New room was a bit modernized, but bathroom was just as old and moldy as the previous room. The men’s shower facility by the pool also needs an update. Moldy curtains. Game room features at several games that don’t work. Again, service was ok. But I felt the room was way overpriced for the end result.

Fantastic value for money. Great free leisure centre (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room). Nice breakfast at a reasonable price. Hotel is a bit tired, but the bed was very comfortable. Can't argue with the value.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nice size room. Quiet area. Lots of parking. Just a few miles from town, very quiet. Restaurant entrees is a short list but they do an outstanding job with food, top notch. Recommend.

Property was very tired. Rooms had lots of staining on carpet and bathrooms were old and poorly lit. Pipes squeeled upon use and bathroom sink continuously dripped. Property is great for those with kids, however not relaxing for those without as there were many kids in the restaurant and bar and running up and down the halls. Very loud at night.

Travelled with the family and the kids loved the bedroom, along with our bed there were two large bunkbeds, very spacious and would have slept 8. At breakfast the chef even whipped up some off menu pancakes for the kids.

We stayed here for just one night, and that was more than enough. The room was completely run dowb, falling apart and depressing, but at least it looked somewhat clean, so I bit my tongue. The shower? Freezing cold or lukewarm at best. I told the front desk, and while they were “friendly,” nothing was actually done. The next morning, I asked if the manager was informed, and they basically shrugged it off, saying since we refused maintenance (after already suffering through the cold shower), there was nothing they could do. So here’s the truth: the room was a dump, the water was awful, and the customer service was useless. Don’t waste your money at this hotel.

I was booked into this hotel last weekend for two bites. They took the full payment when I booked from my card. Unfortunately I took ill on route, my husband turned the car and I was in A&E, where I was kept overnight. This hotel refused me any sort of re- embursement not even €1 for something out of my control . I cud prove all this but only got a rant about policy . Stay clear of this place and for goodness sake DONT take sick. You won’t see a penny back!!

Checking in was great. No issues. Looks like they’re are some renovations happening, but it didn’t disrupt my stay. Great to see it’s getting some TLC. Will be nice when it’s finished.

Very very basic hotel. Very old style. It’s a pity as it is in a good location to get to town so if it was upgraded a little it would be good. Rooms very small, only one tiny window, wasn’t very clean. Iron wasn’t working in room. Staff were nice and helpful.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nice size room. Quiet area. Lots of parking. Just a few miles from town, very quiet. Restaurant entrees is a short list but they do an outstanding job with food, top notch. Recommend.

Bar and restaurant was great good prices and menu. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were older the tv remote had no back and the batteries were held in by duck tape. Other than that great stay good price for the room.

Travelled with the family and the kids loved the bedroom, along with our bed there were two large bunkbeds, very spacious and would have slept 8. At breakfast the chef even whipped up some off menu pancakes for the kids.

Staff in general were good but the experience of breakfast very disappointing. Hard to fun a table that has been cleared, cleaned and relaid. In fact we had to lay our own. Shortage of cutlery, plates and glasses. Empty food trays including bread. Staff very slow to clear tables and some very miserable looking. Poor quality bacon. Coffee dispenser failed to work. Have stopped here many times before Will not return.

Room had all requirements. Bed was comfortable. Plenary hot water and towels. Breakfast was poor. Hot breakfast was served before I had time to drink an OJ or have a cereal or fruit. And…. It was only warmish…. Certainly not hot. The breakfast room was drab and dreary & in bad need of a complete facelift.

Great welcome, hotel was full of happy atmosphere. (Halloween time!!) Busy pub and the food was really tasty.

Comfortable stay in a no frills hotel (kettle provided but no mini fridge, basic TV, room not very big) that could use some renovations. It was clean though, bed and bedding was comfy, and it was reasonably quiet. Would benefit from some fixes / modernisations in the bathroom. The hot breakfast was okay, though for the €12 one might expect a little more, such as eggs to order or fresh fruit. Decent gym and very nice pool use included!

Very run down. Room decor and fittings were horrendous. Electrical sockets hanging off and dangerous. Cob webs everywhere. Room smelt of old feet. Mattress was rock hard.
