Sauberes Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage, Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Spielemöglichkeiten für die Kinder ist super. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen

Disappointed that the pool had to be booked and only had a 8 person limit. We came prepared but were not able to book a slot.

Virkelig børnevenligt hotel med lille pool der er god til børn. Bemærk at man booker en tid til pool når man ankommer, så den ikke er overfyldt. Rigtig meget mad til børnene også. Også vegansk og vegetariske tilbud til hele familien.

Lovely spacious reception, great breakfast, friendly staff. Only permitted to use the pool once during stay and had to book- pool was quite small but has a sauna too and only 3 of us in the pool at the time so was fine. Dinner menu a bit limited for vegetarians

Mycket fint hotell. Gymmet har skivstång med half rack. Samt 3 löpband. Frukosten hade stort utbud. Fantastiskt att kunna boka och bada i poolen.

Väldigt trevligt barnvänligt hotell. Massa roliga aktiviteter för barnen samt ett stort lekrum, pingisbord osv. Bra frukost. Enda negativa var att det var ont om tider i poolen. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Rekommenderas!

Inte gratis parkering längre

Bra boende med ordentligt med laddmöjligheter. Bra möjlighet till mat och träning i gym.

Prisvärt, snabb incheckning, billig parkering utanför, elbilsladdplatser finns.

Jag vaknade många gånger under natten för att extrasängen var en extremt knarrande soffa. Det var även uppenbart att poolen inte städats under natten då det stod mattallrikar kvar från restaurangens service kvällen innan ( och det var pommes på golvet) Frukosten var bra men hade snåla öppettider för att vara semestertider

Rummet kändes som en bättre lägergård, duschen var inte ren, det var otroligt lyhört och högljutt. Restaurangen var ett skämt, serverades en risotto som var både underkokt och smaklös till överpris. Jag kommer inte tillbaka.

Rummet var inte städat. Det var smutsig handduk under skåpet och i samma skåp fanns trosskydd på hyllan, var alltså i vardagsrummet ej badrummet. Kaffefläckar på nattduksbordet och inga temuggar vid vattenkokare

Bra frukost, laddning till bilen. Dock dåligt städat med hår i sängen och smutsiga toaletteullar

Toilet was loose on the wall. The floor wasn’t clean, and there were no curtains in one room. We faced onto a courtyard

Rummet var inte städat. Det var blodigt handduk under skåpet och i samma skåp fanns trosskydd på hyllan, var alltså i vardagsrummet ej badrummet. Kaffefläckar på nattduksbordet och inga temuggar vid vattenkokare

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room we were given had not been cleaned, but the staff were apologetic and upgraded our room straight away without us asking, to make up for the inconvenience. The pool was quite small but as they have a booking system to limit the number of people in there it is still possible to swim. The gym looked good too although we did not try it. It is only a short walk to the city of around 20 minutes and there are lots of buses you can take nearby. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and tasted really good! We hope to come back i in the future!

Var där i 4 nätter, även fast vi sa till receptionen att vi ville ha städat rum på eftermiddagarna städades det inte en ända gång när vi var där.

Obwohl wir ohne Kinder unterwegs waren und weil nichts anderes frei war, hatten wir ein Familienzimmer. Das Schlafsofa war sehr alt, ausgeblichen und war schmutzig. Da wir es nicht benutzen mussten, war uns das egal. Leider fand sich dann noch unter unserem Bett benutzte Unterwäsche. Ich habe die Rezeption informiert und die Unterwäsche im Mülleimer entsorgt.

Rymliga rum och bra standard på rummen

Bodde i familjerum med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Bäddsoffan, som jag sov på med vår ammande bebis, var fruktansvärd, alldeles bucklig, hård och ojämn. Den vanliga dubbelsängen var bättre men inte så himla skön den heller. Kuddarna var också riktigt dåliga. De gav inget stöd utan när man la huvudet på dem så sjönk det bara ner och allt innehåll i kudden gled ut i kanterna. Dessutom har ett av huvudskälen till att vi bokat detta hotell även tidigare varit att det finns en stor gratis parkering, men den är inte gratis längre, så det var tråkigt. Städning behöver man efterfråga, och handdukarna för kroppen är väldigt små. Däremot har vi generellt fått ett mycket trevligt bemötande från personalen, både i receptionen, restaurangen och städpersonalen. Planlösningen och storleken på rummet var bra, och det var fräscht. Vår lilla dotter tyckte också om att bada i poolen.

Det enda negativa var att i rummet var temperaturen 16 grader super kallt

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på hotellet! Personalen varfantastiskt, alltid hjälpsam och vänlig, vilket verkligen gjorde skillnad. Frukosten var supergod och varierad, med något för alla smaker. Det finns dock några förbättringsområden. Vi saknade garderober i rummet, vilket gjorde det lite svårt att organisera våra kläder under vistelsen. Dessutom gick det inte att ladda vår mobiltelefon, vilket var ganska frustrerande. Trots dessa små brister var helhetsupplevelsen positiv, och vi skulle kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka – särskilt tack vare den fina servicen och den goda maten!

