Alizé Grenelle Tour Eiffel

The elevator was not working. The room was on the 5th floor. They didn’t even offered to help with the luggage. The air conditioner was great.

Hotel had a great location and friendly staff but the paper thin walls ruined the stay. We stayed on the first floor and heard/felt the metro underneath the building constantly, could hear our neighbours full conversations and even heard people at the toilet and in the shower. The room could also have benefitted from a fridge or tea/coffee making facilities

The parking area is 150-200 meters away from the hotel. The card we got to enter the parking lot did not work a few times and we had to go back to the hotel. The parking lot is very narrow for a car larger than a sedan. If you want to leave your car during the day after checking out and leave the parking lot in the evening, they try to charge an extra fee. The reception's English is not very good. The room was generally clean

Great location with easy access and walking and plenty of nice cafe and restaurants. Staffs are nice. Room is on the smaller side but has everything you need except the fridge. Parking costs 23 euro per night. Beds are comfortable but a little small for two persons. Overall a good place for quick stays in paris!

Det er et super hotel hvis man kan li bylivet, og vi var glad for beliggenhed. Hotellet er meget lyt, så du vil kunne hører andre. Samt metroen køre lige uder Hotellet som du også kan høre. Hotellet kan tilbyde parking det koster 24 euro pr. Døgn

There was not any coffee machine or kettle to have a tea/coffee in the morning. But the location is convinient for central visits.

The only drawback is the small lift/elevator. It would only fit one person and one suitcase at a time. Often in the morning, the cleaning staff tied up the lift.

Está muy cerca del metro y se llega caminando a la zona de la Torre Eiffel. El elevador falló durante nuestra estancia y debimos subir 6 niveles por la escalera y maletas.

Vi boede på Hôtel Alizé, og desværre var oplevelsen langt fra tilfredsstillende. Det største problem var kommunikationen: Vi havde booket to værelser og blev derfor tjekket ind to gange – i alt fire personer. På intet tidspunkt, hverken ved indtjekning eller senere, blev vi informeret om, at morgenmad ikke var inkluderet. Hver morgen gik vi i god tro ned for at spise, uden at nogen fra hotellet gjorde os opmærksom på forholdet. Først bagefter blev vi gjort bekendt med, at det skulle betales særskilt. Efter vores opfattelse er det et klart eksempel på mangelfuld information til gæsterne. Selve morgenmadsbuffeten var desuden i bedste fald middelmådig – langt under, hvad man kan forvente af et hotel, der ønsker at fremstå professionelt. Hertil kommer et problem med faciliteterne: Hotellets eneste elevator er så lille og konstant optaget, at den stort set er ubrugelig. Når man bor på 5. sal, er det en betydelig udfordring. Da vi forsøgte at give udtryk for vores utilfredshed, nøjedes ledelsen med at fralægge sig ethvert ansvar og henvise til reservationsbetingelserne i stedet for at forsøge at finde en løsning eller tilbyde en form for kompensation. Denne tilgang opleves ikke blot uprofessionel, men viser også et markant mangel på hensyn til gæsterne. Sammenfattende: dårlig kommunikation, skuffende service, utilstrækkelige faciliteter og en gennemgående følelse af, at hotellet ikke vil tage ansvar. Vi kan på ingen måde anbefale Hôtel Alizé.

1. Conveniently located close to a well placed Metro station and local shopping establishments. 2. Reasonable sized bedrooms. No fridge or coffee facility in the room. 3. Night desk staff very helpful& friendly. Daytime desk staff less so. 4. Extremely poor sound insulation. Conversations and movements in adjoining rooms and passageways could be easily heard, which was very disruptive. For this reason alone, we would not stay here again. 5. On the last night, there was a loud buzzing sound from the ceiling above, which persisted until drawn to the attention of the desk staff member, who kindly dealt with it. However, it returned again in the early hours of the next morning for some time. 6. Inconsistent housekeeping. On the 2nd day, the room was made up without request. On the penultimate day, we were provided with a single bath towel to share. 7. Bathroom was not very clean. Mould and grime was visible around bath screen and tub. The small bath tub serves little practical purpose and a decent shower unit would be more practical. 8. Air conditioning did not work and there is little point in having a wall control as it seems to be centrally controlled anyway The room was very warm, meaning we had to keep a window open overnight.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location with cafes and metro super close by. 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower.

The room that I just got in found hair in the tub, on the walls of the bathroom and in the room, the chair had dirty stains. It felt awful.

Propreté et qualité literie

Situated in a central location very close to metro station and various tourist areas. The hotel itself is very basic. Our double room was very small with a window overlooking an enclosed courtyard with flats directly opposite your window. No kettle or tea facilities. It states the room comes with toiletries like shampoo/shower gel but the dispenser on the shower wall was empty and we only had 2 miniature bottles between the two of us for 4 days. Luckily we always take our own but be warned. The bathroom itself was so small there was barely room to turn between the toilet and the bathroom door, neither myself or parter are overweight but a person of larger stature could struggle. The shower cubicle smelled overwhelmingly of mould and damp and the tiles were covered in black mould on the floor of the shower. The room in general needs updated and the curtains which were coming off the rails felt more like shower curtains with a waterproof type coating on them ! We didn’t sample the breakfast so can’t comment. The area is perfect for touring with lots of great restaurants and a shopping street just a few minutes walk away and close to the nearest metro. I would recommend the area but will not be revisiting this hotel.

Great stay! Perfect location to tourist attractions, bedroom was cute and cosy with tv we could connect apps to! Our room was very quiet and clean and tidy! Couldn’t complain

The room is terribly small - unbelievable!

