Due to weather threats during our stay we needed to extend our stay 2 extra nights while we changed our 2.5-week itinerary to avoid TS Kirk. So, we ended up staying in 3 different rooms at the property! First four nights was in the 1-bdroom, then we stayed in 2 studios. The staff was incredibly helpful and arranging our changes and made it easy. In all 3 rooms, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms are top notch. We used the shared laundry, which was easy after you translated to English (lol). The kitchen in the 1 bdrm was a full, gourmet kitchen. The studio kitchens were kitchenettes but had everything we needed. This is in the southwest Arr 5 and was a fantastic place to stay. We got lucky with the location. The local area had everything needed and the crowds were minimal. It felt very local yet just a few blocks away was the LuxGardens and Pantheon (and were Emily lived and her boyfriend owned the restaurant). But what we loved the most was the market and restaurants on Rue Mouffetard just 3 blocks away. We had such as nice time! We were glad we left before the storm and flooding and went to Sorrento, but we wil be back and will stay at P&P for sure!

Great apartment in Paris. Friendly helpful staff on front desk. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to St Germain, Pantheon and Jardin du Luxembourg. Rue Mouffetard Market was 2 minutes walk (a must see street - full of artisan bakeries, boucheries, and markets). The apartment itself was quite comfortable - spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good, dining area was comfortable. Wifi worked well. Reception was available 24/7. Accessible by lift. Well equipped kitchen. Couch needs updating, has seen better days. Not quite adequate for four adults. Would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Paris, will definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Pepper & Paper Apartments. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We love having the washer/dryer also. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is near lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

From check in to check out, the stay was amazing. Easy to get to via public transit from the airport. We arrived early, so they stored our luggage for us while we killed time. Room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. So convenient to have the washing machine available, just make sure you plan ahead bc there isn’t a dryer. I think that’s pretty common though. Did not get to use the patio due to the weather, but it was a nice touch. Safe area. The across the street neighbors are an elementary school. I know some people didn’t like having to turn the key in every time you leave, but it keeps me from locking myself out. All of the staff were phenomenal. Anytime we had a need or question, they were there. We even needed a telehealth visit & they recommended a service. The next day when I saw the employee who made the recommendation, he asked after my husband. On day of checkout, my husband stayed at the hotel while my daughter and I did one last tour. While sitting in the lobby waiting for us to get back, Jeremy noticed that he wasn’t feeling well & made him a cup of tea. Possibly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Live like a Parisian in the Latin Quarter. Close to absolutely everything- food, shopping, metros, cultural happenings. Accommodations were 5 star with a completely equipped kitchen, outdoor balcony, really tasteful furnishings. Don’t hesitate- book now. This place is a real jewel run by some of the nicest people. We absolutely loved everything about it.

10/10, This place truly made our Paris trip one to remember. Absolutely fantastic service from Noah and Stephanie who were super friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was amazing, looked after us and helped us with the area. They deserve credit for our making the experience so good. They are the reason why we will 100% return ONLY to this place in Paris. Room was clean, modern and well presented. We were lucky enough to have direct access to a beautiful garden. Not to mention great value for money. Location is excellent! shops,food,easy transport links. I hope this review helps as i couldn’t recommend this place more.

Wonderful stay in this huge apartment! Full kitchen with washer/dryer, living room with balcony and a bedroom that was very comfortable. The bed was firm and lovely fluffy towels were a nice touch. The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were luxurious smelled wonderful. Everything just like the pictures! Air con was a necessity in the June heat and it worked great. Elevator to our third floor apparent kept my husband happy. The outdoor patio is lovely and a nice place to relax. The location is perfect. There’s a small convenience store and a cafe on the corner- then it’s a 3 min walk to Mouffetard Market which has a plethora of restaurants, specialty food shops, and other fun finds. Metro stop is a 5 -7 min walk. The staff as super friendly and helpful made the visit such a pleasure. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a find! My little studio was absolutely charming, light, clean and so well appointed. Usually one has to deal with pots and pans that look worn out and mismatched cutlery and glasses. Not the case here. Everything is perfectly thought out. The bathroom is lovely. Shopping for groceries is a breeze and there is a lot to chosse from. The staff is incredibly helpful. Will come back.

Great stay for a family of 4. Lots of room and very clean. Staff was always around and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store just next door was also very convenient. 5 minute walk to the main commercial street in Latin Quarter.

Excellent apartment to stay for a family vacation in Patis. The place was exceptionally clean and close to restaurants and metro service. The Concierge staff was amazing, their customer service was exceptional, they made our stay in Paris memorable.

