The best place you can stay in Bellagio! We had a wonderful time. The staff is so friendly, and we enjoyed the lake and pool. Beautiful views! Big thanks to the talented piano player that plays in the evenings. Loved ending our night there every night.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel has everything you need and want! It's the best location. It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!

What a perfect place to stay. The staff is wonderful. Big thank you to Natalie at the main bar. We had dinner there and an afternoon snack. The grounds a wonderful to walk. The town is hilly but lots of interesting shops. The restaurant on overlooking the pool was great for lunch. The pool and beach are great. We spend some time there having a coffee one morning.

We had a fabulous stay here. Everything was top notch. We came from another hotel on the lake that had a wedding every night that kept us up. The Villa Serbelloni was such a treat. The indoor pool and spa are a wonderful addition.

This hotel is the jewel of Bellagio. If you can stay here, you will not be disappointed. The staff is beyond exceptional, always being attentive without hovering. The dining options are delicious, and the ppol and beach area is fantastic. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

10/10 had an amazing experience in this beautiful city. We spent the second half of our honeymoon at Villa Serbelloni and we are so happy we did. The indoor and outdoor pool were lovely, the restaurant and bar staff were extremely friendly and even remembered us on our repeat visit. Highly recommend staying here.

The Hotel is a magnificent Villa in the heart of Bellagio. The rooms are elegant, the breakfast is served in a gorgeous room and includes fantastic choices. The pool service, bar and Piano room are all great. The spa has great choices and it is probably one of the most beautiful spas I have seen. The only drawbacks I would call out are the temperature of the outside pool which is very cold and that makes it not inviting for most guests as well as the, potentially inevitable, exposure to noisy guests which are clearly under the influence

Questo albergo e stato veramente incredibile, i dettagli di questo posto sonno incredibile, la decorazione, le camere molto pulite, la piscina anche, il servizio spettacolare. Il giardino bellissimo, Anche sono stata nell bar, e il pianista e veramente bravo. Il personale del parcheggio gentilissimi. C'e una struttura molto cool in mezzo al lago per nuotare e anche un trappolino!!!! La ubicazione e straordinaria!! Lo unico che non mi è piaciuto e che al ristorante (Mistral) non fanno nessun sforzo per accomodarci, e sono un po cattivi, ma per il 99.9% sono stata felicissima.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food was good. The hotel is right next to the ferry station so getting transfers to the other villages is very convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The ferries also transport vehicles which is also convenient. The only negative I must point out is that we stayed in April and the weather is cool but not cold. So the room didn’t have AC or the hotel wouldn’t turn it on, so at night it felt less than cool. We couldn’t leave the windows open bc there were lots of bugs. Not the ideal situation for a pricey hotel. But overall a good experience.

We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast spread in the morning was great - there is something for everyone including gluten free options. We did not eat at either of the restaurants onsite but enjoyed snacks and drinks poolside and from the bar inside. We very much enjoyed our couples massages at the spa and the concierge organized a wonderful private boat tour of the lake. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bellagio with a great view and away from the chaos. Close to the ferry and all the shops/restaurants. The property was very secure as well, non hotel guests were not permitted in. Our only small complaint was that the hotel AC was not on, front desk stated they were in heating mode so the AC in our room did not turn on. We had to sleep with our balcony door cracked which did cause us to hear the church bells early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend and if we return to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again!

What we loved: the exterior grounds and pool. What was not so good: The “lake view balcony” room was a view of a concrete wall of 4 feet… and that door was the only light- no windows in the room. The room service staff told me the phone didn’t work so for ME to contact someone to service it. ?? Both requests at the concierge desk were met with general hesitance (e.g transport somewhere in town). Staff at pool would leave a menu and never return. They huddled at the gazebo together to socialize. Our room would never get comfortably cool. It had lots of space, however, and we slept ok. Bathroom was also nice and plenty of room. Very clean.

There is nothing negative about this hotel. It’s a gorgeous hotel with prime location. Rooms are beautiful and spotless. It’s incredibly clean. Staff is amazing. Breakfast which was included was an upscale buffet style. It was worth every penny. Not a cheap hotel but worth the money. Pool is huge and we enjoyed it so much. Loved this hotel and yes we will be back in the future.

This is a historic and very beautiful property in Bellagio. While most of it remains outstanding, some areas require a tiny bit of maintenance. The weather was not very good when I visited and, unfortunately, the gym is outside of the main property. Small detail, but the overall experience was great. We especially enjoyed the traditional bar and the very attentive and nice staff, very nice indeed.

We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast spread in the morning was great - there is something for everyone including gluten free options. We did not eat at either of the restaurants onsite but enjoyed snacks and drinks poolside and from the bar inside. We very much enjoyed our couples massages at the spa and the concierge organized a wonderful private boat tour of the lake. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bellagio with a great view and away from the chaos. Close to the ferry and all the shops/restaurants. The property was very secure as well, non hotel guests were not permitted in. Our only small complaint was that the hotel AC was not on, front desk stated they were in heating mode so the AC in our room did not turn on. We had to sleep with our balcony door cracked which did cause us to hear the church bells early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend and if we return to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again!

There is nothing negative about this hotel. It’s a gorgeous hotel with prime location. Rooms are beautiful and spotless. It’s incredibly clean. Staff is amazing. Breakfast which was included was an upscale buffet style. It was worth every penny. Not a cheap hotel but worth the money. Pool is huge and we enjoyed it so much. Loved this hotel and yes we will be back in the future.

guests that pay over 1700 usd per night should be told that their room is over the front parking area / lobby/ restaurant. the noise level in the room all day AND late inti the night was awful. it was hot with no air con so windows had to be opened. the hotel is lovely and old but noise is awful.

The only think I did not like was that in this time of the year the AC is not operating yet and it was quite hot in the room, but the rest was perfect.

The location is perfect and the property is stunning. The breakfast and service at breakfast is fantastic. They have mimosas and a wide selection of cheeses and fruits. Unfortunately the front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. They were not welcoming from the beginning and were talking about us in a negative way throughout the entire stay. They were disrespectful and rude. When we brought this to the attention of a different shift of front desk staff, they were not apologetic or helpful in resolving it. In fact, they continued to talk about us. We were told that we could not eat outside food on the tables outside by the main entrance and had to go to our room (there were no other guests using the tables so it was not like we were taking them from anyone else who wanted bar service). The sheets are terribly uncomfortable. When we checked out, we again told them about how dissatisfied we were with the service and they did not even make a comment. They said, “oh, no?” And then changed the topic getting back to our bill. They are a disgrace for a 5 star resort. All this hotel cares about is taking your money. I would recommend staying at another property in Bellagio or perhaps a true 5 star resort in Tremezzo.

We stayed at this property from May 22-26, 2023. It was first class in every way. Beautiful property with old world glamour, but the service is what sets it apart. Absolutely 5 star service and attention to detail. The staff did everything they could to make it an amazing experience. We can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else on Lake Como.

Location of this hotel is as good as it comes in, very scenic! The gardens and property are beautiful! The front desk is more or less useless a lot of attitude even for guests that are staying there. I called front desk multiple times. No one answered during my stay. The staff service can be improved tremendously for the price you pay at the hotel.

It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!

Erg mooi hotel van meer dan 100 jaar oud. Je ziet de grandeur van vroeger nog steeds. Zwembad en restaurant bij zwembad kan beter. Prijzen van drankjes aan het zwembad zijn erg duur en dit kan echt veel beter. Je ziet dan ook niet veel mensen iets bestellen behalve water. Een Aperol in een plastic glaasje voor 21 euro is niet oké.

The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere.

Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps.
