The house was the closest to the beach and it was only a two minute walk. Three stories which was terrific to see all the fireworks along the beach from the second and top balconies. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The complex pools were close as well. Wonderful time.

The house was in a great location, and was the perfect space for our group. Beds were comfortable and had everything been working/available as advertised I’d highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the wifi was out, which they did fix as quickly as they could. And extremely unfortunate, the pool was closed for renovations and this was not disclosed to us at all. We loved this place but were really bummed to not have the pool as expected.

Such a beautiful house and a great location! Our family of 6 loved staying here for our summer vacation! We were so close to the pool and beach, and our daughters loved the bikes. The house was large and clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again one day!

Great location. Close to beach, pool, and town center. House could use some tlc but beautifully furnished. Plenty of beach gear. Lots of stairs if that is an issue. Beautiful rooftop for morning coffee and sunset. Beach area gets crowded but other options nearby. Pool is large and fun for young kids.

We loved our stay at Ryan and Ashley’s place during our kid’s break from school. 30A is definitely sleepier in November than our last visit in April, but we benefited from the pool to ourselves, plenty of space on the beach, and no waits at restaurants and cafes. We flew in from NJ, so the low 80’s highs felt wonderful and the pool (low 70’s) and ocean (mid 70’s) were still warm enough to enjoy! Ryan and Ashley’s place is indeed ideally located a short walk to either the pool or beach. The property had everything for a beach day including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and a boogie board. We used the bikes everyday for easy rides to Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. We also rented bikes and a trailer for the kids close by at Peddler’s Pavilion. The house had all the amenities we wanted for our four young kids with plenty of space and privacy for adults as well. The pack ‘n play was in good condition and suited our youngest (2yo). The 3rd floor Lanai was our favorite for enjoying the sunsets and mixing cocktails at the adjacent wet bar. The beds were big and comfortable and we woke up refreshed for the next day. We could go on and on! Book this place for your next 30A trip, you won’t regret it!

What a wonderful place to stay! The communication with the owners was excellent. The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and deck. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the 4 bikes. The amenities in the community were great! Gigantic pool and a tram that took you to the pool, beach and shops. Property was walking distance to the pool and beach but the tram was a nice option. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to hopefully coming back soon. The property was perfect for our family of seven adults and three children. There are many amenities including a large number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the children. The roof top deck was a real plus for relaxing family gatherings in the evening. It’s perfectly located for quick and easy walks to the beach, pool, restaurants, and surrounding area shops. You can also take the tram to the beach but it’s not necessary. Owner communicates were quick and informative. Overall, we were pleased with the home, the owners, and the amenities. There were so many extras what wasn’t to enjoy! We loved everything about our vacation.

This is a lovely house and in a perfect location. It is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The pool is gorgeous and beach access super close and easy. It is a perfect spot to bring teenagers and have family time. Will definitely visit again!!!

Outstanding and spacious home in an excellent central location. It is 5-10 minutes walk of any notable sight, shop, restaurant, or beach in Alys or Rosemary Beach. It is also within 2 minutes walk from the pool, which we didn’t get to use in our short stay of a few days, but looked great.We will be back whenever we visit the area again

We loved this property. It is right on 30A, has a view of the ocean (from the rooftop balcony), and is close to the subdivision entrance. VERY convenient to walk to the beach, walk to Rosemary Beach downtown, pretty much anything. The four bikes- huge plus and again, so convenient. Also- the beach chairs and umbrellas were such a wonderful touch. The owners have considered the guest experience and have made an excellent effort to ensure the stay is hassle-free. We appreciated the small touches like having a Keurig and a small fridge next to the rooftop balcony (and small blankets). We used the grill, too, though it is in rough shape and probably needs to be replaced soon (lots of rust). The only disappointment was that the interior was a bit tired and worn and needed either some touch-ups (paint, cabinets, handrails) or replacements (carpets). Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was a week our family will always remember with fondness.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun at the beach, pool and riding bikes. The house was very nice except for the rugs. They were "disgusting". We did not want to get on the floor to play with our furbabies because they were so dirty. So, get rid of the rugs!

This home did not disappoint for a pet friendly rental. It was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Great location to go for walks along 30A and easy beach access. Rooftop was a nice feature too! My only complaint was bikes could be updated, and wooden floors were noisy. Would recommend to anyone with kids or pets!!

This home has a five star location and property manager. Plenty of room for two couples plus my daughter’s family of 4. We loved being just around the corner from the pool or a straight shot to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas made things so easy! Enjoyed the clean spacious King(3) bedrooms and Queen-all with en-suite bathrooms.Great A/C. Kitchen had ample utensils and serveware. Had groceries delivered and loved our family time. Kitchen cabinets prob need a touch up.We did not share w manager but guessing it’s on their list.House stays very busy w all their amenities. Loved our time together! Thanks Ryan.

