Hotel Cervantes by Happyculture

Não gostei da localização. A noite as ruas próximas ao hotel são escuras.

Excelente servicio y la persona de recepción es muy profesional, empatía y servicial.

Bruyant et beaucoup de mal à avoir de l’eau chaude

When we check in, we are assigned room 1 on the ground, but it is too noisy at night, for it is near the train station. After we give this feedback, the staff is really nice to assign another room for us, the only problem is the new room has a pit on the ground, and if not careful, it will be easy to fall down, but much better than the 1st one. As for transportation, it is good, since Europe station is nearby, and it is easy to find a grocery. It lives up to my expectation on a 3-star hotel in Paris.

The staff were very friendly! room with balcony view was amazing, i will definitely come back! :)
