Great hotel, friendly staff. It’s fantastic location if you want to shop on Champ-Elysee or stay near Arc de Triomphe, however, it was a bit far from other main attractions. I hoped the hotel had better food options or more amenities but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

It was the BEST! Hotel I have stayed in. I was running the Paris Marathon 2024 and it was a walking distance from the start line. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing! Defo recommend

From check in to check out, every single interaction I had with staff was friendly and helpful. I was put at ease for any worry at all! It's a gorgeous building, beautiful decor and you can't beat a morning view like that! My room had beautiful red drapes with a silver wall and black headboard. I loved the color scheme! Room service was fun!

Very nice hotel. Very accommodating staff. Excellent location for being in the center of Paris. If you book a Superior Room. The bathroom is exceptionally small. Toilet is way to cramped for space for average and even smaller people. No view at all for that room. If we were to go back we would book a more upgraded room. The restaurant downstairs is real nice and cozy. There are other close by restaurants that are good too. Once again we would like to go back there but, in a bigger room with a view. The staff is excellent and informative. Hope to get a chance to get back there again.

Beautiful hotel with a view of the arc de triomphé. Service was impeccable. The front desk attendant working nights went above and beyond. We spent nearly a month traveling through France, Italy, Germany & Malta and this hotel was definitely the most comfortable. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the mornings.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, for the price that I paid for the room everything in the mini bar should be free, but they did give me a free bottle of water. I wish there were a few more channels on the television in English. This hotel is close to many shops and restaurants and the metro station

Love this hotel! Good location, close to shops and restaurants! The bathtubs are dangerous!!! An elderly person would have a hard time getting in and out of the tub. I had a hard time getting in and out of it. Should switch to all walk in showers.

Un hotel precioso. El personal súper amable. El ambiente hermoso. Vale la pena el desayuno, es más económico ya tenerlo pago, y más allá de nuestro cambio desfavorable de moneda, es excelente.

It was the BEST! Hotel I have stayed in. I was running the Paris Marathon 2024 and it was a walking distance from the start line. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing! Defo recommend

If is not my first time but this time i founded the hotel a little not a 5* stars. The give at my check in a room on the first floor with just at the window at work reconstruction area and when i asked to change the room they told that no availability and must do a paid upgrade ( 50 euros / each night). There is a problem with the heat in the room during the first 2 days of my stay, the phone in the room is not working, the breakfast was very simple just a bread with a small collection of cheese and … no omelet no sausage and it was the same during 5 days.

La atención del personal muy buena. Muy amables con muy buen servicio. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas no lo recomiendo para gente con niños por el tamaño de las habitaciones. No hay disponibilidad de alimentos o bebidas después de las 9:00pm. La ubicación inmejorable

The staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well looked after. A special mention has to go to Victoria, whose welcoming nature and attentiveness were phenomenal. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She noticed that it was my fiancée’s birthday 🎂 just two days before our stay, and while we were out, she arranged a lovely surprise of balloons waiting for us in our hotel room. 🎈❤️ It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch and made her birthday celebration even more special. Victoria also recommended a phenomenal restaurant for us to continue the birthday celebrations, and her recommendation was perfect. 🥂🎂 Our room was lovely and comfortable, and the Juliet balcony was a nice touch. I would have liked the bathroom to be slightly bigger, but it was perfectly adequate and did the job. The breakfast had a small selection, but what was available was nice and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was lovely, the service was excellent, and the personal touches made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Victoria’s kindness, warmth and attention to detail really stood out and made our experience extra special. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily visit again. Thank you, Victoria, and the whole team, for making my fiancée’s birthday stay so memorable! ❤️🎈🥂🎂

Definitely the worst of the MAISON ALBAR chain in Paris. The room had a faulty air conditioner, the hotel's overall décor was very poor, and the breakfast offered only the bare essentials. I do not recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is great, its well positioned for tourists. The staff is extremely helpful & kind. We just spent one night , but promise to go back on our next visit too.
