Mycket charmigt hotell med utsikt över stora gröna gräsmattor och floden. Fina promenadvägar under lummiga träd. Fantastisk terass där vi åt både frukost och middag med härlig utsikt över trädgården och floden. Fina och bekväma utemöbler. Lugn atmosfär (bara 20 rum). Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Utsökt frukost. En liten sak, men serveringen av kaffe och omelett till frukosten kunde ha varit effektivare, med tanke på de relativt få gästerna. Lätt tillgänglig gratis parkering. Utsökta sängar och sängkläder. Vi hade gärna önskat att det hade serverats en lättare lunch på hotellet och att det funnits prisvärda alternativ till middag och inte enbart den ngt högt prissatta avsmaknings-menyn. Sammantaget ett fantastiskt hotell att bo på. Vi ser fram emot nästa vistelse och vill varmt rekommendera detta hotell. // Torbjörn

Extraordinary expansive property over looking the Tarn river. Beautiful vistas and landscaping from every window. Immaculate and modern, with gorgeous swimming pool. Lovely, warm and efficient employees...would very much like to come back when I visit the area.

Restful riverside setting on edge of town with excellent pool and gym amenities. Mediocre breakfast offering overpriced. No warm Food offered. Dinner menu suggests focus on ease of service rather than gastronomy as advertised. Extensive grounds with pools benches and features largely “let go”. Probably hard to get the right staffing balance with just 20 rooms and restaurant competition drawing residents in to city? Staff present having to cover a lot of bases in bursts which they do with grace.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely little hotel. Best hotel experience in a while! Whilst staying in Carcassonne celebrating my husbands 60th, I decided we’d stay at La Reserve after visiting Albi for the day, as a surprise, with a table booked in the restaurant that evening. The hotel is five minutes outside Albi, a little gem once through those gates. The location on the banks of the River Tarn, the beautiful spacious rooms, with a little balcony overlooking the gardens and river. Choice of a separate bath or walk in shower. Beds were spacious and so comfortable, slept well. We went down to the pool for a couple hours, had a couple drinks, rested up and then had the most fabulous meal in the restaurant. This was finished with wine in the gazebo by the pool, an end to a great night. Every staff member we met were kind, friendly, professional, interested, interacted naturally, nothing felt forced. We were sorry to leave and wished we had booked a second night!
