Dejligt hotel til fair pris - lige til tuillerihaven. Stille omgivelser - hvis du har værelse til gården. Fin morgenmadsbuffet, der selv om amerikanske turister fyldte deres rygsække hurtigt blev genopfyldt. MAGA (Make Americans Go Away) Vi Kommer gerne igen.
Dejligt hotel til fair pris - lige til tuillerihaven. Stille omgivelser - hvis du har værelse til gården. Fin morgenmadsbuffet, der selv om amerikanske turister fyldte deres rygsække hurtigt blev genopfyldt. MAGA (Make Americans Go Away) Vi Kommer gerne igen.

Get ready to be disappointed! The hotel staff and concierge service were highly unqualified. The rooms are grossly misrepresented on the Hotels.com website and the staff needs too be trained in customer service. - Check in was horrible - the hotel billed me through Hotels.com website even after this was booked as a "pay at property," booking. Then had the gall too charge me for the full stay again at check-in or forfeit the room. - Concierge advised they had made dinner reservations for us through the Hotels.com portal - only to tell us at check in that their "colleague" didn't do it. Staff was totally unwilling to attempt to find a dinner reservation or take ownership of error - 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW! - We booked a SUPERIOR ROOM with a Queen bed, full bath and a view. Even through we booked two months in advance, the "only room available" was on the first floor with a view to hotel construction and scaffolding right outside our window. Bed was a twin bed. Bath was a "closet sized" shower and a separate "closet sized" toilet. - No amenities at this hotel. No bar or lounge. Buffet breakfast that looked like it was brought in from the street vendors. - Have been using Hotels.com for 10 years and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. Photos and and ratings are WAY OFF. This is a 2.5 star hotel at best!