We had 3 Nights at the hotel, and i would Describe it as average. For a hotel where you only spend a limited time the hotel is fine. The beds however is not that comfortable. The walls are thin and therefore a fair amount of noise in the room. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice.

Only negative is the AC shutting down by itself after x hours (maybe 2). It was rough during the heatwave. But beside that I can recommend, for the price it was very clean and new, and close to everything you need.

Lovely staff, spoke good English, not much parking for a large vehicle, and could hear the metro underground running all evening/ night. Hotel was nice and clean, rooms are smaller than use to, but we was only there to sleep as wanted to visit the tower.. Tower was 15min walk away which was fine. As passed all local shops.. Breakfast was continental only. Would stay again, thank you

Tiny rooms in a nice and quiet neighborhood

It is lovely hotel to stay in for exploring Paris as it is within walking distance (c. 25 minutes) of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine and 2 minutes from Charles Marcel Metro tube. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had two rooms, one above the other but, curiously, they were different sizes. The air con didn’t make make difference to the room temperature during the unseasonally warm spell we experienced when we stayed. That said, we’d definitely return. Thanks for looking after us.

No puedo hacer check in aun porque el hotel tuvo una sobreventa y sigo sin poder entrar a mi cuarto a dormir y son las 12.35 de la madrugada

We arrived an hour early and they wouldn’t check us in even though place was so quiet, wouldn’t even let us use car park until we checked in which I think is ridiculous as car park was almost empty. First morning there, house maid walked straight in to our room without knocking, not happy about that at all. When we went out for the day, I left the do not disturb note on door, on returning room had been made up and all things had been moved. Room was nice and comfortable but I won’t be returning.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

They disable the elevator for guests when they are doing the laundry exchange/service, and the desk employee gave me a disgusted look for wanting to use the elevator. I had a brace on one foot for an injury that was healing, but felt forced to use the stairs because of his attitude. The staff was lovely except for him. Also, if you don't want breakfast (optional) make it clear when you check in (they didn't ask me about it at check in) and tried to charge me for 2 breakfasts during the entire stay (over 260 euros) when I left which I had to dispute because we didn't use it at all.

There was an error in reservations, and we did exactly what the front desk agent told us to do, yet we were still charged a cancellation fee. Very dissatisfied!

Endroit tranquille propre idéal pour visiter Tour Eiffel et Arc de Triomphe à pieds,plusieurs restaurants à proximité, épicerie à 2 minutes ainsi que transport en commun, je le recommande fortement

It’s a great hotel at a wonderful location that is near a metro, surrounded by many shops and restaurants but also walkable to the Eiffel Tower!

Hotel é muito bem localizado, perto do meteô, perto da Torre, perto de um comércio local com mercado, restaurantes, lojas, etc. O espaço do quarto é bom, silencioso, rua tranquila e segura. Atendimento bom, mas o hotel não dispõe de frigobar, o que faz falta quando queremos economizar numa viagem, mas estava no anúncio, então é um comentário e não uma crítica. Limpeza feita todos os dias e ambiente confiável. Recepcionistas falam inglês.

I loved it. We had a double on the top floor. Didn’t pay for the extra breakfast add on as we ate out at places. The staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for us, about 20 min walk from Eiffel Tower 5 min drive via taxi. Walking distance from grocer, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s and several other places. Car rental was a 10 min walk for Avis but there was another a few doors down.

O hotel é pequeno e muito bem localizado, no máximo de 150 metros tem metro, supermercado, restaurantes, shopping, lojas, estação de bicicleta elétrica. A limpeza do local é impecável, cama confortável (quarto pequeno) mas acomoda muito bem 2 adultos. Banheiro de tamanho grande e um ótimo chuveiro. Os funcionários são excelentes, atenciosos e sempre prontos a ajudar. Não usei o café da manhã, pois ao redor tem lugares deliciosos e com preço ótimo.

Lovely small hotel well seated for transport. Very helpful staff at reception -- they even printed 5hings out for me when my phone broke. Continental breakfast varied a d plentiful with gorgeous fresh fruit . Several traditional cafés close by that French people from the neighbourhood used. Great place to stay.

Good breakfast options: boiled eggs, croissants, bread with Choco, cereal, coffee, butter, brie

They never explain that breakfast is separate, they just offer it as if it were included... in the end they charge you 14 Euros and for them to only give you yogurt, milk and bread, it's not worth it.

Location is ok. It’s at least 20 mins’ walk to Eiffel so quite away from the tourist hordes. There are shops and cafes nearby. The hotel itself has noisy pipework/fans and that reduced sleep for me. Also, the guest upstairs must have had an elephant staying with them. Breakfast looked a bit pathetic and €€ so we went to bakeries instead. I was disappointed the towels AND toiletries (soap!!) were changed every day, despite following instructions to keep using them from the helpful sticker on the loo. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lift kept breaking down but it’s max 7 floors.

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité du métro et dans un quartier agréable et dynamique. Si l'isolation n'est pas optimale, la chambre est propre et suffisante pour y séjourner. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais sans plus.

There was no coffee pot or kettle in the room and breakfast was just cereal and very expensive for what was offered.

Staff were most pleasant & helpful in all of our requests. Our room was very well serviced daily. Breakfast was ample, and varied. We were thoroughly pleased with all amenities & service

Hotel was easy to check into and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental but very poor selection.There was no safe luggage storage facilities post check out. We asked to extend one of our rooms to store our luggage and had awful hastle with staff saying that we had to check out at 11:30 and come back at 1 to check in. Receptionist was very rude and was not helpful when we asked for alternative plans such as paying for early check in or another room. Eventually called up to the room to say another room was ready after all the hastle.