The apartment was spacious, located in a residential in central Paris, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Unfortunately customer service was quite poor. First of all, none of the front desk staff( except for one gentleman in the morning) can even muster a basic hello or smile. I would have been ok not to interact, but they require us to drop off the room key every time we leave and pick it up from them at return. Which to me felt insecure and unnecessary. At check-in, I was given a paper checklist to validate the number of plates and cups was correctly available in the suite. Almost all the items had incorrect count. They also said I must wash all the dishes, and bring all the garbage down to level -1(a dark hidden room underground) before checking out or I would be charged a fee. For the high nightly cost of this apartment I was astounded that I had to do my own housekeeping!! Upon arrival to my unit, I found the trashcan full of garbage, and a written note on the counter welcoming a different family (not mine)! I had to go ask the front desk staff to ensure this is my room, he said yes and only removed the garbage grudgingly (and left the written note there). There is no housekeeping unless you stay for 7 nights, so be sure to bring your own toilet paper and tissues as none of these supplies are adequately provided. This would have been a great stay if the hotel can improve their basic customer service.

This place was great! Amenities, waking distance to a lot of small shops and restaurants. The only things we did not like were the shower head and the shower. The shower head was very dirty and smelled. The shower was clogged and would not drain. But when I talked to the front office they were kind and gave us a mop to clean up the water that over flowed. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

Overall just OK. Very expensive for what we got. The property was not very well finished - painted hinges, scuffs on walls etc. Bathroom is far too small for an apartment hosting 5 people. The safe was terrible - kept opening each time we locked it. Would spend upwards of 10 minutes each time putting the code in before it decided to stay locked. Wasn't safe. Asked to leave the apartment keys with reception staff each time you leave as they only have 1 key per apartment. Suggest ion to management of making a spare key per apartment - people like holding onto their keys. Reception staff were very friendly though and the location is good.

Great apartment in Paris. Friendly helpful staff on front desk. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to St Germain, Pantheon and Jardin du Luxembourg. Rue Mouffetard Market was 2 minutes walk (a must see street - full of artisan bakeries, boucheries, and markets). The apartment itself was quite comfortable - spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good, dining area was comfortable. Wifi worked well. Reception was available 24/7. Accessible by lift. Well equipped kitchen. Couch needs updating, has seen better days. Not quite adequate for four adults. Would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Paris, will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris -largely because of this apartment. The space was comfortable, clean, good AC and a good shower, with comfortable beds and a backyard. Great 24/7 service and in the best neighborhood to explore the Latin Quarter. Will only stay here when returning to Paris

Nice Aparthotel- lovely furniture etc-the rooms (Studio) are not bigger than a normal hotel room and you have to take care of garbage and dishes yourself, so i find it a bit overpriced, but still a good place in Paris. Loved the area.

생각보다 파리 관광지 다니기 대중교통 편합니다. 소파배드도 생각보다 불편하지 않았습니다. 다만, 화장실이 침실 침대 바로 옆이라서 가족여행이라도 좀 불편했습니다. 한밤중에는 특히. 기타 특별한 불편함 없었습니다.

Wonderful stay in this huge apartment! Full kitchen with washer/dryer, living room with balcony and a bedroom that was very comfortable. The bed was firm and lovely fluffy towels were a nice touch. The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were luxurious smelled wonderful. Everything just like the pictures! Air con was a necessity in the June heat and it worked great. Elevator to our third floor apparent kept my husband happy. The outdoor patio is lovely and a nice place to relax. The location is perfect. There’s a small convenience store and a cafe on the corner- then it’s a 3 min walk to Mouffetard Market which has a plethora of restaurants, specialty food shops, and other fun finds. Metro stop is a 5 -7 min walk. The staff as super friendly and helpful made the visit such a pleasure. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall just OK. Very expensive for what we got. The property was not very well finished - painted hinges, scuffs on walls etc. Bathroom is far too small for an apartment hosting 5 people. The safe was terrible - kept opening each time we locked it. Would spend upwards of 10 minutes each time putting the code in before it decided to stay locked. Wasn't safe. Asked to leave the apartment keys with reception staff each time you leave as they only have 1 key per apartment. Suggest ion to management of making a spare key per apartment - people like holding onto their keys. Reception staff were very friendly though and the location is good.

A superb stay at this hotel ! The staff were incredible and so helpful. Also, the placement of the hotel is incredibly ideal for any family, or people who would like to truly feel the Paris experience amongst the many cultures it encapsulates and the story the walls hold. Not to mention the very easy access to the metro and a walking distance to very renowned architecture (such as the pantheon). As a whole, my stay was a very positive experience and the stress free and “homey” environment the apartment provided was exactly what was needed after waking around the busy city all day !

The apartment was spacious, located in a residential in central Paris, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Unfortunately customer service was quite poor. First of all, none of the front desk staff( except for one gentleman in the morning) can even muster a basic hello or smile. I would have been ok not to interact, but they require us to drop off the room key every time we leave and pick it up from them at return. Which to me felt insecure and unnecessary. At check-in, I was given a paper checklist to validate the number of plates and cups was correctly available in the suite. Almost all the items had incorrect count. They also said I must wash all the dishes, and bring all the garbage down to level -1(a dark hidden room underground) before checking out or I would be charged a fee. For the high nightly cost of this apartment I was astounded that I had to do my own housekeeping!! Upon arrival to my unit, I found the trashcan full of garbage, and a written note on the counter welcoming a different family (not mine)! I had to go ask the front desk staff to ensure this is my room, he said yes and only removed the garbage grudgingly (and left the written note there). There is no housekeeping unless you stay for 7 nights, so be sure to bring your own toilet paper and tissues as none of these supplies are adequately provided. This would have been a great stay if the hotel can improve their basic customer service.

