Hotel Lorette - Astotel

We loved our stay at the Lorette! The neighbourhood was lovely, proximity to the Metro was convenient and the daily beverages and snacks a treat!

Great hotel in area with lovely restaurants and a metro station just a few minutes stroll away. Staff were fantasticly helpful, the little extras such as the tray with tea and coffee, fridge with soft drinks and the snacks you could help yourself to around reception set this hotel above the rest. We had breakfast and found it wonderful too - kids under 12 also eat free breakfast with an adult.

A great walkable neighborhood steps from the Metro. Coffee and snacks available in the lobby all day. Small refrigerator in the room stocked with water and juice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay here again,

Loved everything about this hotel. It keeps the charm of Paris in every nook and cranny with a modern twist (decor, AC, elevators, kettle in room). Rooms were on the small side (we only got the standard) but it was cute and cozy and good enough for 2. There is breakfast at an additional cost - great selection. And it is so close to the Metro, cafes, boulangeries, pharmacy. It’s 15 mins walk to Moulin Rouge (rue de Clichy). It’s 20-25 mins to Galeries Lafayette, Palais Garnier, Louvre, Tuileries Gardens. The lobby has drinks (water, pop, juice, coffee/tea) and they have snacks available ie biscuits, pastries, cookies, donuts. It’s in the 9th arrondissement. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

Complimentary soft drinks in the room was a nice touch. Snacks, drinks, umbrellas in the lobby was appericiated. Near to subway and bus. One bus from here gets you close to Notre Dame cathedral.The only negative was the squeaky floors in our room.

This is the first time I’ve ever experienced actual hospitality from a hotel. I arrived way ahead of check in time, yet they gladly put away my suitcase and offered me a snack. The mini bar is complementary and the breakfast is very reasonably priced. They also welcome you at their other properties throughout the city for refreshments at no additional cost. Indeed, true hospitality.

Hotel tres bien situe, juste a cote du metro. tres propres, le service est impecable.Vous avez les boissons non alcolisees gratuites dans la chambre et a l acceuil ( + snack a l acceuil) ,+ acces au memes gratuites dans les autres hotels de la chaines sur paris.

the front desk staffs (the 2 ladies & Alexander) are very nice and helpful, they raised our impression to the next level. Hotel is convenient, next to St George Metro Station. Free snacks, cake and coffee at the lobby are very good add on service (indeed Astotel customers could enjoy the same complimentary service in case you pass by the other Astotel hotels in Paris). Will stay again and recommend to others in case you do not mind the room is a little bit small, and the shower curtain is just a moving panel too small to keep water being splashed on the floor (not good to have a wet toilet floor). anyway, overall impression is good.

Breakfast room was amazing, and the food was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed very good. Also, free cold drinks and snacks were great. However, we had some stained towels and the corners of the bathroom floor had spider webs. The half-wall shower leaked a lot on the floor. Quite a lot of traffic noise at night.

They had mouse in the kitchen breakfast area and afternoon mini bar area. I checked out of hotel even earlier than my last day. I have a letter that said have to call and submit to Expedia to get my refund.

Well located hotel within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Hotel is very nice and offer nice benefits like free drinks and snacks at all of the hotels in the network. Would have rated higher if the room didn’t have a sewer smell at times.

Eneste bra med dette hotellet er plasseringen i koselig området. Rommet var bittelite, sengen steinhard, dusjen var så liten at det knapt var mulig å dusje, nasty dusjforheng. Ekstremt treg heis, når jeg stod å ventet på denne grusomt trege heisen så jeg mus springe i lobbyen.

Es ist ein nettes, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Ist halt ein Altbau . Wir waren zufrieden vor allem die kostenlose Minibar auf dem Zimmer und Snacks und Getränke in der Lobby fanden wir gut. Das Hotel liegt gut. Man kann viel zu Fuß unternehmen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Bad (innenliegend) hatte leider immer einen Geruch nach Abfluss. Liegt aber wahrscheinlich an den Rohren. Es war alles sauber. Das Frühstück bietet auch alles was man braucht (international) und war lecker.

The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful when needed. I lost my glasses & they had them at the desk. I was grateful they had them as they are prescription. The breakfast buffet was good.

We stayed for two nights and cannot be happier with the hotel and its location. Steps away from metro station (line 12) walking distance to a ton of interesting sites including Moulin Rouge , Montmartre, Notre dame de lorette, etc. there are tons of cafe, restaurants within walking. The hotel is clean, beds comfy, breakfast is superb. I thought the room and bathroom will be very small but they exceeded my expectations !! Convenient trendy but not touristy. I will stay again next time in Paris.

Nice adjoining rooms, excellent breakfast options, convenient location, quiet and safe area, love the network of hotels throughout the city. We took advantage of these connections for a rest near the Champs Elysees. Would absolutely stay at one of these properties again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut zwischen der Stadt und Montmartre gelegen. Beides kann man zu Fuß erreichen, die Anbindung via Bahn ist aber auch gegeben. Kostenlose Getränke in Minibar und Lobby. Negativ war für uns das wirklich kleine Zimmer. Ja, man kommt klar, außer einem Bett und einem mini Badezimmer gab es nicht wirklich was. Zu zweit schon etwas grenzwertig.

