The room was small for a double bedroom for the price charged. The bathroom very small. But the worst was construction in nearby rooms starting 7a.m. waking us up much too early. Power tools. Banging. Whining noises. When we complained at the front desk we were told that something might be refunded for our inconvenience. A week later we've heard nothing so are very disappointed with our treatment. We would not recommend this hotel as they don't seem to grasp the concept of customer service.

I guess my issue was not so much with the hotel as with the surroundings, icy sidewalks made it hard to get around Lulea. To find food beyond breakfast, you needed to walk or have a car. I had thought dinner was available in the hotel, but it wasn't.
