Die Zimmer waren sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Personal war super freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war entspannend und sauber. Fahrräder waren im Preis mit drin, man konnte aber auch super zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden. Der kostenlose Transfer von Da Nang nach Hoi an war super. Alles in allem ein süßes und sauberes Hotel mit tollem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Hier würden wir nochmal her kommen.

A great boutique hotel, not too far from the old town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’d also recommend the on-site spa. Excellent value.

Uno dei migliori hotel del Vietnam. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata e preparano anche caffè e cappuccino a pagamento. Arredamento nuovo e moderno. Servizio ottimo e bici gratuite. Consigliato anche per la zona silenziosa e a pochi passi dal centro facendo anche il vicino lungo fiume.

Have to give it 5 stars everything was great, rooms great size and lovely + very clean. Modern hotel, staff very attentive, 10mins to centre along the water which is great. Nice pool. Breakfast was a good selection.

Compliments to Tracy and the Bar Manager. Nice and thoughtful. I will certainly stay in Cozy An again. However, 1 complaint is that the air con duct in room 604 is not well designed. The air blows into our face whilst we are in bed. Apparently nothing can be done. I hope mgmt will look into this problem

The Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian was a wonderful boutique hotel. The River View room was awesome and had a great view of the river both during the day & at night to see the boat and lanterns. The best part of my stay was the wonderful and helpful staff. The staff was incredible at every point of my stay. The Spa was also super inexpensive and wonderful. Anr only a 10 minute walk to Town and the Night Market. A++++ experience.

Really nice fun clean property that's right by the water and a short walk away from the heart of the old town. The whole experience was absolutely spot on, from the check in, to the rooms, to the breakfast that we enjoyed every morning and the amenities including the pool and the free bikes. Just loved this place, check it out and if it's available just book it.

호텔의 무료 픽업 서비스가 좋아서 첫날 이 호텔을 선택한 이유가 가장 컸습니다. 가는길에 미니마트 두 곳정도 있습니다. 객실 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았지만 에어컨에서 냄새가 났고, 욕실은 물때가 좀 보였습니다. 샤워필터는 그래도 양호한 편입니다. 조식은 가지수가 많지는 않지만 깔끔하게 있을건 다 있는 편입니다. 강가쪽으로 걷다보면 식당이 나오는데 분위기도 좋고 맛있습니다.

This is a fabulous property. Clean and stylish, the common areas are welcoming and provide comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy your visit. We have now been to Hoi An 4 times. Each time we have stayed at a different hotel due to these venues not meeting our expectations and needs. This latest trip we were advised to try the Cozy An Boutique Hotel. What great advise that was. We struck gold. This venue is modern and well maintained. It is situated within easy walking distance to Old Town where the action is. The staff are magnificent. They are professional, friendly and helpful plus they have a detailed knowledge of the local environment. As a bonus most have an excellent working knowledge of English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. They are efficiently serviced each day. It has a secluded pool available to cool off on those hot days. The buffet breakfast is a food lovers delight with the menu aimed at the local market as well as those with a western palate. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. This hotel is exceptional in terms of venue and price. Without hesitation I give it my highest recommendation. We will return here on our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were spotless, the staff were fantastic and the amenities were great. The location is also very good, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. There are bikes available for free too. The breakfast was fine, pretty standard. Overall, an amazing place to stay!

it's a nice hotel. The only negative thing was the rooster next door made noise very early in the morning， it was quite annoying. Also when the neighboring room (side or up) took their shower, it was very loud.

Cozy hotel An is an excellent place to stay in Hoi An. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the amenities have good quality. There are two free bottles of water a day inside the fridge, besides tea and coffee. The breakfast is complete, and the attendant prepares scrambled eggs and omelettes. There are a swiming pool and a gym, and towels to use, and the restaurant is very good. Laundry service is available, pontually and efficiently. It is a few walking Hoi An downtown. I definitively recommend the hotel.

The staff are very nice and helpful! Breakfast is delicious. The family room is spacious and big enough for my family of 5. The room is clean and looks new. They also provide free airport transfer which is a bonus. Walkable distance to Hoi An old town. Will stay here again if I visit Hoi An again.

