Had a family room upstairs no lift. Very narrow spiral stair case to carry bags up. €50 euros for small safe access, no iron amenities they can be requested down stairs and have to be done downstairs in public area, also no food or any drink allowed in room.

We spent four nights at this hotel. It was very pretty and quaint. We met the owner and she was lovely. The staff was also very friendly! There are a few things I wish we had been aware of.....there was not an elevator to get to our room on the second floor. The narrow stairs were somewhat difficult with luggage. There was no place to unpack our luggage-no drawers, etc. We had to live out of our suitcases which was difficult and disappointing. It made the room extremely cramped and uncomfortable. (there were 3 of us) If we had know these two things, we may not have stayed. But, we were happy with the staff and service.

We chose this property for its proximity to the Eiffel Tower which turned out not to matter since it was too cold (-2) to walk there anyway… Check-in and check-out went smoothly and we appreciated the accommodation of having a taxi called for us each morning. The breakfast buffet was quite nice; however, the dining space has way too many tables/chairs for the narrow space - you’ll be bumping into people trying to serve yourself or sit down. Sleeping room was clean and being able to open the window for fresh (but cold) air was very nice since the fan didn’t work on the central air unit. We were missing toilet paper when we arrived but it was quickly provided. Bath towels are very small and thin/not absorbent. And, speaking of small… we have been to Paris a number of times and paid a lot less for much, much larger and nicer rooms and these rooms are TINY. The whole place is miniature as there isn’t even enough room for two people in the elevator w/luggage. We sent our luggage (not all of it because three suitcases wouldn’t fit) in it without us and took the stairs up and down. The shower is an accident waiting to happen so if you have any mobility issues, please avoid it. Again, location is the driver for this property; so if you’re staying in Paris more than one day, have more than one suitcase, enjoy a little ass and elbow room in the shower or like to spend time in your hotel room, you’re best served staying elsewhere.

The elevator was having technical difficulties. They worked hard to fix it and in the meantime, were incredibly helpful to us. I salute their staff who were always available at the desk. They did extra effort on our behalf. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in a convenient location near Trocadero, so close to Eiffel Tower, metro, and Toot bus hop on/hop off stop. Nice cafes are also there, but pricey because of many tourists. We didn’t have a breakfast included, but there’s a wonderful coffee, sandwiches and sweets cafe around the corner. The only discomfort was the size of everything in this hotel:, tiny everything: foyer, elevator, and room that I had a hard time to move between the foot of the bed and the wall, especially since the TV is low enough and tilted to bump your head. Bathroom was surprisingly normal size with a bath tub, but wouldn’t recommend for elderly people as it’s very high to step over.

We had a triple room at the back of the building, that was accessible only through the breakfast area. No elevators available to rooms on this part of the building and will have to haul any luggage, up the narrow stairs. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Walkable to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining options, grocery stores etc. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the room I had booked was 2 double beds and we did not get that. We had 1 double and 2 single beds however, one bed was ground level and not raised and when we pulled out the bed so much dust was there. I had emailed the hotel prior to coming to advise of our allergies. I ended up sharing a single bed with my teen daughter, did not have a great sleep for our entire stay. Also the smell in this hotel is not pleasant. Very small rooms, not much room to move around. Overall the only thing

AVOID ROOM NUMBER 10 - Unsafe, no ventilation and smells “Deluxe Quadruple Room (Family)” it’s definitely not. Think more Harry Potter ‘Room Under The Stairs’. No privacy, unsafe, damp, smelled and little space for 4 people. Small room on the ground floor, literally under the stairs, with its one window opening into the central courtyard. So there’s no privacy unless you close the curtains and sit in darkness. Also there’s no bars or shutters so it’s not safe to leave the window open at night, especially with the kids sleeping under the window. The courtyard door doesn’t lock so there is direct street access into the room when the window is open. The room smells because there is no ventilation - no fan in the bathroom and the heating was locked at 22C. The reception team made excuses like it was the first time this had happened, however they couldn’t unlock the air con and ended up having to turn off the air con/heating system for the whole hotel. Cleanliness needs improving as well, we had our bag wheels sprayed for bed bugs in the dining room entrance. The carpet in the room felt damp - it had either recently been cleaned or it was a result of the lack of ventilation in the room. The staff either had limited ability or little interest to help resolve the situation. The service at breakfast had plenty of room for improvement. The only saving grace was that the beds were comfy - but no, I won’t be staying here again.

Our bathroom. The sink leaked. The toilet leaked. The shower leaked. Our friends tge shower didn’t even work. We stayed for 4 nights and nobody came around to fix anything. You couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. They wanted money for instant coffee.

The location was great and a very easy walk down to the Eifle Tower and in a lovely neighbourhood. The start were exceptional on the desk and really helpful and friendly. The room was nice but just slightly different to what we expected as was bright orange and the Quadruple room the 4th bed was a pull out that wasn't really suitable for us but perfect for a child.

Bistros/Restaurants/Bäcker usw. gleich in der Nähe bzw. fast nebenan! Zimmer sehr klein, aber nur zum Schlafen dort absolut ok! Betten/ Matratzen sehr gute Qualität und wir wunderbar geschlafen!

