We had a most pleasant 6-night stay from check-in to check-out. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Strong wifi connection, well appointed and spacious bathrooms, best hotel slippers ever (currently wearing mine at home :)). Staff is friendly and helpful, and head concierge Sanjay is an encyclopedia of recommendations if you’re undecided on what to do. I loved the refillable water station that offers both flat and bubbly options. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to some of the most iconic Paris spots: Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Musée d’Orsay, Musée Rodin, and one of the best gourmet grocery stores La Grande Épicerie de Paris. So many fantastic little shops and restaurants. Terres de Café Saint-Germain-des-Prés (2min walk from the hotel) makes an excellent cappuccino :) I’d love to return to Paris and stay at this hotel again.

Greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I cannot praise the staff enough. Rooms were very clean, comfortable bed, great A/C, and nice shower. Room size was smaller compared to USA rooms, but served its purpose. Spacious lobby if you want to sit and visit. Complimentary, still, sparking water, and Nespresso available in the lobby 24 hours. Location was great for us.

Great location, friendly staff and the hotel is very nice / well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great. They also have a filtered water and coffee station in the lobby which was very useful :)

We loved our stay. We come to paris often and we found this hotel to be one of our new favorites. The bed is actually queen size, the room is comfortable, they had a small doggie bed, bowls and a treat for our frenchie and the staff was incredibly friendly. Oh and seems like a small thing, but they had the best hair dryer i’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The location is quite considering the busy area it is in. By busy I mean walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants and parcs. We will stay again. Thank you.

Charming hotel with very attentive, helpful staff. Very quiet, clean and well appointed. Great location within walking to everything you need. Our room was a little cramped for 2 traveling with suitcases etc. but that’s typical of the area. Overall a wonderful stay, will definitely visit again.

Trevligt rum, men duschhandtaget gick inte att sätta fast, det var ngt kladdigt här och var i badrummet som inte blev bortstädat, säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte och det låg en take-away-låda utanför badrumsfönstret från ngn tidigare gäst. I övrigt bra hotell med bra läge och trevlig personal.

Staff very helpful and informative about local stuff. Room was very nice and clean. Only complaint is they don't offer A/C in february apparently. Theyre only on heat mode. I had a very hard time sleeping because of constant heat flashes and having to open windows and get out from under the sheets. Then cold again, back under sheets, rinse and repeat. They should allow people the option of using AC even in the winter months.

The Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was very convenient, in the heart of St. Germain. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable. However, it was very small for 2 persons. In the end, I would rate this hotel a 5 star and somewhere I would return to.

I loved the location. Close to several metro stops and the RER. So many cafes in a 5 minute walk radius. Safe! My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. The only issue was the heating system: in midwinter it only blows hot air, so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when we arrived. Because the hotel sits on a lively street, opening the windows to cool down the room meant dealing with noise. The soundproofing is superb when the windows are shut, but you can’t have both a cool room and a quiet one at the same time. Still a great hotel overall, but travellers who are temperature-sensitive should be aware of this if visiting in winter.

Vale muito a pena se hospedar no Artus. A localização é excelente. O quarto é muito silencioso eu realmente ficarei mais vezes. Muito bom. Somente como observação para o meu gosto achei o colchão muito duro e não gosto do formato de travesseiro tipo almofada prefiro os tradicionais. Outro ponto muito positivo do Hotel é o atendimento. Todos são muito atenciosos e querem ajudar você a ter uma ótima experiência em Paris.

Vale muito a pena se hospedar no Artus. A localização é excelente. O quarto é muito silencioso eu realmente ficarei mais vezes. Muito bom. Such a great experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating the moment we arrived. The bed was so comfortable! The toiletries in the room felt and smelled so good. The hotel is also in such a great location. Loved the hotel, staff and area!

We’ve stayed several times and the incredibly friendly staff are always why we come back. The rooms are wonderful too and the location cannot be beat but the amazing staff (Marie and crew) are simply top notch and always fun!

Hitel is wonderful except the Night Shift. One night, i git to the hitel at 12.30am and had to wait 8-10 minutes on the streets before the concierge came to open the hitel door

The hotel is excellent. Safe, quiet, clean and everything you’d want in a hotel. But, its best feature is the concierge Sanjay. He suggested and obtained great restaurant reservations each night. He even did this for us on his days off!! He knows the best restaurants and they know him which must be how we were able to snag seemingly the last available tables. He made our stay in Paris unforgettable.

Fabulous hotel! My husband & I stayed a week and there was so much to do within walking distance, shopping, eating & the Louvre! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (I do not speak French). Sanjay, the chief concierge was on point! Sanjay knows the area inside and out. He made wonderful recommendations for us.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. The only issue was the heating system: in midwinter it only blows hot air, so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when we arrived. Because the hotel sits on a lively street, opening the windows to cool down the room meant dealing with noise. The soundproofing is superb when the windows are shut, but you can’t have both a cool room and a quiet one at the same time. Still a great hotel overall, but travellers who are temperature-sensitive should be aware of this if visiting in winter.

Ficamos decepcionados quando Chegamos no hotel e o hotel estava todo em reforma , não fomos avisados , meu marido tem rinite alérgica , todas as paredes cobertas de poeira e fita crepe , nos deram um upgrade para outro quarto de uma melhor categoria que tinha traças, muito cheiro de mofo e poeira , a limpeza do quarto estava terrível , não sei se muito tempo sem uso mas vi muitos fios de cabelo chão , bichos andando…

we were disappointed to find the hotel under construction. the lobby was very small and with it being under construction it appeared messy and unorganized. The room was very small but was clean. due to the construction we were dragging up dust into our room and the carpet was brown so it showed. there was no formal lobby or bar so although they mention a meet for drinks there was no place for that to happen. additionally since the room size was so small there was no place to relax in the room unless you laid in your bed. when they cleaned our room they forget to leave towels and when we tried to call nobody answered so my daughter had to go down to the lobby and request them. the location was good and close to a lot of good restaurants and stores but the hotel was very unimpressive. The staff were fine.

Sanjay, the head concierge and Hisyam, made us feel welcome and accommodated, despite our initial reaction to the unexpected construction in the lobby at Hotel Artus. I have no doubt that once the lobby renovation is done, Hotel Artus will be a gem, just like its sister hotel down the road. The neighborhood was delightful, with great restaurants nearby and small local shops that had us coming back multiple times. I cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting Paris with my teenage daughter.
