Horrible place. We were supposed to stay for nights and checked out after one. The AC barely worked in our room during a tremendous heat wave. The common areas have no AC. The place was old and dirty, the room ridiculously small. My husband literally could not fit in the shower. Staff was incredibly rude. Do not stay here.

Great location, closed to Seine river, Louvre, boat rides, walking distance to abundant restaurants. Hotel is old but we'll maintained with friendly staff, very good air conditioning.

We loved this hotel. Fantastic service, the staff was highly experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Flora was especially helpful and available for questions. A small boutique style hotel, it was quiet and there were no overwhelming crowds waiting for attention from the staff. It was very clean and our room was cozy. Eva that handled the kitchen was so nice and the breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee was superb. The hotel was also eco-conscious, providing large refillable glass bottles and a filtered water station. Additionally, there was one soap source in our bathroom, eliminating all those plastic bottles that end up in the landfill. Much appreciated! The location could not be beat: close to important museums and the Seine and tons of great restaurants and cafes. Small shops and businesses provided plenty to do when we were not touring the city. A very happy discovery, we will definitely be back.

Amazing location. So who cares if the AC is not freezing cold! Who cares if there's a stain on the carpet? Who cares if you have to go up 3 stairs because the elevator doesn't stop exactly in front of your room door? We don't... We will stay there again for sure. We had a laugh with the lady at the front desk the day we checked in, she was such a character.

We had a pleasant stay and loved the quaintness. The only thing lacking was the elevator was not working on one day.

Great stay. Small rooms, nice breakfast. Need boiler checked cannot accommodate all guest for a hot shower. Barely warm is not great! Private service to airport fabulous

Hello, The room was a little smaller than expected, but our biggest issue was that the airconditioning did not work ( it was very hot), and there were not any fans available. Getting a free breakfast did not compensate for an uncomfortable evening.

The room had a bit of an unusual design and was up a flight of steps on a half-floor, but was comfortable and fairly typical for Paris. The hotel offers free still and sparkling water in their bar area for your room (they forgot to mention this), and I did not have much of a view from the room, but I did not spend much time in it. The area nearby has lots of great restaurants and shops, and there is quick access to an underground station just south of the hotel, which will get you anywhere else you want to visit.

Cute little simple, but older hotel located in a bustling area with great shops and restaurants. Very noisy outside so no keeping the windows open. Otherwise, a little bar area with a restaurant made this place easy for one night’s stay.

Clean, great location, friendly staff

The hallways, rooms, very dark. I think that was to hide the cleanliness. Checked in after 4, had to walk around piles of dirty laundry. The carpet in the rooms thread bare. Worst of all bedding was stained. Slept on top of bed. Would NOT recommend.

This is an OK tourist hotel. Typical 3 star French property. The problem right now is that it has a bedbug infestation. I just returned and we found them in our room the moment we checked in.

We woke up in the morning with bedbug bites all over. If they get rid of the bedbugs this is a great hotel! Friendly staff and nice rooms.

Nice location. Ok breakfast. Rooms very old and bathroom not fresh, toilette was not velande. Cleaning was not so good. Bugs/flies on the wallpaper. Quite expensive for What you got. Breakfast ok

El establecimiento presentaba problemas claros de limpieza y mantenimiento. Había señales de humedad y moho en las moquetas, lo que generaba un ambiente poco agradable en las habitaciones. Más allá de tratarse de un edificio con historia, se notaba una falta de cuidado en los detalles. Reservamos una opción pensada para familias numerosas, pero al llegar nos asignaron dos habitaciones separadas por un espacio común en el pasillo. Solicitamos que estuvieran comunicadas, pero la respuesta fue que estaban “interconectadas”. Durante la noche, nos incomodó una luz del pasillo que permanecía encendida y, además, la presencia de una cámara de seguridad nos hizo sentir preocupados por nuestra privacidad. Tras expresar nuestra insatisfacción, la gestión de la situación fue insuficiente. Se nos ofreció la posibilidad de cambiar a los menores de planta, algo que consideramos inapropiado. Aunque se nos aseguró que harían todo lo posible para encontrar una solución, finalmente no recibimos ninguna alternativa satisfactoria. El personal mencionó ciertas condiciones sobre la cancelación, pero consideramos que estas resultaban poco prácticas y no nos permitieron resolver la situación de manera adecuada. Nos llevamos una sensación de decepción y sentimos que nuestra confianza había sido traicionada. Definitivamente, no es una opción a la que volveríamos.

