure club and pool were a huge hit with my children. We'd definitely stay again if we're visiting the area on future.

Room was freezing when we arrived, then was too hot during the night and no way to adjust heating. Shower was luke warm, room needs refurbishment. The leisure centre only opens at 10:30am and the specific machines you want to use are only turned on when you ask. Also too strict on hat and flip flops at pool when they don’t provide them to purchase. Wouldn’t have been too bad if it wasn’t €200 a night which was a rip off for what we got

Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.

We really enjoyed our stay, food excellent and service fantastic. Just a couple of small points, the heating was on when not necessary and in some rooms heaters could not be turned off. The lighting for use of mirrors very poor. Overall most enjoyable and would stay again.

I've stayed in The Dplnen atalbotvzmount Eolsey abd any of these are miles ahead of this place. Fantastic staff though.

The location is great. Close proximity to the town snd pubs etc. Reception and waiting staff were incredibly friendly including room service. They were kind enough to allow a slightly later check out too. But the breakfast was below par. The carpets through accomodation and in the room are filthy. The dlevator to the rooms is not adequately maintained and I queation if its ever serviced. The lobby and toilets nearby had an odor comingvfrom pipes of sewerage. Its a real shame as a Carlovuan this place was the place to br years ago but hasn't had an decor update in 20 plus years. Very outdated drcor. Snd spicy in price at 229 for a Sat night. No issue with the charge but it was far from a 4 star more like a sub par 3 star hotel. Absolutely dusgusted. I've stayed in The Dplnen atalbotvzmount Eolsey abd any of these are miles ahead of this place. Fantastic staff though.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of every aspect. All round it is a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay there again. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.

My only real complaint is no plant-based milk and butter-type spread. It was easy enough to put together a hot or cold vegan breakfast. The addition of oat milk and a spread and peanut butter would have made it excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay, food excellent and service fantastic. Just a couple of small points, the heating was on when not necessary and in some rooms heaters could not be turned off. The lighting for use of mirrors very poor. Overall most enjoyable and would stay again.

The hotel is lovely albeit a bit dark with all the wood.Staff friendly,breakfast good. Room was very warm, no airconditioning small windows.Though that didnt put us off our stay.Overall a pleasant stay was had.

Équipe très courtoise. Salon et restaurent rustique très jolie. Parking fermé top avec pas mal de place Par contre il n'y avait pas d'air conditionné avec les fortes température notre chambre était un vrai four. Juste un petit ventilateur pour aérer. La fenêtre ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir plus de 5 centimetre. Dommage surtout que notre chambre était juste en dessous de la toiture et qu'un étage en dessous cela aurait été respirable.

a run down and low maintenance hotel. Bathroom is renovated and works great. Bed and mattress are old and need to be replaced a long time ago.
