We booked two harbour view rooms to enjoy a catch up with family. Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, our rooms were fabulous with lots of treats which were unexpected but delightful, the food and service in the bar and breakfast in the restaurant was brilliant.we enjoyed a swim sauna steam room and jacuzzi as we went before breakfast we had the whole place to ourselves. Parking for a larger car we were warned was a little tight but plenty of parking right outside the hotel for 3 euro for a whole day is incredibly reasonable.

Excellent hotel in a great position by the harbour. Recently refurbished to a high standard but some building work still going on. This means the under hotel car park is out of use, so parking is a bit hit and miss in the busy spaces around the hotel, though there is a free gravel car park a little distance from the hotel. Overall though very good

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and great views. Room was gorgeous but shower wasn’t very warm and pressure was low. First visit to spa wasn’t great, felt rushed by spa manager when asking about treatments, one shower wouldn’t work and Rainfall shower in spa wasn’t working. Also no robe or slippers provided if you’re only using the general spa facilities! Only provided if you book a treatment, not hygienic or comfortable to walk around barefoot and with a small sized towel. Staff and treatment the next day were fantastic so they redeemed themselves, definitely worth booking a facial if there. Loved that they have a fridge and bottles of water in rooms, breakfast was gorgeous and they were super efficient. I’ll definitely return as I really enjoyed my stay but would love to see improvements to spa experience.

Excellent hotel in Westport- Great location and very nice staff. We really enjoyed the pool/spa facilities and had lovely walks through the estate grounds into town. Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to return.

Nice hotel.. Clean and comfortable.. Ate dinner one night and it was beautiful. Food really good. Breakfast was good. But no fruit. Now I'm not being picky but i like fresh fruit after breakfast.. I aaked and was given apples.. Poor... Also I used the gents outside the breakfast room and the smell was horrendous.. Otherwise stay was pleasant

Staff chatting whilst waiting to checkin. Not a good start. First impressions this hotel is dirty, entrance lifts & paintwork. Room had unpleasant smell. Bed had hairs on pillowcase & sheets. Bedding was old and worn. Sadly that was a no for us. Did not stay and moved onto another hotel. Sadly pictures & reviews do not give a true interpretation of this hotel in my opinion.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Robert on reception, in particular, was an excellent host. The rooms were too warm, and we had to leave all of the windows open, as the AC was giving us headaches. The food was delicious. The water in the pool was quite cold, but it was welcomed after a day hiking Croagh Patrick. More areas to get changed would be welcome, as the only area to sit down in the changing area is in full view of the public if they open the door. Parking at the hotel can be challenging, but there are other options available nearby.

The hotel was beautiful - staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great position with view of Croagh Patrick and Clew Bay. Bedroom spacious with cimplimentary water - had a fridge and safe which was great. Bed comfortable esp the pillows. Appreciated that. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival, who highlighted that there were parking meters operating on the street. The hotel has a car park at the rear, which is a bit cramped but has charging points for electric vehicles. We were booked for bed and breakfast and also had our evening meals in the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice at both meal times. Cooked breakfast, which was served in the roof top restaurant, set you up for the day or you could choose a continental breakfast. Staff serving food were friendly and attentive. Room had a large double and a single bed, with crisp clean linen and comfortable pillows. Room was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom with a walk in shower and good water pressure. Tea/coffee making facilites together with a small fridge, iron, ironing board and hairdryer were also available. For those who fancied room service the menu was similar to the restaurant. Hotel had a small bar but no entertainment.

The room was very, very small. I paid for a larger room, at least I thought I did. There was nothing inviting about it. It felt like a hostel out of the 1970s. The staff at the bar were rude and treated us disrespectfully.

We stayed for a few days. Love the location of the property. Our room was on second floor and overlooked the outdoor patio below. At times it was quite noisy. Would hope if I stayed again to be away from the patio area. Breakfast was good. Staff nice. I had a massage but the pool was completely occupied by a group of soccer kids teenage. I had hoped to enjoy the pool but could not. They were throwing a football and it seemed completely out of control Not the zen experience I was paying for and what was advertised. The staff on hand seemed to ignore what was going on. I told the staff when I checked out of the hotel.