From check in to check out, the stay was amazing. Easy to get to via public transit from the airport. We arrived early, so they stored our luggage for us while we killed time. Room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. So convenient to have the washing machine available, just make sure you plan ahead bc there isn’t a dryer. I think that’s pretty common though. Did not get to use the patio due to the weather, but it was a nice touch. Safe area. The across the street neighbors are an elementary school. I know some people didn’t like having to turn the key in every time you leave, but it keeps me from locking myself out. All of the staff were phenomenal. Anytime we had a need or question, they were there. We even needed a telehealth visit & they recommended a service. The next day when I saw the employee who made the recommendation, he asked after my husband. On day of checkout, my husband stayed at the hotel while my daughter and I did one last tour. While sitting in the lobby waiting for us to get back, Jeremy noticed that he wasn’t feeling well & made him a cup of tea. Possibly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

10/10, This place truly made our Paris trip one to remember. Absolutely fantastic service from Noah and Stephanie who were super friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was amazing, looked after us and helped us with the area. They deserve credit for our making the experience so good. They are the reason why we will 100% return ONLY to this place in Paris. Room was clean, modern and well presented. We were lucky enough to have direct access to a beautiful garden. Not to mention great value for money. Location is excellent! shops,food,easy transport links. I hope this review helps as i couldn’t recommend this place more.

Property is in reasonably good condition, and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on floor 2, which had a nice well lit living room & a well-appointed kitchen, which also included a washer/dryer. The only drawback to our room was that the safe was not bolted down. The schedule for room cleaning service was opaque, but it didn’t really bother us. The room was cleaned a couple of times during our week long stay. We were really happy with our choice of location for the stay; the space, facilities & location made it worthwhile.

Excellent choice if you want to stay in Paris. The service staff are exceptional and they will go out of the way to cater to your needs and make your stay comfortable. The apartment is also conveniently located from top spots, from eating places and Metro stations. They are well maintained, cosy and comfortable for short or long stays.

God beliggenhet på hotellet med kort vei til t-bane og bra spiseteder. God standard på rom, gode senger, bra bad/toalett. Rommet var rent og pent når vi kom. Meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening i resepsjonen. Leilighet hadde vindu ut mot stille bakgård - perfekt!

O apartamento é bom e confortável, quando chegamos o elevador estava manutenção e tivemos que subir 4 andares de escada com bagagem. Quanto localização, tem bastante mercado e padarias próximas. Para ir para Disney ou Versalhes terá q pegar 2 conduções.. passam bastantes ônibus para o centro. Numa próxima ficaria em outra região…

This was a very nice, clearly high end stay in Paris. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning was great after a day of hot weather. It’s on a nice side street with no cars allowed and the grocery store is about 30 seconds away. I would definitely recommend Pepper and Paper if you’re staying in Paris

The location is excellent and easy to get around on both the subway and buses. The area around the hotel is cute and has everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found odd was having to take our garbage and recycling to the basement before we left. However, I would definitely stay here again. Lots of room for our family of 4.

The room has all the things that are in need（such as spare blankets, tissues, WC paper, breakfast delivery etc.) and the staffs are super!! Welcoming us with a relaxing smile even at our late arrival, having the taxi arranged on time for the airport, giving us heads up of its arrival, and having all the luggage ready to take off asp, just to mention a few. Didn't expect this high quality of serive but defenatly gave additional value to the clean /cosy/ feel at home stay.\u3000Defenatly stay again on my next visit to Paris!

We had a fantastic stay at Pepper & Paper Apartments in Paris! The apartment was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with everything we needed to feel at home. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the city. The location was excellent—close enough to easily access all the major attractions while still being in a quieter neighborhood with great cafés, bakeries, and local restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated having the extra space and the convenience of a kitchenette, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris and highly recommend Pepper & Paper Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay.

It was the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the city. This hotel/apartment was PERFECT! This was my 15th trip to Paris and I will probably never stay any where else again! The apartment was clean and beautiful, the location was amazing and the staff was the friendliest and kindest I have ever had in Paris (or many other places for that matter)! Metro is close, corner grocery store is close, restaurants and cafes are close. I would not change one thing. We were also there during a heat wave and this place had great AC. The bedding was extremely comfortable and our daughter said the fold out sofa was the most comfortable one she has ever slept on. If I could give this management team 6 stars, I would! I will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pepper and Paper. The location was great and worked really well for us - lots of food options nearby. I would like to note that the sofa bed was great, I have never before seen a sofa bed that was actually comfortable, but this one was. It worked perfectly for our two boys to sleep on during our four night stay. Thanks also to the staff for being great! They gave us umbrellas to use one day when it was raining and they were a life saver.
