The property was about a 5 min walk to the Eiffel tower , shopping and restaurants . Staff was quite helpful and the room was clean . speaking of the room it was very very small . Also the hotel room had no restroom , that was not what i expected at all . The restroom was near but it was strange not to be in the room . Also in the room you could hear absolutely everything. But we made it work and stayed out all day until evening . We were in Paris so that was good .

Staff is excellent and accommodating, rooms are clean however bathroom and room are extremely small, could use phone in the room to at least contact the staff in case of emergency. In case of a fire this hotel could be a hazard with lack of exit. This hotel is in outstanding location walkable to everything, 3 mins from the Eiffel Tower, Military School, shops, restaurants. Metro, Buses.

The property was under construction. AC was not working properly. It wasn't fixed even after the staffs were notified for couple times. Hotel's locstion is perfect for walking to Eiffel tower.

Unfortunately this property was not fit for purpose. Dangerous stairs and very small lift. Even if you use lift there are stairs because lift cannot access the top floor. The rooms are small and cramped. No real hotel facilities. The hotel appears to be undergoing a refurbishment but not mentioned on Expedia. Not family friendly hotel

This is little small hotel close to Eiffel tower. Location is good. But this is the smallest hotel I have ever seen. Elevator is for one person and one luggage. You have to take steps up. Rooms and bathrooms are really small too. Like really small! I didnt mind that. However, one biggest problem with this place is how loud it is. We didnt sleep for 4 night we were here. People checking our in the middle of the night, people coming back to their rooms, talking int heir rooms, we heard it all. You hear everything. Also breakfast wasnt good. Not options at all.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plenty of restaurants and bakeries close by. My complaints are that the building had dried paint splatter on the walls and floors/stairs from renovation. The room was not aesthetically pleasing as under renovation. Room walls were not completely painted, shower door did not seal well and bathroom floors got soaked after every shower. Safe did not lock. Deadbolt on door did not work, and was not fixed after notifying staff.

Staff was very helpful getting us a cab. Elevator stops between floors so had to carry luggage up or down stairs. No toiletries.

Was under construction. Rooms were extremely tiny/very tight. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels not even a hand towel. You had to carry suitcases up narrow, turning steps. Was a small lift, but you still had to carry your suitcases up steps after getting out of the lift.

Bed sheets were not changed daily. Had to ask for soap refill. Dust bunnies under the bed. Mold on bed sheets and when I asked them to be changed I was told not until the morning. Room was tiny.

Stay was very much comfortable. Room was neat and clean and well maintained. Very near to Eiffel Tower, G20 super market, laundry just 10m near, very silent area. Staff hospitality was very nice and friendly we appreciate for that.

Stayed here 3 nights. The only good thing is the view of the Eiffel Tower if you booked this room with a view. It’s close to Champ de Mars & Eiffel Tower. The room is very small, if you have big luggages, it will be hard to move around. Does not feel & look clean. There is a small elevator. The staff were friendly.

Lo unico bueno fue la ubicacion, pero no nos parecio ni limpio desde el lobby hasta habitaciones, ni seguro para movernos en el poco espacio hacia las escaleras, las sabanas no reciben un buen tratamiento de limpieza y se nota que las cabezeras, mesas y sillas no son limpiadas nunca.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Property location is great! The room and bathroom are very tiny. Hard to function and get ready in such a small space. The room got pretty stuffy and warm at night - The AC did not work and the windows did not have a screen so we did not feel safe leaving them open since our room was located on the first floor. The walls are also very thin - You could hear everything. However, for the price and location it was good for a short stay. Probably would not stay here if our trip was anything longer than 3 days. No complaints about the staff - They were pleasant.

My stay in the hotel was good. Although I asked for a view of the Eiffel Tower but unfortunately didn’t get that…it was ok. Pro: good and quiet location near metro station around 7min walk Near tourist sites like Eiffel Tower/Invalides Loads of restaurants/patisserie Cons: Rooms are somewhat small Showers a challenge due to it being small Needs reviewing TV reception-they don’t work if someone is else is moving on the other rooms. Overall not bad but hopefully can improve on a few bits. Will come back to book again in the future.

