A really beautiful character boutique villa hotel with exceptional staff. Our room was very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We ate a delicious meal in the hotel set in very pretty gardens overlooking the ornamental plunge pool. Easy walk into the old city which is fun to explore and has lots of dining options. Bell'albergo in posizione strategica, praticamente in centro, ma con un bel giardino e una piccola piscina per rilassarsi con teli forniti dalla struttura. Nessun problema per il parcheggio. La camera si affacciava sul cortile interno: niente vista ma silenzio garantito ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità. Personale gentile e sorridente. La camera era spaziosa e ben equipaggiata. Frigo bar ben fornito e silenzioso. Punti da migliorare: l'aria condizionata molto rumorosa, il mobilio nero evidenziava un leggero velo di polvere e mancava un set con bollitore per caffè o tè in camera. La piscina con idromassaggio è penalizzata dal rumore dei motori di frigo e condizionatori del Conad attiguo alla struttura... Il ristorante Zafferano, pur in una bella location, lascia molto a desiderare per il servizio, piuttosto approssimativo e con tempi lunghissimi di attesa (abbiamo mangiato il primo dopo un'ora e mezzo).

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vannucci. The staff provided outstanding service—warm, attentive, and always helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and after a hot day, the swimming pool was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated. Breakfast each morning was of good quality with a nice variety, including fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheese, and scrambled eggs. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to everything you might want to see or do in town. Just note that it can be a bit noisy at times due to its central location. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

We stayed for one week at Hotel Vannucci. It has beautiful grounds with pool and a great location - just a few steps into walled city of Citta della Pieve. This hotel is a beautiful renovated villa with an indoor/outdoor bar and dining room. The breakfast buffet included is superb with fresh fruit, cereals, baked goods and eggs. Most importantly the staff are attentive and friendly. Just a gem of a hotel. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location to stay. The hotel was immaculate, the grounds were beautiful and the town is very quaint. We felt very welcomed. The breakfasts were a stand out too, excellent quality, range and options for all dietary needs. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay with good access to sights in south Tuscany. Travelling to Sienna, Montepulciano and other places in the region was easy and simple.

Belle demeure aménagée avec goût entièrement rénovée tout en gardant l'âme et l'authenticité de ce lieu. Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec un couple d'amis. C'était notre point de chute pour un tour en Vespa de l'Ombrie. Les chambres sont confortables, propres, bien équipées et insonorisées. Le personnel est très professionnel et extrêmement accueillant que ce soit à la réception ou au déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien présenté en portions individuelles pour les jus, les céréales, les confitures, ...seul bémol, les oeufs sont en supplément. Et dommage que nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner dans la partie vitrée à l'avant de la batisse. La terrasse est très reposante malgré que nous soyons à 2 pas du centre. Hôtel à recommander. Si nous devons revenir à Citta Della Pieve, c'est là que nous retournerons loger.

L'hotel Vannucci è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. È pulitissimo e arredato in modo piacevole e confortevole, ha un bel giardino con piscina, non grande, ma dopotutto siamo in pieno centro. Città della Pieve è bella e interessante, all'ufficio del turismo abbiamo trovato una ragazza gentile e bene informata, nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi paesi medievali da visitare nonchè il lago.
L'hotel Vannucci è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. È pulitissimo e arredato in modo piacevole e confortevole, ha un bel giardino con piscina, non grande, ma dopotutto siamo in pieno centro. Wonderful quiet and clean hotel in a great location to explore many beautiful hill towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Breakfast buffet was amazing and, like all services at the hotel, was very friendly and efficient. Citta della Pieve is an attractive and surprisingly interesting hill town which projects a genuine feel for life in Umbria with relatively few tourists. All in all a great experience at Hotel Vannucci!

Avevo già soggiornato in questo albergo trovandomi benissimo. Ho avuto una ulteriore conferma: struttura molto piacevole e curatissima, personale molto cortese e professionale, camera all’altezza delle aspettative. Per la prima volta ho provato il ristorante:menu con una buona varietà di proposte molto ben studiate, carta dei vini eccellente per varietà e qualità, personale assolutamente all’altezza. In conclusione un soggiorno piacevolissimo, che intendo ripetere,

Everything was great from the moment we got there beautiful room, beautiful staff, friendly staff, beautiful great food great customer service the only one thing that I didn’t enjoy. It was the AC in the room. It was not cold. It was not working properly. I don’t believe so I had it set on 16 and it was really hot and But other than that everything goes great thank you

Non ero mai stato in questo albergo durante i mesi invernali e quindi mi aspettavo di trovare qualche riduzione dei servizi. Invece assolutamente no. Pur con una evidente riduzione del personale, tutto funzionante. Professionalità, cortesia, grande attenzione per l'ospite. La conferma di un elevatissimo livello di ospitalità alberghiera (ormai abbastanza rara a mio avviso).

Wonderful hotel in a superb location. Made to feel so welcome by all of the fantastic staff from the moment we arrived at reception. Loved everything about it, the rooms, restaurant and both inside and outside areas. Really didn’t want to leave and it felt like leaving old friends behind.

Breakfast buffet was amazing and, like all services at the hotel, was very friendly and efficient. Citta della Pieve is an attractive and surprisingly interesting hill town which projects a genuine feel for life in Umbria with relatively few tourists. The breakfasts were a stand out too, excellent quality, range and options for all dietary needs. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay with good access to sights in south Tuscany. Travelling to Sienna, Montepulciano and other places in the region was easy and simple.

We stayed for one week at Hotel Vannucci. It has beautiful grounds with pool and a great location - just a few steps into walled city of Citta della Pieve. This hotel is a beautiful renovated villa with an indoor/outdoor bar and dining room. The breakfast buffet included is superb with fresh fruit, cereals, baked goods and eggs. Most importantly the staff are attentive and friendly. Just a gem of a hotel. Highly recommend.

Belle demeure aménagée avec goût entièrement rénovée tout en gardant l'âme et l'authenticité de ce lieu. Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec un couple d'amis. C'était notre point de chute pour un tour en Vespa de l'Ombrie. Les chambres sont confortables, propres, bien équipées et insonorisées. Le personnel est très professionnel et extrêmement accueillant que ce soit à la réception ou au déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien présenté en portions individuelles pour les jus, les céréales, les confitures, ...seul bémol, les oeufs sont en supplément. Et dommage que nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner dans la partie vitrée à l'avant de la batisse. La terrasse est très reposante malgré que nous soyons à 2 pas du centre. Hôtel à recommander. Si nous devons revenir à Citta Della Pieve, c'est là que nous retournerons loger.
