Killarney Oaks Hotel

This is a nice hotel. Very well decorated and the room was clean and a good size. The bar staff were engaging and fun. Service was above average and we had a great stay. The overall food quality and taste was fantastic. The prawn app was full of flavor and the Lasagna was out of this world . Best in town, we had Cronins Lasagna the night before and there was no comparison. Breakfast was great and you can check out till 12. Enjoy and sleep in.😃

We wanted to spend sometime in the area around Kilarney and the town itself. Our hotel was perfectly situated for that. Situated a few kilometers outside the city; probably about 5 mins worth of a drive to the public parking in Killarney. Ross castle (very nice cafe actually), nice boat ride in the lake, visit to the Muckross Victorian mansion, ladies view, the Torc falls, the Gap of Dunloe the drive from one spot to the next... All beautiful in their own way and worthwhile the visit. One should probably allocate 3-4 days to go through all that without rushing it. We've found that you need to take your time to actually take in the natural beauty of some of these places.

Great Staff, 1st Class accommodations, excellent location.

I couldn't go eventually and I still had to pay. No flexibility was given by the hotel.

Overall a nice room but one of the taps was broken in the bathroom.
