Grand Hôtel De Paris

Hotel staff was friendly and our room was okay. The building is old and so the floors sloped, some doors didn't close properly. The elevator is really tiny. But it was a good place to stay for one night. Close to train, metro and buses. Breakfast didn't have much options, but it was enough to fill our stomachs.

Notre chambre etait tres agréable...sauf que le soir venu nous nius sommes rendu comote qu il y avait une fuite au niveau du lavabo....en catastrophe il nous ont atribue une autre chambre....en travaux..plus de papier peint..aps de mirroirs dans la salle de bains...biuton chasse deau casse..telephone non branche.....a peine une prise fonctionnelle...pas de chaise....pas de cacle a la tele...( nous avons du revuperer dans la 1er chambre sans leur avi....) Nous aurion préféré une reparation de notre siffon...( ce qui a du etre faut car la chambre fut re louer des le lendemain) ....et aucun geste commercial!!!! Ascenseur 50 cm 2 Sans ce soucis de chalbre l hotel aurait ou etre tres agreable

Hôtel très bien placé et parfait pour dépanner. L’accueil est super sympa. Les lits sont bien et le linge de toilette est de qualité. Ok, il faudrait le rafraîchir, poser une clim dans les chambres, avoir des prises électriques pourrait aider, etc. Mais ça dépanne !

Tres satisfait sauf..que la chambre au dernier étage sous les toits était trop chaude et les rideaux non occultants. Un ventilateur m'a été proposé.

it had beautiful pictures of the front and the inside of the hotel it wasn't that bad but nothing like the pictures the area was very busy with traffic and people all around it which i thought for the day it was normal but it was like that 24 hours the traffic was so bad police sirens going on and ambulance too every few minutes at night we had to sleep with the windows opened because of the hot wheather no airconditioning so we had to it didnt really helped but the noice all over all nigjt it was horrible!!

3 towels for 4 people. Twice I told staff to provide 1 more I addition to leaving a note, but no response. Elevator was very small and staying at the fifth floor was a challenge.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night because it was next to the train station….that is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. Everything else was terrible. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly, almost rude. The first room she gave me was a single that hadn’t been updated since the 1970s at least but the worst part is that the floor had holes and dips in it only covered by carpet. When I went downstairs to request a move to a room without holes, she told me that all of the rooms are like that because its an old building. I called Hotels.com customer service to request a refund but after speaking with the property, the same lady said a different room was available with flat floors so I was moved. The second room had been slightly updated and was better but you can tell they don’t care about the property at all. The 1 elevator was soooo small and slow. You could barely fit your luggage in there with you. Plus, the elevator was located mid-way up the flight of stairs so you had to carry your luggage up 4 steps to even use it which made it pretty pointless. The bowl of the sink in the deluxe room is way to small so that when you wash hands or face, it doesn’t actually catch the water and water ends up all over the floor and front of the cabinet. This is probably why the bathroom smells moldy. Everything about this place was disgusting, old, and unkept. Hotels.com should NOT have this property listed on its site. I have stayed in better roadside motel

La chambre était sale à mon arrivée. Le siege de la toilette etait mouillé et il y avait des poils dans le bol . Je me suis endormie pendant 1 heure à moitié de la journée et un employé a ouvert la porte sans congner . J'ai fait le saut . Il s'est meme pas excuser. Il m'a regardé et fermé la porte à nouveau. Il y avait des bibites sur le lit. Honnetement c'est la pire experience que j'ai eu dans un hotel. J'ai decidé de prendre un chambre ailleurs car je n'etait pas capable de passer la nuit là. L'emplacement est bon. Mais l'etat de l'hotel est deplorable. J'etais au deuxieme etage. Je ne sais pas si c'est pareil dans les autres chambres.

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Die Badezimmertür ( Zieharmomika ) war kaputt. Man saß also nie allein auf der Toilette. Aud Nachfrage hieß es, es könnte heue nicht gemacht werden. Wir sollten am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Am Tag darauf kam keine Reaktion. Beim Frühstück gab es drei Gläser Marmelade un ein bisschen Müsli. Das Grand Hotel war eine Grand Katastrophe. Nie mehr wieder !!!!!

This hotel was advertised as having cribs (subject to availability, of course) so I was very surprised upon checking in to be told they never had any. The staff was at least nice, and while I think she was trying to help us by putting us in different a room to better accommodate our 12-month old, it ended up being a terrible stay. The room was quite dirty (baby's hands and feet were visibly dirty after crawling around), the curtain rod was broken off leaving no window coverings, the small second bed was all bumpy with seemingly broken slats, and the shower did not drain properly. I'm talking wash your hair and maybe soap up your body before needing to turn the water off and wait for it to drain enough so that you can rinse off without it flooding. The main double bed was rock solid, and we typically like a firm mattress but it was a terrible sleep — even though we brought our own pillows. I will say, it was a good location, which between that and the nice staff, is the only reason I'm not giving it 1 star. Avoid if you are travelling with a young family.