Very poor quality hotel for the price. Severely outdated room, staff was rude to me. Photo deceiving as it depicts you will see the Eiffel tower from your room. Walls VERY thin, very disruptive from neighboring rooms. Would not recommend.

Fania was very attentive and helpful. She was so kind. Actually the entire staff was courteous. Despite what people's opinions that Europeans are rude. I don't find that to be true. Everyone was kind to me.

The front office staff were phenomenal. The gentleman in the evenings was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and personable. The women during the days was extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The staff made the hotel 5 star. I wish I had gotten there names.

The staff are outstanding! The other thing I love about this hotel They let u keep your luggage for free till your next flight or train ride time how awesome

I loved the 24 hour concierge as we felt very safe. They provided many ideas and tips during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to many sites, restaurants, shops. You could store luggage after check out for free - bonus! I highly recommend and I would book again in the future.

We stayed at three properties while in Paris all booked through Expedia all in the same price range and this was the worst. The person at the front desk was scary. Our entire family felt uncomfortable with him. When I asked him if both our keys should work for the main door of our room (we had two separate rooms with a separate single entry door) without responding to me he aggressively took my key, ran up the stairs and tried the key only to tell me only one of the room door key will work for the front door. Also, prior to arrival I messaged the hotel a few days ahead to ask if I could drop the luggage a day early and have it stored. No one ever responded to my email.

The location was excellent! 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the tour buses. A great Italian and very reasonable restaurant around the corner. Staff was helpful, spoke English and courteous. Extra coffee, tea, etc in the small kitchenette. The rooms are small but the location is terrific!!

They are in the process of remodeling the entire property and we were not advised prior to arrival. Very dusty with construction debris everywhere. Offered free breakfast to compensate but it was mediocre. I’d find another location to stay in Paris.

Small but clean and nice room, the location is wonderful, the staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that breakfast was too expensive for the items provided. Overal a great experience!

The hotel is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plenty of restaurants and bakeries close by. My complaints are that the building had dried paint splatter on the walls and floors/stairs from renovation. The room was not aesthetically pleasing as under renovation. Room walls were not completely painted, shower door did not seal well and bathroom floors got soaked after every shower. Safe did not lock. Deadbolt on door did not work, and was not fixed after notifying staff.

Very close to the Eiffel Tower and could walk to many local hot spots in Paris. The staff were very friendly. The room was smaller than expected, but that is not unusual for hotels in Europe. Breakfast was very good!

I had a good experience with this property. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the tower and some of the rooms do have a view of the upper half of the tower. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was worth the extra couple bucks. The room was definitely very small, especially the bathroom and shower but it’s a good price for a decent room

Some places allow you to check in early this place did not. It turned a lot of customers away. They have to come up with a different way of cleaning room so allows clients to come in early for check-in. The rooms are very tiny and any little sound coming from the next room. You were able to hear. We heard a lot of kids running and screaming. The food was excellent the gentleman who cooked the food for us. He was really nice and welcoming the gentleman that works the overnight very welcoming

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a unique property in the heart of Paris. Very quaint. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also spoke English, which was helpful too! We did not get the optional buffet breakfast, at 14 euros a person. We bought food at a grocery store around the corner. Highly recommend this place. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows . There is a tiny elevator, but we mostly used the charming spiral staircase.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eiffel Rive Gauche! The location was fantastic, especially being so close to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time in Paris. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our visit, we appreciated their communication and efforts to make guests comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Paris!

An exceptional experience and top-class service! We checked in early and were greeted with such warm and welcoming smiles at the reception. Although the room wasn't ready yet, they handled it so professionally. We left our bags and went out for lunch. When we returned, not only was the room ready, but our luggage had already been brought up to our room. I have rarely experienced such thoughtful service! Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so fantastic. Highly recommended!