För litet för att vara dubbelrum, trångt badrum, saknas garderob.

6 nätter på hotellet, trevlig personal i receptionen och i restaurangen. Vi valde bort städning varje dag men när vi ville ha så sa vi bara till vad vi önska för städning och fick det :) Lite jobbigt att det inte fanns ac på rummet, vi fick ha fönsterna öppna hela tiden vi var på rummet.

Bra belysning och speglar på rummet. Fantastiskt med två "rum" på hotellrummet, familjerum. Dessutom två tv-apparater, underbart. Stort och fräscht badrum.

Hotel was perfect for a business trip. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good range of foods available. Dinner menu a little bit limited but no issues with food quality. Biggest asset of the hotel was the staff; all very helpful and friendly.

Always busy reception and you should wait in long queue to check in or buy a beer

So much noise waking us up at night. So loud and such a poor family hotel. Nothing to do and nothing to see in the area. Mike even offered us a refund and I should email him when we got home but then he doesn't reply. Really bad everything overall

Långsam incheckning. Otroligt långsam utcheckning. Märklig info i bastun: Inga badkläder tillåtna samtidigt som andra sällskap stojade i poolen utanför den glasinhägnade bastun, ingenstans att låsa in sina saker, info om badmössor fanns men inga att tiilgå. Ingen info gavs om att olika sällskap blandades i bastun. Välfigt dålig och okunnig servicepersonal på kvällen i restaurangen och mat som knappt får godkänt. Fantastisk frukost, vänlig personal, sköna sängar, skön kudde, tyst. Inga tops eller bodylotion på rummet vilket var ett minus.

We had a wonderful family trip to Lund and discovered this fantastic hotel in the suburbs. It had a great family room and plenty of activities on the ground floor for the children to enjoy, including a ping pong table and a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious. The evening meals also had a good selection from set meals to a daily buffet option. The staff were incredible in their approach to the children and the family as a whole. Really friendly and helpful at all times. Despite being out of the city centre the hotel is easy to get to by bus with numerous regular options available. The hotel also has free bikes that we used for a cycle trip to the coast along the wonderful cycle routes in the area.

Helt okej hotell för en barnfamilj utan alltför stora krav. En enda person i receptionen vid incheckning var i minsta laget. Personal fanns på plats, men de jobbade uppenbarligen inte med att ta emot gäster. De gemensamma utrymmena såsom pool mm var överraskande bra. Rummen var rena, men hade passerat bäst före datum vad gäller vissa delar av inredningen. Hotellet i sig ligger i en ganska tråkig del av Lund.

Lätt att hitta, nära motorvägen om man bara stannar för natten på längre resa. Var fullbokat vid vårt besök, de märktes vid frukost. Men gott om personal som hjälpte till och många och utspridda matstationer, så någon direkt kö var de inte vid frukost

Lage des etwas äußerlich in die Jahre gekommendes Hotels an der Schnellstraße am Rande eines kleinen Industriegebietes ziemlich unattraktiv.Drinnnen ist von der Straße aber nichts zu hören und auch sonst abends sehr ruhig totz der vielen Gäste. Der Pool ist nur nach gebuchten Timeslot zu nutzen. Frühstück gut aber auch nicht besser als in vergleichbaren Hotels. Zimmer sind OK, alles da wir hatten auch einen kleinen Wasserkoche, Instant-Kaffee und Tee. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.

The hotel is fine, except the room temperature way too high and not adjustable, the dinner menu poor but reasonable. Everything is clean and spacious. Typical hotel chain. Not close to the center of Lund

Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Lund, sehr verkehrsgünstig, fast wie ein Motel. Die Ausstattung ist allerdings mit einem Motel nicht vergleichbar. Sehr schöne Eingangshalle, große Zimmer, tolles Frühstück. All in all ein Hotel in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann, wenn man mit einem Auto unterwegs ist

A little outside the city center. Nothing close like restaurants or supermarkets

My recent hotel stay was a significant disappointment. The hotel's location left much to be desired, it’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to use a car to go anywhere. Our room had a not exactly charming view of a fuel station. The restaurant experience was frustrating, as we had to wait in a 15-20 minute queue at the bar on a Friday night just to place an order. This process could be greatly improved with the use of QR codes on the tables for ordering. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was cold and underwhelming. We ended up sending our plates back to the kitchen and lost our appetite for the evening. I noticed that people by the table next to ours were sending their plates back, too. The main reason we booked this hotel was the pool, but it was a letdown. Not only was it an additional cost, but we could only book it once during our stay, and for just 45 minutes – a rather ridiculous restriction. As for the room, it initially appeared ok, but our enthusiasm waned when we noticed unsightly yellow stains on the bed covers. Finally, the parking, which we hoped to use for charging our electric car, turned out to be unreliable. It worked for a short period before stopping, and the same issue occurred the following day with a different charger. Given these numerous issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, and I regret our decision to stay there.
