Excellent Bar/restaurant with a variety of good quality food at a reasonable price. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm. Gym is equipped with cardio machines. Smith machine, Pulldown machine, leg curl and free weights with bench. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and will return again.

Nice hotel with two restaurants, and a bar. I ate At both restaurants and the food was great. Plenty of free parking, which is unheard of in the Dublin area. It was about a 20 minute drive to the airport.

The aircon stayed at about 22 degrees, even though I turned it down to 18, twice, it seemed to go back up again. The parking requires to call a number to exit; would it not be easier the have a call button or a sensor?

The parking area was really safe. The room was excellent and the evening meal was really good. The breakfast was ok but the bacon on both mornings was not good as it had been kept hot and gone hard. All cooked items on the second morning were very greasy so not so enjoyable. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was really good too.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to airport, lots of free parking. Food was excellent, dinner in bar was fab, portions were huge, best meal I’ve had in a long time. Great hotel to stay, very close to Blanchardstown shopping centre

Excellent hotel for our last night in Dublin before flying home to Canada. Location was very convenient, the hotel itself is clean and modern and the on-site restaurant was great. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel , wasn't advised to book dinner at reception as I was only looking for bar food , bar area is pretty small so lots of people were standing around waiting for tables , seems they chose design over practically when it's such a big hotel . Didn't bother me too much but quite a few people waited a very long time to be seated and then fed .

Nice modern hotel, grocery store within a few minutes walk. Not sure about restaurants but the there is one plus a pub in the hotel. We ate at the pub and it was fine. Overall a good experience.

Room was dirty, there was a big crack on the mirror, staff was unfriendly, wasnt an indicator telling the cleaning staff to not enter, and when cleaning staff did enter one of them left a variety of non-flushable items in the toilet for me to fish out. I could not be paid to come back here.

The bad: Our room was abysmal - everything was dusty, there was dust and spider webs in the corners, the chairs had gross stains on them, the TV remote barely worked, phones didn't work, the bed was hard as a rock/super uncomfortable, and few of the outlets didn't work and looked risky. The good: staff was very friendly and good was good. We won't stay at this hotel again.

Was far from soundproofed. But mentioned rhe window not sealing properly to the front staff and they relayed that to maintenence immediately. All good.

I booked this hotel because it had AC. The AC turned off every 4-6 hours making sleep extremely uncomfortable. I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel.

AC waa broken in our room and we asked multiple times about it to be told it was not working in our room. We were moved after the 3rd time asking about our AC to a room on the same floor to only find this rooms AC was broken as well. Went back downstairs for them to then say the problem was the whole floor and moved us to another room that finally had wifi but now we had to sleep in a double and we are both very tall people and it was still uncomfortable. This was for our honeymoon and there was no effort to make us more comfortable and we were treated as an annoyance and not paying customers . Very disappointing.

The room that I booked was different from the one I was given. The site description said the room had a separate bath and shower, however my room had only a bath/shower combo. The room felt like the walls were super thin, we could hear every door closing in other rooms and at times felt like someone was coming into our room as the noise was so loud.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, however, the one window in our room the seal had perished and so the double glazing was all misted up. Spoilt the lovely views, also the wooden floor at the bottom of the window was in poor condition . Would return.

Great hotel. Stayed here as I had an appointment in the area. The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge which was really useful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were really lovely and very welcome. There was parking on site that was very convenient.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, one of the male staff members (Steven I think) went out of his way to sit and show us the specific bus numbers and routes for each place we wanted to go, along with personally driving us to the local shop to get a bus card. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay again.

Where to begin. From the moment we checked in, I knew we had made a horrible mistake. After a three week European adventure, we wanted to stay in a four star. To be honest, I would only give it one for the kind and compassionate housekeeping staff. The front desk staff and managers are rude and inconsiderate. They ignored multiple requests to fix air conditioning (which they admitted to knowing was in need of service) and refused ti bring us a fan for over 24 hours. Being in the hospitality industry, they should reevaluate how the guest is the focus of their work. As nothing about our experience made us feel welcomed. The ignorant and rude check out was the cherry on top of a horrible experience. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere else.

