Had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Before booking, I called the hotel twice because I received conflicting information about whether the Superior Room included a king or queen bed. On both calls, I was assured that the room had a king bed. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room actually had two twin beds pushed together to make a queen size bed so basically you fall in the cracks of the two twin beds. Extremely uncomfortable I decided to overlook this issue, but then found that the air conditioning was not working. When I reported it, I was told that I could "just open the window," which was not an acceptable solution. I was moved to another room, only to find hair in the bathtub, a used tissue on the bathroom floor. Although they clean the old hair in the bathroom and picked up the tissue, no one apologized. Instead, the staff appeared irritated and inconvenienced by having to address the issue. The following day, I was told I can move back to my original room because the air conditioning had been repaired, unless I wanted to change rooms again for my second night. At that point, I explained that my experience had been far below expectations and requested to speak with a manager. No manager ever called me. They did email me saying they heard I was unhappy with the room. Overall, the room was not as described, cleanliness was unacceptable and for them to say I was unhappy with the room as if it was me complaining. Please find yourself another 5 star.