The location was perfect. All staff was great! Lots of food options near by and a street over gives you the perfect view without the crowd. Restaurants nearby that arent crowded. Grocery store, and other covenient shops in a mall nearby. Rooms are small but worth the convenience. And you are only there to sleep anyways.

A very great family-friendly hotel. Small enough, it feels like the staff knows you and that you are with family. The breakfast was great. Brighter, the lady chef was amazing. She went the extra mile to make us home-made eggs. She gave us ideas of what to do in Paris. She understands the hospitality industry. The front desk staff on night shift,( I think he's from Morroco) was also super nice as well. He helped us with our luggage and was so welcoming. I will stay here again whenever I'm in Paris.

Very very friendly staff, cosy, staff went extra mile to make us feel welcome, accommodated all our needs. Kept our luggage’s the whole day even after check out. Would definitely go back as everything was so close by and only 4 mins walk to Eiffel Tower and they had a very polite friendly dog

Our stay was great! Hotel was very clean and nice. It’s quiet, my family all slept well. Staff was friendly and helpful! Hotel is close to many restaurants. We will be back!

We chose this boutique hotel for its proximity to the Trocadéro and Victor Hugo subway stops. From these two stations, we could easily explore all of Paris. The room was small, for a family of 4, but we knew this from our research before booking We only used it for sleeping, the size wasn’t an issue. The bilingual staff were friendly and offered excellent restaurant recommendations.

The location was great and a very easy walk down to the Eifle Tower and in a lovely neighbourhood. The start were exceptional on the desk and really helpful and friendly. The room was nice but just slightly different to what we expected as was bright orange and the Quadruple room the 4th bed was a pull out that wasn't really suitable for us but perfect for a child.

The location was great! just a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood was very nice, clean and felt safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was nice; room/bathroom clean. it was a good stay overall.

Perfect Location! The rooms are cute and just right. We are used to bigger rooms in the US but my husband, myself and our teenage daughter did just fine in a room for three. We loved the Paris experience, narrow spiral stairs included. So convenient to walk 5 minutes and see the Eiffel Tower twinkle at night, it’s literally around the corner. Lots of nice places to eat and the staff was super nice. No complaints here!

This hotel is very nice, it’s small but we had all that we needed! It’s very close to Trocadero for dining options, walkable to the Eiffel Tower, and a metro station. We loved our stay and would definitely use it again.

A very great family-friendly hotel. Small enough, it feels like the staff knows you and that you are with family. The breakfast was great. Brighter, the lady chef was amazing. She went the extra mile to make us home-made eggs. She gave us ideas of what to do in Paris. She understands the hospitality industry. The front desk staff on night shift,( I think he's from Morroco) was also super nice as well. He helped us with our luggage and was so welcoming. I will stay here again whenever I'm in Paris.

We chose this property for its proximity to the Eiffel Tower which turned out not to matter since it was too cold (-2) to walk there anyway… Check-in and check-out went smoothly and we appreciated the accommodation of having a taxi called for us each morning. The breakfast buffet was quite nice; however, the dining space has way too many tables/chairs for the narrow space - you’ll be bumping into people trying to serve yourself or sit down. Sleeping room was clean and being able to open the window for fresh (but cold) air was very nice since the fan didn’t work on the central air unit. We were missing toilet paper when we arrived but it was quickly provided. Bath towels are very small and thin/not absorbent. And, speaking of small… we have been to Paris a number of times and paid a lot less for much, much larger and nicer rooms and these rooms are TINY. The whole place is miniature as there isn’t even enough room for two people in the elevator w/luggage. We sent our luggage (not all of it because three suitcases wouldn’t fit) in it without us and took the stairs up and down. The shower is an accident waiting to happen so if you have any mobility issues, please avoid it. Again, location is the driver for this property; so if you’re staying in Paris more than one day, have more than one suitcase, enjoy a little ass and elbow room in the shower or like to spend time in your hotel room, you’re best served staying elsewhere.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit super Nähe zum Eiffelturm. Zimmer sehr sauber aber extrem klein (speziell das Bad!). Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück würden wir nicht mehr dort einnehmen (Gebäck sehr gut aber Raumverhältnisse und andere Angebote wie Säfte, Kaffee aus Maschine nicht so überzeugend).

Very helpful and polite staff. The receptionist was also a huge perk since they were able to hold pur luggage and cal cabs for us anywhere we needed to go. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Thank you so much!

The hotel was the perfect location for our family. Close to the metro and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was great for our family of 4 - smaller than what you get in North America, but perfect for what you need. The windows opened up fully which helped cool the room down in the evening. Bathrooms in the room had everything you need, shower, lots of towels, soap and vanity kits with makeup pads, q-tips and a sewing kit. The breakfast was meat, cheese, pastries, cereals and milk. There was a hot plate to make eggs if you'd like. Coffee and juice was also included. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. It felt very safe at night. One thing to note if you have mobility issues is there is a lift, but fits one person at a time. Would recommend this hotel to families with teenagers or young children and would also stay here again.
