During our Stay NO AC working! Only one night they move us to a different Room but the next day AC not working at all . They gave us a Electric Fan to use the whole week our Stayed … the Employees our very helpful but the management of the hotel are really poor. Some guest our Complaints too same Problem what we have in our Room.. they offer a free breakfast for two days . But our Entire Stayed it’s Hot and inconvenient at night Cannot Sleep because it’s summer time like what I Said AC not Working! Technician came one day before we leave going back to U.S ! And he check but he don’t have a parts ? Lol and he said 4 Rooms No AC at All!! We arrived July 10 we leave July 16 ! We have one day only with AC .. I’m not recommending that hotel .. and I’m not going back there Too. The location was Good !!

Air conditioning does not work very well. If you go to Paris at a particularly hot time, be advised. Staff suggested they were going to get it fixed, someone was sent as promised, didn’t do much to increase air flow. Guests in other rooms noted similar issues. The French aren’t particularly big on AC! Also the culture. Staff was otherwise friendly!

Great location. Close to the Louvre, Notre Dame, transportation. Lots of dining options and shopping. The Lift was inoperable during my stay but didn’t really mind.

If you are looking for an air-conditioned property, this hotel is not for you. The AC broke the first day we were there, and the hotel did absolutely nothing except offer us continental breakfast as compensation for our suffering. We tried to seek a partial refund through Expedia (who lists this property as part of a package option), but to no avail. It is unethical to advertise an air conditioned stay and when you don't deliver, do nothing. We had chocolate gifts that were ruined and it is at our expense. I do not recommend. I am also very disappointed in Expedia, when they were the broker, and they offered only a handful of points. I expect more.

The staff was great and the location was spectacular. The room was very small and so was the bathroom. The elevator was broken and we were on the fifth floor, but the gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

The location was amazing. Other than that the hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Definitely not worth the price. The elevator didn’t work all 6 days of stay, toilet paper was always an issue, over night brown guy told us after 12 no one is allowed to be out. Meanwhile, I saw women leave after 12am. That was never mentioned on the first day. The lighting in the rooms is very poor and minimal, hair dryer is very cheap and low, they don’t re stock any type of toiletries so we bought plenty.

This hotel is conveniently located with a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood and attractions are close by. The metro was close and easy to get to. They offered breakfast for $19 euros per day which I found too expensive, so I did not try it. My room was at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. If I had a room by the street it may have been noisy. The room was small by US standards but typical for Paris. Its decor was a bit outdated but still nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was recently updated and very nice with plenty of hot water. The room was dimly lit and had very few outlets, making it difficult to charge devices or use hair tools, but again, this is typical for an older building in Paris. The staff was very friendly and competent. The elevator was not working. Evidently it broke down some time ago and there didn't seem to be a plan to have it repaired any time soon. We had to take the stairs each time we entered or left the room. Originally they put me on the 4th floor with no elevator. I refused this and they promptly accommodated me on the 1st floor. The room only had one lock on the doorknob, operated by a key rather than a key card, and no extra security measures. I didn't feel terribly unsafe but would really prefer more security. It would have been very easy for someone to break into that room if they wanted to. There was a small safe located at the back of the shelf in the closet- too far for me to reach so I wasn't able to use it.

The elevator was broken and the only spiral stairs were poorly lit. My son fell a couple times and I a 53 ur old male fell two steps onto my knees wrenching my back.

The hotel is in a great area--the art gallery district on the Left Bank. However, the hotel itself is a bit dirty and sad. The rooms are tiny, the walls are paper thin and there was lots of noise coming from the nearby rooms.

Location was ideal, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and quiet, great tub, comfortable bed. I highly recommend this location and will choose it again next time I visit!

Süßes kleines Hotel in Top Lage (es geht nicht besser), sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Hotelpersonal sehr nett, Frühstück in Ordnung. Schönes kleines Bad, wir waren ganz oben im Dachgeschoss, und es war sehr schön ruhig. Leider waren die Betten recht klein, und, was mich wirklich gestört hat: der Teppich im Zimmer war super dreckig und eklig.

Sadly, this well situated little hotel needs some TLC and the benefit of a good designer. The lobby was gloomy. There were broken tiles & mold in the bathroom. Amenities were marginal. It has a lot of unrealized potential close to the Pont Neuf.

Great location near the river, Orsay, Luxembourg garden, Notre Dame. Very walkable area, which can be very busy, but it was easy to find quiet streets for strolling. Room very nice and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Only negative is minimal closet/dresser space.

The location was very good. The room had limited space for clothing and aweful furnishings. Stained tiles on bathroom floor from leaking toilet, broken tile, cracked sink bowl and broken plug. Not enough lighting in the room, only a few lamps. Air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. The breakfast room was lovely and food was good. Staff were very good.

The hotel is on a quaint street in the middle of many art galleries. It is completely walkable to many things (Louvre, Notre Dame,Pantheon) but is also in an easy spot for ride hailing. The hotel accommodated any early check in, was very clean and super quiet. The staff were very nice and I loved the brand of shampoo and shower gel!

Room dirty, floor sticky never wash during my stay Toilet brush dirty lift in bathroom broken first day no heating in the room minus 6 degree outside had to sleep with clothes change of room the next day. Every morning I have to argue with the peoples about having my breakfast at 10 Am The only good think about the hotel are the reception all great. I am not recommending the Hotel.