Property was clean, rooms are a good size. We received wine & cupcakes & chocolate in our room on arrival, which was a nice touch. It is located on the water but you would need a car to drive into town. Restaurant was good but as we are travelling all round Ireland we are pretty much finding every menu to be the same. Breakfast was included but the young staff working there really have no idea and leave tables uncleared, jobs half done, clean cups are picked up by putting their fingers inside the cups, really they just wandered around aimlessly, leaving people waiting to be seated with no acknowledgment and often forget coffee or extras that may have been ordered.

This hotel has great staff-always friendly & helpful. Arranged several cabs & airport transportation for my family. They also helped get local restaurants deliver food when we arrived late. The location is beautiful.

The room was very, very small. I paid for a larger room, at least I thought I did. There was nothing inviting about it. It felt like a hostel out of the 1970s. The staff at the bar were rude and treated us disrespectfully.

Had a superb three night stay at the Westport Coast hotel in October. The location is simply superb, on the quay, looking out over a few boats and the bay beyond. Worth specifying a room at the front, just for the view. Accommodation is also excellent, in my view faultless. The restaurant is on the top floor with a conservatory on one side giving views towards Croagh Patrick: we caught a stunning sunset and three atmospheric mornings. Food is great. The staff are sometimes a bit too efficient, but no complaints there. It's a 30 minute walk through the grounds of Westport House into the town itself, or 20 minutes along the road. There's a car park behind the hotel but I preferred the overflow which is huge and only two minutes walk from the front door. Check in was easy. The spa is great but was suffering from some technical difficulties when we were there. Treatments were excellent. A superlative modern hotel in a beautiful vintage location.

Lovely hotel about a 15/20 minutes walk from the town. Sitting on Clew Bay, there are a few bars with restaurants in the area and a lovely restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel. A taxi into town was about €10 euro if you don't fancy the walk. Staff were excellent and very friendly, I paid extra for the balcony, definitely worth it. There is a small pool, steam room and sauna if you fancy relaxing 🤗

Although a 30-min walk from the town, it's in a nice spot, has a modern feel to it and is comfortable. The pool was good, the breakfast alright and the bar ok too.

Excellent hotel in Westport- Great location and very nice staff. We really enjoyed the pool/spa facilities and had lovely walks through the estate grounds into town. Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to return.

Refurbished room (213) was big with rain forest shower head, teas made and very comfortable beds. Hot breakfast served to your table was excellant and the staff were very friendly.

I think one of the best part of our stay was the dining staff. They were very attentive without being in your face. Very polite and good at their job. The room was fine, bed comfortable and room was clean. The area is nice as well with several shops and a nice waterfront area. It was just an overnight stay and we didn’t get to use the pool. But we ate at both the Coast Bar for dinner and the Luasea rooftop for breakfast. Both meals were delicious.Breakfast was included with stay and had a menu not just a buffet. Great place if you’re in Westport area.

Nice hotel.. Clean and comfortable.. Ate dinner one night and it was beautiful. Food really good. Breakfast was good. But no fruit. Now I'm not being picky but i like fresh fruit after breakfast.. I aaked and was given apples.. Poor... Also I used the gents outside the breakfast room and the smell was horrendous.. Otherwise stay was pleasant

Although we were a little way from the centre of town, we loved our stay here. The top floor restaurant had a great menu for dinner, the breakfast was outstanding and even the downstairs bar was great. Overall a great place to stay

Rooms, and check in is great. Breakfast is not good for someone who is glutenfree, so I would probably not come back. At least not for breakfast.

An excellent stay in our harbourfront room - they have a restaurant with an excellent view and good food on the top floor. Everything was fine except the weather was freezing and wet!

Excellent location by the quay, approx 30 minute walk from the main town. Modern conversion of old mill building, we paid extra for a balcony and felt it was very good value, with lots of extras provided by the hotel. Comfortable bed, good sized room, private balcony, good bathroom, very good bars and restaurants (grill on ground floor, roof top with views). It was quiet with only a couple of other pubs nearby, although both had excellent beer gardens overlooking the sea. There is also a 90 minute cruise around the islands 5 minutes away. The leisure facilities looked good but were unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stop.

Breakfast with a view over the harbour was delicious, great choice of options at the buffet breakfast and delicious cooked to order hot breakfast Including full Irish breakfast & fish dishes. Rooms spacious & clean. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the only thing to consider is that whilst it is directly on the water front the main town is approx 25-30 mins walk to get to pubs/restaurants ....it is however a beautiful walk through the grounds of an historic stately home.