Great hotel with great service from the office personnel. They were ahead of needs. Room very comfortable and clean. We had the bridge view. Food was excellent. We didn’t have time to try the pool. Strong point are location (10 minutes from everything and confort). Breakfast is great with enough variety.

Incredible staff, and a great hotel. Well worth the money. We were there during the flood and the staff were incredibly helpful and because of them, we enjoyed our stay despite the significant flooding outside. They were extremely attentive and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and modern rooms that were very clean. Knowledgeable staff. Our highlight was a cooking class organised by the hotel, where we got to go to the local market and some local food and then come back to the restaurant to cook a four course meal which was delicious and Made very easy by our helpers. Highly recommend cozy arm as a great place to stay in Huan for both families and single or professional travellers.

The staff are very nice and helpful! Breakfast is delicious. The family room is spacious and big enough for my family of 5. The room is clean and looks new. They also provide free airport transfer which is a bonus. Walkable distance to Hoi An old town. Will stay here again if I visit Hoi An again.

We have now been to Hoi An 4 times. Each time we have stayed at a different hotel due to these venues not meeting our expectations and needs. This latest trip we were advised to try the Cozy An Boutique Hotel. What great advise that was. We struck gold. This venue is modern and well maintained. It is situated within easy walking distance to Old Town where the action is. The staff are magnificent. They are professional, friendly and helpful plus they have a detailed knowledge of the local environment. As a bonus most have an excellent working knowledge of English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. They are efficiently serviced each day. It has a secluded pool available to cool off on those hot days. The buffet breakfast is a food lovers delight with the menu aimed at the local market as well as those with a western palate. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. This hotel is exceptional in terms of venue and price. Without hesitation I give it my highest recommendation. We will return here on our next visit.

Compliments to Tracy and the Bar Manager. Nice and thoughtful. I will certainly stay in Cozy An again. However, 1 complaint is that the air con duct in room 604 is not well designed. The air blows into our face whilst we are in bed. Apparently nothing can be done. I hope mgmt will look into this problem

Property was clean, quiet, and the meals were fantastic if you chose to stay in. Staff were friendly, and very helpful when it came to booking activities to do. The Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian was a wonderful boutique hotel. The River View room was awesome and had a great view of the river both during the day & at night to see the boat and lanterns. Great hotel with great service from the office personnel. They were ahead of needs. Room very comfortable and clean. We had the bridge view. Food was excellent. We didn’t have time to try the pool. Strong point are location (10 minutes from everything and confort). Breakfast is great with enough variety.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were spotless, the staff were fantastic and the amenities were great. The location is also very good, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. There are bikes available for free too. The breakfast was fine, pretty standard. This is a fabulous property. Clean and stylish, the common areas are welcoming and provide comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy your visit. Cozy hotel An is an excellent place to stay in Hoi An. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the amenities have good quality. There are two free bottles of water a day inside the fridge, besides tea and coffee. The breakfast is complete, and the attendant prepares scrambled eggs and omelettes. There are a swiming pool and a gym, and towels to use, and the restaurant is very good. Laundry service is available, pontually and efficiently. It is a few walking Hoi An downtown. I definitively recommend the hotel.

An amazing hotel where the staff go above and beyond to make your stay clean , comfortable. They are so friendly and truly care for each individual guest . The food at breakfast is fresh and has choices for lots of different tastes . I have been here for a week and I am still finding different fruits and pastries to choose from. They offer hot food from Vietnam or even an English breakfast if you so wish. I can not fault this hotel in anyway . Thank you

This hotel is absolutely wonderful…. I had the best two weeks here. I have been a guest at the Cozy hotel chain for the past 10yrs and this hotel has kept the same homely feel with added features like the little gym and spa. The staff are exceptional and from the reception, restaurant and kitchen staff to the room attendants and porters they are all ready to help with any questions or help you may need. The hotel is within walking distance to old town and the market. The riverside restaurants are simply a walk across the road. The hotel also has bicycles for guests to use and the ride out to the beach is lovely. Thank you to everyone at Cozy An you made my stay perfect as usual and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to HoiAn
