Having requested a quiet, upper floor room in advance we were allocated a wheelchair accessible room on floor 3, 8 in total, but acceptable. However, when my wife took a shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded and she almost slipped on wet tiles. They tried to explain it was a wet room but obviously one with inadequate drainage but they did move us to asmaller room, on same floor, but with a standard bathroom. On check out we were told that my payment for breakfast had not been processed, even though I had a receipt for the card transaction, but this was eventually resolved. Good job I'd asked for a receipt. On the plus side, great location just off O'Connell Street, airport buses stop close by, helpful staff, and a good value breakfast buffet though hot food is not freshly prepared and the main room could seem quite noisy.
