O quarto estava limpo e a cama era confortável. A Shella foi prestativa quando precisei guardar minha bagagem. Não gostei do último espelho do quarto.

0/10. Very disappointing and far too expensive for what it offers. The virtual check-in staff were extremely kind, but management urgently needs to improve this place. Based on the number of rooms and beds on my floor, there appeared to be accommodation for at least 20 guests sharing just one tiny bathroom, which often meant waiting at night. The bathroom was not only dirty, it was also poorly equipped: no proper place to hang even one towel, no hand soap, and basic amenities you would expect almost anywhere were simply missing. The bunk curtains smelled, and there was dirt and trash under the beds and in the storage areas. There is also no proper luggage-storage space. The photos shown online are very far from the reality I experienced, and I have my own photos documenting the actual conditions. I booked four nights but left after two. The staff were kind, but the hostel itself felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would never stay here again.

La verdad, sí lo recomiendo.

6 bed female only ensuite. Dorm was very small and shower very compact. Beds very creaky and had a lumpy pillow. Not the best with communication beforehand. Virtual lady at check in however was very friendly and cooking staff was always polite. Not the cleanest around but not the worst. Location ideal.