Just okay Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the 5th floor The higher the floor the less connectivity from WI-Fi So had to spend time outside my room and come downstairs to connect to internet Not good enough

Room climate was good location was good…however the shower was very small and the toilet continued to produce oders after flushing

Small but nicely appointed room and hotel in a great location next to metro station. Soundproofing on window good so not disturbed by street noise below. A few nice perks like some free soft drinks. Didn't get the best sleep on the mattress and the shower curtain was annoying, but minor issues in an otherwise good value and comfortable stay.

Hotel dans un vieux batiment, tres propre malgré du tapis dans la chambre, avoir des pantoufles. Aucun espace de rangement dans la salle de bain, pas tres pratique pour long sejour, mettre rideau de douche au lieu d’une vitre serait un avantage car toujours dégat d’eau partout ….

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer im Erdgeschoss – die U-Bahn ist alle drei Minuten deutlich zu hören und zu spüren. Kaum Schlaf möglich.

We booked the Superior Family Room. Perfect for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The Hotel is near Metro station. Breakfast was great. Kids enjoyed the stay. I totally recommend.

Many thanks to a fantastic hotell. We, a family of 4, had two rooms. The personnel was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, the location was great, breakfast delicious - to make it short we had a fantastic stay! 🙏😊

J’ai demandé si conformément au statut Gold sur Hotels.com j’avais été surclassé (en fonction des dispos). L’agent a l’accueil ne semblait pas avoir de mention particulière. Par ailleurs j’ai vu après coup qu’il était prévu une visite gratuite dans le cadre du programme dont je n’ai pas bénéficié

The room felt quite outdated, and the floor made noise every time we walked. The bathroom also needs maintenance — water spills onto the floor every time we take a shower. Additionally, the door lock was very hard to open. We had to come down to the reception twice to get new key cards because the door wouldn’t open properly. Our booking included a daily mini bar refill, but during our three-day stay, it was never refilled. When we asked the receptionist on duty, he informed us that he didn’t have access to restock the mini bar.

Had a wonderful trip and would stay at the Lorette again in a heart beat. Right next to the metro stop. everyone was fantastic. Stayed there for 8 days and please pass this along to the hotel staff

all the staff was very friendly.

The staff was wonderful. Air conditioning worked well. Room was large and plenty of space for our luggage. Bathroom was large as well. Bed was king sized. Lobby and terrace area was lovely. The location was also perfect. It also has an elevator. The price point is amazing. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it is to stay here.

We moved to this hotel from the Astotel George where we had an amazing stay and the most amazing experience. Unfortunately they didn’t have room for 2 extra nights and we moved to Lorette hoping it would be as great, not at all! The staff was extremely rude, especially Hassan or Hazam or whatever his name is. Interrupting the conversation when we were not even talking to him or simply being dismissive when the conversation had nothing to do with him. We made a request for a cover/ blanket when we made the reservation. Upon arrival, it wasn’t there, went to the reception and asked for it, were told to check the closet that it would be there, went back upstairs it wasn’t there, go back downstairs were told it would be delivered, waited, never arrived we had to leave and we were assured we would have it upon our return. We get back at night, no blanket!! We ask the receptionist who explained it wasn’t her job, then it wasn’t het fault, the responsible person is gone, then many other excuses… she had no idea where the blankets are… terrible! The next day we asked the same receptionist for a recommendation about the area, it was actually specifically about a nearby place. Her answer: I have no idea, this area is horrible, I would not walk here, I only come here to work… seriously?! How could you have someone that can’t even promote the Hôtel location? The area is nice and convenient, walked around even at night and never felt unsafe. Only rude people we found in Paris were here!

Very helpful and friendly staff. We checked in very late and it was no problem. Complimentary drinks and snacks in lobby. Extremely budget friendly and quite a find for a lovely weekend get away!

Great location

Overall had a great experience staying here. The location is fantastic - quiet but close to the lively areas filled with restaurants and shops. Super convenient transit access and quick to get anywhere. I’d stay here again

The building was clean and comfortable with friendly staff and coffee in the lobby. Very close to the St Georges metro and also easy walk to Montmartre.

Located in a central but quiet neighborhood, this hotel is a jewel. A metro station is only a few steps away. Free hot and cold beverages are available day and night. The staff is very helpful. I plan to come back.

Hotel Lorette is in a great area close to restaurants, small markets, and coffee shops and the metro is just across the street. There are tourist in this area, but not too many. You experience the Parisian culture more than in a very touristic area. I always felt safe walking around. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area is small but adequate. In the afternoon the lobby area had some snacks but they were all sweets. For the price and compare to other places, the nightly rate was fair.

The hotel is located in a truly local neighbourhood with families and young couples going about their daily routines. There are amazing dinning, bakery, cafe and grocery options all within a 5min walk of the hotel including 'to die for' croissants still warm out of the oven! Metro is across the street and 20min walk to the Palais Royal and Louvre Metro station. Great spot.

quaint, small rooms but clean. Breakfast was ample, though uninspiring. Staff did not like us using the hot water from the coffee maker for some reason. Otherwise, quite enjoyed our time there!

Great hotel which was central but in a quiter area, close to metro and walkable to lots of tourist attractions. Very good breakfast. Excellent snack area in the foyer and brilliant to have free drinks in the room replenished every day.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück für Vegetarier geeignet. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit von Metro (wenige Meter) und Gare du Nord