Very helpful and welcoming staff from the front door to the delicious dinner. Concierge gave us the lay of the land and showed us exactly how to get to all the things we were going to ask about. And told me where to get my awesome new FAI jersey.

Sharing a hostel room with other people would have been better than this. Property staff were rude and unhelpful. Coffee pot had mold in it. Was traveling for vacation and was a hastle to get to and from Dublin proper. Would not recommend.

The hotel and most of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. There was 1 male on every morning at breakfast who was rude, obnoxious and shouldn't be customer facing! I have emailed to praise where needed and complain about this person as his attitude needs to be addressed but had no reply. Other than him the stay way very pleasant. Rooms were clean and spacious

The check in desk staff were very kind I asked if I could get in my room early. For 45 Euro I got to my room upon arrival around 11:30 am and went straight to bed. It was pouring rain. Michelin should give the chef at the Urban Kitchen 5 stars. The haddock in white wine in parchment was divine. Fresh vegetables with a mashed potato you have to eat to experience tastebud bliss Outstanding and compassionate waitress. The manager was old world elegance and I could have talked to all evening. I was shocked to find a hotel this elegant within a short taxi ride from an airport Perfection

EXCELLENT quick stay to be near Dublin Airport for early morning flight. We were in late and out early, but every service point was outstanding. Room was spacious and comfortable, and it was awesome to have Irish, US (110) and European outlets. Highly recommend as an overnight before flying - and only 20 minutes to Departures in the early morning.

Nice hotel with two restaurants, and a bar. I ate At both restaurants and the food was great. Plenty of free parking, which is unheard of in the Dublin area. It was about a 20 minute drive to the airport.

Bus stop right outside to take you into Dublin. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was excellent and worth every penny. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend the Carlton Hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Good hotel. There is a bus right outside the hotel that will take you to Dublin center (ride is 45 minutes, but it is way better than trying to drive into Dublin). Only ding on the stay is that the staff didn't fill us in on payment for the bus. Be sure to ask. Fortunately, the driver was very friendly and forgiving.

No complaints at all about out experience at the Hotel. The only issue was we had to travel a long way to get to city center, because it was cheaper to stay there than in the city center. But, that was our choice.

Excellent Bar/restaurant with a variety of good quality food at a reasonable price. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm. Gym is equipped with cardio machines. Smith machine, Pulldown machine, leg curl and free weights with bench. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and will return again.

The parking area was really safe. The room was excellent and the evening meal was really good. The breakfast was ok but the bacon on both mornings was not good as it had been kept hot and gone hard. All cooked items on the second morning were very greasy so not so enjoyable. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was really good too.

Great service , friendly staff and clean rooms. The only thing negative was the coffee at breakfast was horrible, would be better to upgrade to a coffee machine or fresh brewed coffee from a coffee maker.

Excellent hotel for our last night in Dublin before flying home to Canada. Location was very convenient, the hotel itself is clean and modern and the on-site restaurant was great. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel , wasn't advised to book dinner at reception as I was only looking for bar food , bar area is pretty small so lots of people were standing around waiting for tables , seems they chose design over practically when it's such a big hotel . Didn't bother me too much but quite a few people waited a very long time to be seated and then fed .

Great stay at the Carlton Blanchardstown. We just needed one night near the airport, and this fit the bill. We didn't love the dinner options at the hotel restaurant, but breakfast was much better. Overall a good place for a short visit.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and efficient at both check-in and check-out, making everything quick and easy. The bathroom was a great size and spotlessly clean. Having both a separate bath and shower was a lovely feature. The bedroom had a great TV with attractive lighting around it, and the tea and coffee facilities were good. A nice touch was the water jug provided, which could be refilled on designated floors. There was also a small fridge, although it didn’t get particularly cold. The gym was outstanding – easily one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking available. There were a few areas that could be improved. The room only had limited mirrors, so I had to do my makeup in the bathroom. The bedside lamps didn’t work, which was a little inconvenient. There was some noticeable water damage around the bedroom windows, and with the full-length windows only having curtains (and no net or sheer curtains), there was no privacy unless the curtains were fully closed. The air conditioning worked but wasn’t especially powerful. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying again.
