Great location for walking into the town. A short 15 minutes took us to the centre of Killarney. The hotel has a bar and they do a great carvery at lunchtimes. Breakfast was really good and the staff are lovely. Fantastic for giving advice on where to go and what to see and thanks especially to Clodagh for our directions on the Dingle Peninsula.

Nice, clean place. Lots of tourist groups. Outside of town, but only a few minutes from the old town which has all the great pubs. There is a pub in the lobby. Breakfast is nice.

There was no parking available when we got there. The girl at front desk was very helpful in finding us a spot. However I asked for something for the room after 11pm and she said there was nothing she could do as she was the only one there. Air conditioning and a mini fridge would be nice. The employees at the pub at lunchtime were very nice.

Very Nice room, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was very nice and a lovely bar selling reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely stay again when next in Killarney.

Inside the hotel was fine and the rooms were clean. The big problem was parking - not close to enough. Customers actually had to park at the gas station next store because their own lot was small and disorganized. It wouldn\'t be so bad except the restaurants near the hotel are rated "Meh". All the good restaurants were 1/2 mile away so you couldn\'t keep your parking space if you wanted to eat. At the very least, the hotel should paint lines in their parking lot to use what they have wisely instead of having people park willy-nilly.

We had a delayed flight so we were concerned that check-in ended at 11 pm but it was not a problem. (I did have Expedia contact them.)Our stay here was brief as we were hiking the next day. The room was on the smaller side but there was a hot water jug and instant coffee in the room. It was quiet as we were on the 3rd floor. I wish we’d had time to take advantage of the spa facilities. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and we found plenty to eat. We had a very pleasant stay!

Check in was fast. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Carpet was dirty, gross and old throughout hotel. We did not have a thermostat in our room and it was hot. They want you to use a fan. Pillows were uncomfortable. I looked forward to checking out.

The property was great for value. The facility was a little old and carpets stained in places however beds were very comfortable which is important to us. Staff were friendly. One thing to note, we were using my iPhone for directions and was taken to Killarney Hotel. They said this happens several times a day. Luckily, we were able to put the hotel name in the car GPS and it recognized it.

Would opt for another choice. The hotel is a bit run down and the carpets were filthy. We opted for the three course meal which was acceptable but the additional 18£ charge for 4 small Cokes was unexpected.

Très bien situé en termes "stratégiques", proche à pied du centre ville et du joli parc, proche en voiture du Ring of Kerry et de ses très nombreuses randonnées. Les environs immédiats ont assez peu de charme (une station service et un lidl) mais la supérette de la station service est utile. On regrettera surtout un WIFI largement inutilisable, et le manque d'isolation phonique des chambres, en particulier vers le couloir. Comme le motel reçoit beaucoup de groupes, ça bavarde fort dans le couloir, y compris tard dans la nuit. Le pub au rez-de-chaussée est pas mal et peut éviter la marche à pied vers le centre ville le soir. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.

You get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable. Parking was a challenge. No temp controls so you had to open windows, which didn't have a screen, so bugs came in. We didn't try the food there.

Nice stay. A shame we couldn't pre book breakfast so went out the first day but second day we stayed in and paid at the adjoining restaurant for a nice buffet breakfast which our kids really enjoyed. Convenient and walkable into the town and well placed to visit the national park. Only downside was the family room was fairly cramped with the two double beds but not a major issue as we were out most of the day.

Overall stay was good. Waiter service in the restaurant at dinner time was terrible. We had the same waiter 2 of 3 nights we stayed there and service was terrible even taking into the account we’re not in America. Parking was an absolute nightmare. We weren’t even able to park at the hotel 2 of our 3 nights. For almost 250 euro a night I would expect to be able to park on property. Breakfast staff was great and on top of things.

The hotel environment was excellent; nicely decorated room. Staff was quite friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was above average. NOT a great location: kilometer plus from center of town. BIT disappointed no facial tissues (Kleenex) provided. They are cheap.

This property has no hot water till after 7am in the morning. Hope you dont have an early meeting! the menu in the restaurant is limited. They have no drink menu either. No air conditioning, perhaps they dont need it but it was hot in the room when we were there. No help at check in and no bell hop or porter in case you wanted one. If you book book directly with the hotel it is about 1/2 the price. Will not be back to this place ever. Good luck should you chose to stay here. Ireland is awesome this hotel is not!!

Great location for walking into the town. A short 15 minutes took us to the centre of Killarney. The hotel has a bar and they do a great carvery at lunchtimes. Breakfast was really good and the staff are lovely. Fantastic for giving advice on where to go and what to see and thanks especially to Clodagh for our directions on the Dingle Peninsula.

Overall stay was good. Waiter service in the restaurant at dinner time was terrible. We had the same waiter 2 of 3 nights we stayed there and service was terrible even taking into the account we’re not in America. Parking was an absolute nightmare. We weren’t even able to park at the hotel 2 of our 3 nights. For almost 250 euro a night I would expect to be able to park on property. Breakfast staff was great and on top of things.

Nice, clean place. Lots of tourist groups. Outside of town, but only a few minutes from the old town which has all the great pubs. There is a pub in the lobby. Breakfast is nice.

The hotel shows lots of signs of wear and tear, and our room was definitely three-start. The food however was excellent, far better than we received in various restaurants in the town.

Very Nice room, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was very nice and a lovely bar selling reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely stay again when next in Killarney.

Nice stay. A shame we couldn't pre book breakfast so went out the first day but second day we stayed in and paid at the adjoining restaurant for a nice buffet breakfast which our kids really enjoyed. Convenient and walkable into the town and well placed to visit the national park. Only downside was the family room was fairly cramped with the two double beds but not a major issue as we were out most of the day.

The housekeeping and reception staff were very helpful and professional. The housekeeper provided us with 2 fans to keep the room cooler at night during this summer heat. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't have air-conditioning.

We stayed for one night. We are a family of four. We got the room with one double bed and two twin beds. Which was perfect for our family. The hotel does not have AC, but I knew that ahead of time. The room came with one fan, but asked the front desk for an extra fan as the room was very stuffy. This hotel is very walkable to the main streets where you could do shopping, pubs, and get any essentials you might’ve left behind. It’s possibly a 15-20 minute walk to those streets. There is free parking. Overall, we had a nice day.

Manager at reception could learn a bit more about flexibility and friendliness. The apprentice receptionist was way friendlier. Some of the pub staff could be friendlier as well!

Good stay, parking with overflow parking next door with a laundromat. Beds and breakfast buffet were fine. I definitely felt my race (Asian) as some staff and maids were not the friendliest and didn’t make eye contact or deliberately looked away although they greeted other guests with good morning. Let’s see if it lets me post this review.