Room was small but comfortable. If you’re looking to stay downtown and walk to the attractions this hotel is centrally located. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Only downside was the hotel was advertised as having A/C but did not work.

So I booked this hotel because so many reviews were positive. The best thing of this hotel is the location. It’s a perfect location for easy walk ability to everything. My room was not good.. supposed to be a king bed was two twins pushed together, lighting horrible, no plug in bathroom, hair dryer - ancient. They keep hour keys when you are gone and 3x door to hotel was locked and had to wait for staff. The blond receptionist was very rude.. other staff very nice. I would not rebook this location. But it does meet affordability and location needs if that’s priority.

The hotel is quaint, comfortable, quiet, and the staff is super-nice and professional. Very conveniently located next to Pont-Neuf, close to the Latin Quarter and all the busy cafés of the 6th district. So many options for meals! The larger rooms ("deluxe double") have a slightly strange layout on two levels connected by a narrow internal staircase. Not a problem for me, but they wouldn\'t be suitable for people who have problems climbing such stairs.

I was not aware of the mezzanine 3 levels in my unit which is charming but inconvenient. Two flights of steep stairs to use the bathroom. The lower level was also poorly lit so not usable. The location is excellent near the Pont Neuf and rue de Buci. Facilities need maintenance, moldy grout sink and bathtub stop did not work, towel warmer did not work, no iron or ironing board in the room

I stayed at the Prince Conti twice in two different rooms. The hotel is charming but quirky. Each room is different and has its pros and cons. One had access to a little deck with a table and chairs. Another had a steep, narrow staircase and a little sitting room with a pull-out sofa. Staff is helpful. Neighborhood is lively with lots of restaurants and cafes and easy access to the Seine, Notre Dame and Luxembourg Gardens.

The staff at the hotel was great - very helpful and friendly. The room was the weirdest hotel room I have ever seen. The bed was in an upstairs loft, the small middle level was unusable, and the bathroom was on the lower level. If you get up in the middle of the night to pee, you have to descend two sets of narrow stairs in the dark. Very strange place.

I liked that he hotel is centrally located - walkable to many attractions and various dining options. However, the property is not in a good shape and the staff is not friendly - overall, very poor condition compared to other hotels in this neighborhood.

Basic accommodation in a great location for sightseeing. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast somewhat marred by items not being replenished on our first two days (cutlery, crockery AND food items!) but service resumed when usual staff member returned. Would stay again.

Property was fun and authentic. Staff was very polite and approachable. After staying for several days, they knew our name and room when we entered the hotel lobby. They asked about our day and adventures—genuine and offered travel advice.

Spacious bedroom with tub and toilet, in separate rooms within the bedroom and a small balcony. Enjoyed the option of having breakfast at the hotel. Amazing location, a short walk to the Louvre and surrounding sites. Staff were very friendly. Karim was very helpful and provided excellent directions on how to take the metro to Charles de Gaulle airport.

Excellent location for walking around historical areas of London. Facility is older, but the room we stayed in was very clean, bed comfortable, and had new bedding. The hotel staff - especially Fleur, was excellent. (She was the main person we interacted with.) She made us feel very welcome and accommodated our need for an early check in, answered our questions, and even provided a map and directions.

Lovely small hotel in excellent area, unfortunately there was building work next door which was out of their control but started about 0830. A room in hotel was also being renovated but as long as you dont mind ear plugs then was fine. The noise between rooms is also quite noticeable, but the windows were quite good at blocking noise from outside. The hotel is down a small one way street so not too busy. Metro about 7 min walk and 58 bus stop few metres up road. There is no bar in the hotel, which wensite seemed to say there was, but a great cocktail bar next door called arbane and lots good restaurants nearby. The breakfast at 15 euros is good value, continental and scrambled eggs. Staff all lovely and very helpful with excellent english.

The cross French-African deco was fantastic! The staff was lovely. The position is perfect. The vast majority of sites can be reached on foot or there is a bus stop nearby.

The best location! Lots of Nice restaurants near by and walking distance to museums /shopping. Could use a renovation of some of the rooms. But all in all a cozy hotel

Très pratique pour accéder à la majorité des lieux touristique, mais quand même très tranquille. Bon rapport qualité/prix (manque un peu de maintenance, mais le personnel a été très proactif pour régler les problèmes, notamment la toilette qui fuyait). Le déjeuner est très bon et très utile pour un départ rapide le matin, mais le prix est un peu cher (19 euros).

Wonderful welcome by kind front desk lady. Evening front desk men not as nice— strong smell of marijuana in lobby one evening. AC and fans in rooms was wonderful. Beds and floors clean. Only 2 rooms per floor. Easy walk to and from Louvre. Next time will choose a hotel closer to a metro station.

Nice little boutique hotel, very well situated. Near the river, the Louvre, and many affordable (as well as fancy) food options. Many art galleries nearby. We got a firm, comfortable king bed, a bath with no conventional shower, and a room that was not big, but typical for a big city tourist hotel. No complaints there. Mostly quiet with the exception of a few hotel guests who apparently must speak loudly so that everyone else knows their business. Not the hotel's fault. The paid breakfast that we had once was fresh and tasty. The staff were helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Loved the vintage inspired decor and the location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The breakfast I thought was expensive for a basic continental breakfast (19 euros per person) and they did not have espresso. The day staff wasn’t very friendly either, but I still had a decent stay overall. I would recommend for a short stay if you’re looking for a nice location and a comfortable bed.
