Do not ever book this place. Air conditioner is broken. The property never informed to customer instead lied every day they are going to fix it. It was over 100 degrees inside room without any small opening window nor fan. I had to open my door for air circulation. I had no privacy and couldn’t sleep or rest during daytime. Please aware this. Do not book this place.

No podíamos regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado en la habitación, un día estaba perfectamente bien y al siguiente estaba caliente, nos comentaron que el sistema era compartido y pues eso no nos resultó funcional ni cómodo, por lo demás el hotel está muy bien.

The air conditioning did not work and it was stuffy and warm. Refrigerator did not work and to use refrigerator at the front desk. No storage or hooks for hanging clothes. Room was very run down and in need of general repairs. We. Travel all the time and Will not recommend or stay there again.

The property was just okay, definitely not 4 stars as the listing states. When we arrived, we saw 3 stars on the awning (pictured below, apologies for the poor quality image, adding a screenshot closer up). We actually asked the staff when the hotel gained its 4th star and we were told about 1-2 years ago PENDING renovations. When we asked what those renovations are, they couldn’t give a solid answer, but that the Renos haven’t been completed/started yet. So we basically paid a 4 star price for a 3 star hotel. Also, the shower door is only half a door, so water gets on the floor pretty bad and can be icky to walk around barefoot after your shower. There is supposedly breakfast available for a fee but the lobby is pretty small, I’m not sure where that would be if you choose to get it - but we decided to go out to local cafe’s each morning! Restaurants around the area were pretty good and the hotel is close to the shopping area. Overall, once you get past the above negatives, the hotel isn’t all bad and is in a convenient area. Just wished we didn’t pay a 4 star price for a 3 star hotel, probably more bang for your buck nearby!

Great property near the Arc de Triomohe. Easy walk or train to other destinations. Room big enough for 3 people and shower was an ok size given it is in Paris. Bathroom needs a fan for ventilation but otherwise no problems. Lift is tiny but got our bags up to level 5. Paid parking was across the street. Make sure to key lock room door as it doesn’t auto lock

Stayed for 4 nights, overall stay was good, very convenient, staff was very nice and friendly. The lift is abit small, can only fit in 2 person plus 1 luggage max. Last night they did not really change the towel, im not expecting them to change all the unused towels but at least the one that i had used. But no issue for me since i had used only 1 towel per day and there's still plenty of the unused.

Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms….would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend it….the only drawback was no ice machine and had to go out to buy ice for using in our room.

O banheiro é bem ruim, o box é muito pequeno e não há nenhum suporte para colocar shampoo/sabonete, precisando deixá-los no chão. A limpeza do banheiro também não era boa. Nosso vaso sanitário estava quebrado.

This property was extremely filthy. Our bed had bedbugs. Mold all over sink and shower. Elevator barely fits one person and one piece of luggage. They keep the physical key when you leave the property.

Shower was very good, tiling needs proper clean. Grout is getting black. No heating in bathroom, meant very cold. Beds slip on the floor and not enough wardrobe space. Good for short stay, comfy beds, good space. Excellent location.

Room was clean but very tiny with three beds. Bathroom was a little awkward. Great location near arc de triomphe. We heard at checkout that water in the room was free the first day but we weren't told that so we didn't take advantage. Also we were told children were free for breakfast but then told one child didn't qualify due to age.

The location is unbelievable, great things all around it. Our corner room (105) was really dark with basically no windows (a thin window facing inside, and a thin window in the bathroom), so it felt a bit lacking in term of a light and airy feel. For 8 days, that got to us a little. Im not sure if the other rooms are like that, though. We did have a great experience!

Really nice location as it is centrally located in front of the arc de triomphe! Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping options however the wifi in my room was really unreliable as was my data. It seemed to be an issue with the room I was given cause my data/wifi worked better outside my room. Just for reference I was in room 12 downstairs... Won't recommend that room but the staff was really nice

Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen sehr klein, das Doppelbett nur 1.40m breit. Das Lavabo war im Zimmer selber und nicht im Bad, sehr doof. Die Vorhänge konnten das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln und so war es in der Nacht hell im Zimmer. Sehr enttäuschend.

Language barrier, and leaving the room key when going out, did not sit right with me at all. Did I go to a hostel or an hotel? The first room was dirty then changed to another but no apologies.

We arrived with friends whose room was 3 floors down from ours. When the staff realised we were together they immediately offered to change their room so they were on the same floor as us. So thoughtful and helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay at the Hotel arc de triomph etoile

The location of the hotel is not bad, though it’s not very close to anything worth visiting other than the Arc de Triumphe. The elevator barley fits one person and one bag, and staff is not very helpful. We had a triple room and it was very tight. We left the hotel to the airport at 3am, so we interacted with the night shift front desk employee. I have to say it was the worst interaction we probably had in Paris. The hotel also has an identity crisis in terms of star rating. On the front door there’s 3 stars, inside the hotel there are 4 and on the key it’s 3 stars. All in all, staff is rude, hotel location is not great and rooms are very small.