I got there 2 hours before check-in time and I was asked to leave the hotel and come back in 2 hours, however I was allowed to leave my luggage in the hotel. The lift is so small that only 1 person with a large size luggage can fit in. Location is good close to trian station and subway.

Un endroit pour une nuitée avant de repartir. Peu de confort, meubles vieillots et démodés, table bancale, lit non droit. Moquette dépassée et joint de salle de bain noir ! Un rafraichissement de l'ensemble serait bien avec un changement de mobilier en urgence ! L'insonorisation extérieur n'est pas un luxe, beaucoup de bruit de la rue et double rideau peu occultant. Points positifs : Un petit déjeuner copieux pour un prix raisonnable, des draps très propres ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes. Les WC sont bien entretenus

Hôtel bien placé, correct, mais mériterait un gros rafraîchissement. Le point négatif : douche en mauvais état, pleine de moisissures. Ce n'est pas la faute du service de ménage, la douche est juste à refaire. Point positif : personnel accueillant.

Un des pires hôtels que j'ai pu faire à Paris depuis bientôt 20 ans. Pour commencer, personne ne répond au téléphone malgré les tentatives d'appels. Petit-déjeuner très limité. Personnel sympathique malgré tout. Chambre pas nettoyée à fond (mouchoir usagé derrière une commode), pas d'accès aux chaînes de la télé, une applique qui ne marche pas et non remplacée. On paie assez cher les hôtels à Paris pour avoir un service minimum. J'ai mis 2 étoiles mais ça méritait objectivement 1 étoile...

ah y'a juste l'insonorisation qui n'etait pas parfaite, sinon, la chambre solo, très bien (bureau correct, salle de bain très propre(comme la chambre) et même un balcon)

Chambre trop chaude pas moyen de descendre le chauffage. La salle de bain pas trop top. Plancher en pente dans la chambre. Les rideaux pas du tout occultants.la porte de la chambre qui laisse passer la lumière on aurait dit quils avaient trouvé une porte et mise comme ça.

I got there 2 hours before check-in time and I was asked to leave the hotel and come back in 2 hours, however I was allowed to leave my luggage in the hotel. The lift is so small that only 1 person with a large size luggage can fit in. Location is good close to trian station and subway.

Service was VERY good ! One morning i was about to go out of the room and happened to have to daty because of a phone meeting.... and that was going to last a bit so I asked if there was any coffee anywhere in the hotel... the answer was "no" but then a couple of minutes after a lady came with a nice cup of coffee... thats something i will remember !!!! Thank you to that lady, she made my day !

L’hôtel m’a prélevé à mon insu deux fois le paiement de mon séjour , une fois à mon arrivée et une seconde fois à mon départ, en me disant que je payais à ce moment là seulement la taxe de séjour. J’attends le remboursement de l’indu

Great location ,the metro is few stwps away few cafes right downstairs and along magenta blvd ,staff is very friendly ,rooms are descent sizes and clean ....

It was ok the people at the reception very bad attitude. You got lucky we contact the manager she help us more with the check in

Staff were very rude and unhelpful for my brief stay. It was the worst I’ve ever been treated by hotel staff. I actually witnessed a staff member yelling at a teenage girl who was a guest who just asked him a question. Maybe he was having a bad day but there is no excuse. The rooms are low quality but this might be more standard for the area. Be mindful that the area itself is quite loud so sleep may be impacted. There are many hotels in the area that are cheaper or the same price. I stayed at one that was a few minutes walk for the same price and was so much better. I won’t stay here again and do not recommend this place.

Localização excelente. Mas mudaram minha reserva para outro hotel parceiro há 300 metros, tive que caminhar com malas, crianças e carrinhos até lá no meio da noite. Me deixando mais longe da estação, que era minha preferência por este hotel que fica ao lado

If you solo traveling so avoid this area… even during the day this is very bad neighborhood with a lot of weirdos.

You get what you pay for, though to be honest this was overpriced. This was old and dated but clean and staff were friendly. Clean towels daily. Bathroom has hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Plenty of plugs in the room and a fan. No kettle. Breakfast not worth the money but McDonalds, KFC and Burger King all very close.

We only needed a hotel close to both the Gard du Nordic and Gard del’Est. This was just right. Plenty of small restaurants nearby. Spot on.

Séjour parisien, proche Gare de l’Est parfait pour se déplacer Charmant hôtel, accueil agréable, chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Literie confortable, serviettes de toilettes douces. Cela nous a parfaitement convenus.

Very good staff on reception. Room was basic. Offered a free coffee in the morning. Great location for Gare L’Est. Entrance hard to spot, with door between two cafes. Cafe to right as leaving hotel has friendly staff and a good G&T.

je n'avais pas une grande chambre, mais très satisfait du confort, et surtout du bureau avec une lampe pour l'éclairer (devenu rare, même dans des hôtels de gamme supérieure) service petit déjeuner très sympathique (et complet, dont des œufs durs)