Location is great. The staff are nice. The property is in real bad shape and not clean. The carpeting is old and badly stained and they don’t seem to clean or vacuum it. The elevator is filthy. The room was disgusting. The toilet was not secured to the ground so as you get up, it moves and lifts from the floor. The wardrobe door was broken. We wanted a second key card for the room; they ran out of key cards - he showed me an empty box. We spent as little time as possible in the room. It was honestly like a nyc 70s motel in Times Square with hourly rates except this “hotel” was way expensive. I travel a lot and have been to Paris several times - this was the worst property I’ve ever stayed in and the price was ridiculously high given its condition.

Breakfast was minimal, probably the cleanest array of options I’ve ever seen in Paris, Hotel. Service was pretty nonexistent. But the price was good and it was in the perfect location. I usually stay Le Regent just down the street which is so quaint, more amenities, and just a little bit more money. But it was booked!

The location at the hearth of St Germain des Pres is exceptional! Hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, plus art galleries and food stores. However, the rooms mostly facing internal courtyards are exceptionally quiet.

This is the most fantastic location! Every night we were able to walk and find dining without a reservation. Fantastic dining and shopping options right out the door. Easily accessible to all the other tourist highlights. The rooms were tiny for sure, the building being hundreds of years old, but they were beautiful.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, great central location. Only negative is room facing the street gets noisy due to bar next door and early morning garbage trucks.

Property lacks space. Felt like we were in confinement. Wifi is terrible.

Hôtel was installing floors during the day. Very loud noise. Hotel room was on the street side and noisy until 3 am in the morning. The bathroom was renovated however so small two people could not fit. Had to sit on the toilet sideways due to space. The shower was not correctly done as water would not run off down the drain but would run out into bathroom. Totally weird. Breakfast was fine. We had 3 rooms and my sister’s room had no A/C for entire stay. Front Desk did put in a fan?? Did nothing to make up for this major problem. No price discount or anything. Poor problem resolution. Management needs training. Hôtel had many Americans. I heard at breakfast many unhappy remarks. Location in St Germain was perfect. Not sure we would book this hotel again.

左岸エリアの駅近、全室バスタブ付きが決め手となり3年連続で3回目の利用です。 いつ利用してもフロントの方は皆さんとても感じがいいです。 早朝便で到着だったため、早めに部屋を用意して下さり、外出で戻れなかったのですが用意が出来た旨を伝えるメールも下さいました。 今回2部屋予約をし、父が脚を痛めていて階段が辛いので1部屋場所の変更をして頂きました。 脚の調子が悪く階段どころか全く歩けない日があり、変更をお願いして本当に正解でした。 変更に関してはかなり難しい様でしたが、対応して頂き感謝しています。 お掃除に関しては人によって違う様です。 私たち夫婦は違う方だったのですが、両親の部屋を担当している方はとてもふてぶてしい態度の方でした。 去年もいらっしゃいましたが、挨拶をしても無視、お掃除のタイミングでたまたま部屋に戻って来てしまっていたら、掃除は不要の札をドアにかけておけ！と言われたりで居心地いいものではありませんでしたが、今年もその様な対応だった様です。 この方がいると、買い物した荷物を置きに部屋に戻るタイミング等も非常に気を遣います。 その分星の数を減らしてます。 ホテル周辺は徒歩圏内で食事や観光を楽しめます。 立地に関しては申し分ないかと思います。 次回の滞在はまだ予定していませんが、また利用させて頂きたいと思っています。 いつもありがとうございますᵕ̈

Clean, great location, friendly staff

Arriving I found lots of boxes full of trash at the entrance of my room with big bags of dirty towels we have to come back downstairs and tell the front desk about and we get bad faces because they didn’t like our request to move all the trash out so we can get into our room. Breakfast buffet? Jesus! We have to ask for everything. No cheese, no fruits, no bacon, no water… is not a real buffet is Continental breakfast with few scrambled eggs just to say they have something hot. At the last day when we arrive io the room we found blood over the hair dryer and on the side of the bathroom door. Elevators dirty..The carpets on the corredor full of dust. Do you a favor and stay away from this hotel. Rooms are very uncomfortable. I understand is Europe with small rooms but to the point you don’t even have space to put on your pants with hit your elbows or your toes. Very disappointed