Friendly staff. Very convenient to shopping, eating and the train. Was a little weird to have to turn in the room key each time while out exploring reception was always there to return the key but still felt a little uneasy.

Hôtel was amazing! It was close to everything and if it wasn’t the metro was down the street. My family and I would definitely stay again when we come back and visit Paris.

Our shower was not working properly. The mini fridge in our room was not working. There seemed to be a lot of debris in the hallway. Other than that, the front desk was very helpful. The location of the hotel was great.

Very Nice room very comfortable. Thank you for great stay, and would recommend to any visitors in Paris, the Hotel is very well located to all important tourist location i.e Arc de Triomphe, Rue champ Elyse, la tour Eiffel, if you like walking Paris is at your disposal. Merci Beacoup encore!

In a very lively area, with plenty of shops and restaurants of any ethnicity. Close to Rue de Ternes, it is convenient for tourism or any conference at the Palais des Congrès (just 15' walking distance). The room was very clean, quiet despite being on the groundfloor close to reception. Bathroom quite big with a walk-in shower. AC was pleasant, as well as overall services. Free umbrella at hands. I purchased the breakfast that was quite rich, with fresh ingredients and a good variety. A nice boutique hotel.

Room was clean but very tiny with three beds. Bathroom was a little awkward. Great location near arc de triomphe. We heard at checkout that water in the room was free the first day but we weren't told that so we didn't take advantage. Also we were told children were free for breakfast but then told one child didn't qualify due to age.

It was good, though their breakfast was overpriced for €14.00 for just small amount of choices (boiled eggs, 2 kinds of cheese, 2 kinds of cold cuts, orange & apple, coffee, juice.

Rien à redire… Personnel agréable, hôtel et chambre propres et literie confortable ! On y dort bien et le petit déjeuner est d’un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à d’autres hôtels.

The property was just okay, definitely not 4 stars as the listing states. When we arrived, we saw 3 stars on the awning (pictured below, apologies for the poor quality image, adding a screenshot closer up). We actually asked the staff when the hotel gained its 4th star and we were told about 1-2 years ago PENDING renovations. When we asked what those renovations are, they couldn’t give a solid answer, but that the Renos haven’t been completed/started yet. So we basically paid a 4 star price for a 3 star hotel. Also, the shower door is only half a door, so water gets on the floor pretty bad and can be icky to walk around barefoot after your shower. There is supposedly breakfast available for a fee but the lobby is pretty small, I’m not sure where that would be if you choose to get it - but we decided to go out to local cafe’s each morning! Restaurants around the area were pretty good and the hotel is close to the shopping area. Overall, once you get past the above negatives, the hotel isn’t all bad and is in a convenient area. Just wished we didn’t pay a 4 star price for a 3 star hotel, probably more bang for your buck nearby!

Great location. Rooms are small and cramped and uses a double door entry that is difficult to access and uses a metal key. You have to drop off the room key with the staff at the front desk every time you leave the hotel. The 14 euro breakfast buffet is very basic.

Chambre propre confortable mais très petite contrairement à ce que l’on pense en regardant les photos sur le site. Si je peux donner un conseil vraiment c’est de ne surtout pas prendre le petit déjeuner, le buffet fait la taille d’une table à manger et la charcuterie (malgré une très faible quantité) laissait à désirer (déjà sèche donc certainement pas fraîche) le jus d’orange pressé était à vomir (je pense que les oranges n’étaient plus bonnes) obligé de demander du pain car il y avait trois morceaux seulement bref honnêtement un buffet horrible nous avons payé 30€ pour boire juste un café et un verre de jus de pomme donc très très déçue cela a tout gâché

The hotel room is very very clean. The Classic Twin Room is spotless and very shiny. The Housekeeping Maid is very kind, very nice and very generous. SHE gave me 2 More Big Bathing Towels and 2 more Medium Towels when I asked for just one more fresher Towel. I don't even ask for toilet papers ; but, SHE stacked 2 more rolls of toilet tissues, a couple more bars of hand soaps. I did asked and mentioned in a humble way that the Shower Stall's Bottle of Body Liquid Soap was kind of Left just a little bit. The Housekeeping Maid is very very Friendly and Again very Generous that SHE replenished a FULL NEW Bottle of Body Soap. The Overnight Shift Front Desk Receptionist is also very polite and very Thoughtful. This fine Young Man with Eyeglasses, HE arranged me a DIRECT Charger with my USB wire to my Cellphone. I admitted I did talked a little too much about taking pictures. I don't EVEN bother using my own Charging "PLUG" that I brought over from TORONTO, CANADA. The Breakfast is a Buffet Style and All You Can Eat. However, The Breakfast is a Continental Breakfast Type. Nevertheless, The Breakfast Inside the Hotel Arc De Triomphe Etoile in the Basement does fed me and made me full in my stomach. That is all matters. Breakfast makes me full and I am satisfied. The Breakfast Counter Server is also very very Kind, very helpful and very understanding. My French is NOT that good and my French is a Broken French ; but, SHE understands my needs. So, Thank YOU so much. Merci beaucoup
