It’s was so hot. The listing said it had A/C, however, it was controlled by the hotel you can only control the fan. The hotel kept the temperature at 72 degrees, this it ok for the lobby, but if you go higher up in the building it gets super hot. My room was on the top floor and it was unbearably hot. It was cooler outside and it was in the 90s. And I get it, it was hot during that time but you want to go back to the hotel and cool off not sweat more.

The hotel was located in a great area with proximity to many Paris attractions. The hotel staff was welcoming, kind and attentive. While we wished the aircon was working more efficiently, the breeze that came through the windows in the evening was sufficient. In hotter months, that lack of airflow would be a little more troublesome. There were many restaurant and bakery options nearby, and especially Asian cuisines within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again!

I chose because each room decorated nicely French chic, but room were small and very dark. Not like pictures shows. The hotel was overpriced for the condition. AC wasn’t working. Construction noise starts early morning. But location was great.

We found a most warm welcome, friendly staff during our stay and unexpected assistance moving our luggage to vehicle to airport with a fond farewell. Room was a good size and we didn’t feel at all cramped. Location excellent and quiet. Air con not bad but perhaps a fan would assist moving air around.

Easy check in and Check out. Friendly staff, quiet room and clean. Has an old French decor as seen in photos. King size bed was great! Refillable water fountain. 10 min leisure walk to metro station and opera. 20 min walk to the Louvre. 15 min walk to Galleries Lafayette (huge shopping center) we were only there 2 nights on a busy schedule. good experience overall!

Genuinely love the simplicity of this Hotel, nothing super fancy or over the top, everything you need and nothing you dont. My girlfriend & I enjoyed every moment of our stay and found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to have a place to refill water on every floor so guests dont have to go down to the lobby every time they want to fill their water. Highly reccommend this establishment for anyone looking for a simple, quiet stay in an excellent location of Paris!

I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful and it is in a great location. Also, there are two elevators - a bit slow but there are elevators and AC which was very much needed during the heatwave. The room my sister and I was in was cozy but honestly, what we needed as we were not staying in the room long. The ONLY issue we had was a room down the hall was being worked on after people had left. New carpet and bedding was put in...no one came by to let us know about the noise or smell that would come from the room, we just saw it and heard it. They completed the work in a day and that evening it was as nothing happened at all. A great hotel and value.

First time in France. We made the mistake of staying in the local area our first two nights in France. Was a bit too hard to navigate for a first time in France not knowing much French. We hit different areas in France throughout our stay. The night before we left France we stayed here. Clean, great location for dining and site seeing. We regretted not staying here are first two nights. When we come back to Paris we definitely will stay here again!

Everything is within walking distance here, as it is very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, plus it is minutes away from the Palace Garnier. The atmosphere is okay, though the space is a little bit small and dimly lit, so it’s hard to read inside. However, if small spaces are not a big deal for you and if you’re going to be out for most of the day, it shouldn’t be a problem.

We liked this hotel very much. It is perfectly located near the Opera Garnier. We were able to easily take the Roissybus from the airport and then walk to the hotel. Check in was efficient. The room was cozy and clean and the air conditioning was nice to have. We had a small balcony. There was an option to get breakfast in the room which we enjoyed. There’s great shopping nearby and everything else is easily reached by metro. All the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

파리 첫 여행이라 2구에 숙소를.잡았는데 아주 만족한 숙소입니다. 오페라가르니에와 도보 7분정도가 걸려 공항에서 오갈때 루아시버스 이용도 만족했고 교통도 편리하고 주변에 먹을거리 즐길거리 많네요 방도 혼자쓰기에 무리가 없고 깔끔했습니다. 요청사항도 잘 들어주셨고 친절하셨습니다. 가는날 짐도 맡겨주셔서 공항가기전에 맘편하게 놀다가왔네요 다음 파리여행때도 다시 방문할 의사있습니다. 아 맞다, 조식도 괜찮아요 쏘쏘!

Great location and very reasonably price given the area. In house food options limited which is only a problem if you have a young child with you. Otherwise fantastic eateries in the area. Lead in room type is small but ideal for short stays. Would stay again based on location and price.

I'm assuming this cheerless hotel ticks some official boxes for being rated a 4 star in France. But it has the look and feel of a 2 or 3 star. The lobby and rooms look like they haven't been updated in decades. Do not recommend adding on the breakfast, which is expensive and kind of tragic.

Location at the opera district was nice and accessible to several metro stations. Close to the Louvre and La place Vendome designer shops… less crowded. Room accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We had a room with king bed. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety. Price for E17 was reasonable. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful with our needs. Would stay at the hotel again.

Just wasnt worth the cost. ~250€ per night, the bar was not manned unless you asked, buffet a little bland.

Sweet staff and very helpful. They go the extra mile if needed. Clean and nice room. Breakfast selection could be improved. No bacon or soft boiled eggs which should be standard in my opinion

One of the best experiences ever from the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. The hotel itself is stunning beautifully designed and perfectly located within walking distance of all the main attractions. A beautiful hotel decorated in the traditional way. Public areas are really stunningly decorated, the lounge is the nicest I have seen, I even took a photo. Beautifully designed fresh flowers. We missed our train in Milan and arrived around midnight and were grateful that there is someone at reception 24 hours. I contacted the hitel on the train as the info says hotel reception closes at 10.30 pm and to make arrangements for late attival and they reassured me someone would be there and we had a lovely greeting. Very comfotable room , great to have a separate toiket and very quirt. IThe room was facng a wall but even thst hat green lattice work on it to counteract bleakness. Absolutely no noise. The Beautiful Opera building is around the corner, La Fayette Gallery with stunning shopping and a viewing gallery are close as isouvre and Tuilleries and eating areas. Perfect stay.

I loved the hotel. It was in a perfect location, right near the Opera and several metro stations. It’s extra safe at night too. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the shower/tub was very dangerous. It was very awkward to get into the tub for a shower and dangerous. Very high side and very narrow opening. Not sure why anyone would design it this way. If you do book here, make sure you don’t get a room like that. I find more and more that if you book through Hotels.com, you get the worst room -often a room with some key issue Iike the tub/shower issue.