This was the worst stay we have ever encountered. The hotel was horrible, service was rude and unhelpful, the hotel had zero amenities in the room plus a broken hairdryer and the room was tiny considering we went for a deluxe option.. hate to think what would have been for rooms at a lower rate. Worst experience and we were left so disappointed with the hotel wishing we’d chosen the air b and b instead

This was a nice hotel for the price. Great location. And we got to eat my native Korean and Japanese food on the same street. Why I didn’t give it a 5 ranking was that Tony in charge on Sat night asked us without scruples that we had to pay for an extra stupid plastic card key which we needed because he only gave us one when it was me and my girlfriend fiance, and we had simply accidentally left the 1 key card in the room when we headed out for dinner Saturday night. It’s obvious that he was trying to steal from the hotel and me and forcing me to give him this in cash as tip. What nerve!! He was trying to cheat us and next morning mentioned it to Flaurin the manager on duty Sunday morning who was appalled as well. Just want to say that if it was not for this bad service the hotel and rest of staff in restaurant especially Nigeria. Lady were all very congenial. Thank you for a great stay except for the fraudster - I assume they will reprimand him - this is was completely unacceptable. Other than him I highly recommend the hotel for its location, price for value, and location location location ! Tres bien. Thanks, Oliver

We were just one quick night, but Tony made it perfect. Travelling with kids is hard but it was the extra effort from Tony that finally made us feel like we were on a vacation. Also, we got to learn why the heir apparent is called the dauphin—great little bit of history.

I was very pleased with the experience especially the great service. When we checked in on our first room, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness as it had stains on the rug and bed sheets, cracked sink, and other things. I had requested a new room and the receptionist told me they were full that night and I can come back in the morning to chose a different room. We stayed at the room for one night and returned to the receptionist the next day. They were very helpful and nice. Checked us to a much better room with nice view and beautiful interior. It was the same twin bedroom size but the atmosphere was so much better! Yes, it is quite old but it had so much beauty and history which is why I chose the hotel. The location was really great too. Food and shopping nearby was awesome and the hotel employees were friendly and helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would also come back here again!

Loved staying in this area. Very walkable to many great cafes and tourist locations. Plus easy to get to the Metro line B & C, so made the airport transport easy and also to get to Versaille!

Stayed 9 nights... comfortable hotel..clean and quiet...good breakfast but same every day.. very helpful and friendly staff... fantastic location ...dozens of restaurants in short walking distance.. great access to the river, louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg park, pantheon...very lively area!

Great location and beautiful room in the center of Paris

Best location for touring Paris and Disneyland, 5 mins walk to the river and another 5 to the Louvre. Arrive ving at CDG Airport, a train to St Michel Notre Dame which is 10 mins walk from the hotel, located close to the Latin Quarter where all the best restaurants and Cafes and bakeries. The hotel it self is clean, air conditioned and had enough room for me and my daughter, with price offered it’s worth it. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the manager send us a survey for preferences before arrival which was very kind with personal touch. Will visit again. Notecthat can be slightly noisy at night when windows open due to the nature of the area, but I slept well anyway.

We liked everything about the hotel - friendly, nice breakfast, clean, great location - except the room we had was quite small. The bathroom was fine- just where the bed is located was very tight.

Hotellet ligger super godt og i gåafstand til mange seværdigheder samt gode og hyggelige restauranter. Personalet på hotellet er så venlige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad, som man kan købe for blot 12 EUR pr person, er rigtig fin og bliver serveret i en lille hyggelig restaurant. Et hotel som klart kan anbefales. Vi takker for en dejlig ferie.

This hotel is like a B&B. The decoris a bit outdated but adds to its charm. The sevice was excellent! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, however, using the same plate for everything and the total silence in the small dining room was a drawback. The location is excellent though: 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame or the Louvre. I would recommend this hotel.