In spite of our experience at this property, we found it thoughtfully decorated and appointed, bathrooms were a bit dated, there was some paint chipping on kitchen cabinets but otherwise aesthetically pleasing. That said, our stay at this property in January of 2023 was challenging and we experienced a disappointing response from the owner. Here is a brief account of our experience: Immediately upon arrival, we discovered a very large cockroach (3 inches long) in the kitchen trash area. In addition, the cabinet which holds the trash can contained what appeared to be an abundance of cockroach and/or mouse droppings. We messaged the owner to advise of the situation right away (5pm or so) and he responded with apologies and a promise to contact pest control the next day. We responded and let him know that we would prefer a pest control technician come out and spray in the morning. There was no communication from the owner the following morning, so we took it upon ourselves to reach out to ask what the status of the pest control was. The owner\'s response came at 12:30pm and was that pest control wouldn\'t be able to visit until the following week but that they could have their property manager come later that day to "lay some bait" in cabinets. Meanwhile, we continued to find cockroaches in and around the kitchen. The owner later messaged to let us know he called pest control again and that they would be able to come out the following day (2 full days into our 7 day stay). A few hours later, without a heads up or advance notice the property manager knocked on the door with a couple small cockroach traps. The next communication we received from the owner was the following day at 12:50 pm to let us know that the pest control would arrive in 20 minutes. We found this to a very short amount of notice and the uncertainty surrounding the timing of the visit very much limited our ability and freedom to plan activities outside of the home. The pest control technician identified the droppings in the trash cabinet as mouse droppings that looked as if they had "been there for a while". Pest control sprayed the inside and exterior and went on their way. The next morning we found 3 more roaches crawling around downstairs. We immediately advised the owner and expressed our disappointment. They apologized and offered a nominal refund amounting to essentially one day of our 7 day stay. We responded and respectfully requested a refund for the first two days of our 7 day stay. We explained our reasoning i.e. we based our request on the amount of disruption and waiting involved with getting the pest situation resolved over the course of those two days, as well as the fact we were uncomfortable using the kitchen or the first floor bedroom during that time (these were key reasons we booked, as we had elderly parents and our two year old child with us). We also requested the cleaning fee be refunded, as the cleaners objectively failed to clean properly (more on that below). Our request was met with a message declining our request stating that the nominal refund, and their "responsiveness" was the "best they could do". Over the remainder of our stay we found several more cockroaches both alive and dead at various locations inside the home. A few other cleaning related issues we encountered in addition to the above: a large clump of hair and lint folded into one of the "clean" towels in the bathroom, food crumbs in the kitchen and bedroom, fake eyelashes on the carpet of the bedroom and a large plastic strip from party decoration left above door in kitchen. Based on the above, we cannot in good faith recommend this property. We recognize pest control issues sometimes can\'t be avoided however, we feel strongly that guests should not be charged for time spent in a property with an active and untreated pest infestation, or charged a cleaning fee for a poorly cleaned property.

This house was an amazing choice for our family beach trip. The rooms were extremely spacious and the living area was large enough to accommodate everyone. Added bonuses were the balconies off each room and the 3rd floor rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. It was very clean and even came with items that were helpful if you have kids (pack n play, infant bath, kid pool floats, etc.) Location was a quick and easy walk to both the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the bicycles that were provided which made it easy for trips to shopping and restaurants in the are. We would absolutely stay here again!

First off, I don’t usually give reviews. But when looking into renting a house, and not rented in this area before, relied heavily on previous experiences by renter. Ryan was communicative & very responsive. The pictures are a true representation of this beautiful property. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spotless, comfortable/relaxing vibe & plenty of space to spread out with my teenagers. And the rooftop master suite was a parents dream for a peaceful sunrise coffee and/or sunset vino! The property is on the corner/end of the road, so there was the average noise people mentioned on there. What I feel was forgotten to be mentioned, was this was not intrusive by any means. And MORE SO, made getting in/out of the neighborhood, onto the busy main road, so so easy!!! I see as a huge plus! The only thing I would mention is although there are a nice set of bikes, the chains were rusted from staying outside. I wound up renting bikes for the kids because I didn’t want the chains to give them any issues. I would definitely rent in the future & hope to go back sooner than later!! It’s a gorgeous home!

Stayed a few nights at this property, and unfortunately wasn’t the stay we’d hoped. PROs: Ryan was very communicative before booking and during our stay, & responded to some general cleaning concerns we had. Location is great, right between downtown Rosemary & Alys, with beach access and pool. CONs: The property was not clean & felt uncomfortable to sit on couches, beds, walk around without shoes. Stains, food on floor & counters, hair in the beds. Apparently a family before us left things in poor shape, but it was clear the cleaning crew didn’t put the time needed into it to fully clean before we arrived and we had to ask for another cleaning to be done while we were there so that took away from out time spent at the beach. The interior could use updates with paint, carpets, etc as it’s seen better days. Hopefully with some TLC and cleaning changes this unit will see some improvement!

Everything from location to cleanliness to neighborhood and beauty of the house is perfect. Beach, shopping, pool and restaurants all within walking distant. Starbucks on the corner is a major plus as well. The only thing I would say is they need to update their mattresses or put a mattress pad on the current beds. Other than that this is an A+ house!!

This house was perfect! Within walking distance to everything and very easy to get to. The home is gorgeous with plenty of room. The only thing is the listing says it sleeps 12 but it really sleeps 10 comfortably, the additional 2 are the couch (which is also comfy but just not a bed). We loved this house and would absolutely stay there again!

House was beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect for our group because each bedroom had a king or queen bed and its own bathroom. Wonderful location - walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and nice pool and beach access.

We spent the week for my father’s 80th birthday. Each room has their own bathroom which made it comfortable for each guest. The home is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen equipment for us to even cook a thanksgiving meal. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

We just recently stayed at this property. It's perfect for a large group and it's dog friendly. The location is perfect. Nothing is far. We took up the whole house and never felt crowded. The beach chairs and umbrellas were easy to access and we could set up on the beach without having to rent chairs each day. We also took advantage of the bikes available at the house. My only complaint is the third floor bedroom is extremely bright around 6:30am, just after the sun comes up. We tried covering the windows with extra sheets but it it was still very bright. If you're a late sleeper, you may want to bring a sleeping mask or something to cover your eyes in the morning. We would definitely rent again. I contacted the owner after we left about the third floor bedroom to let them know.

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs. Initially we planned on inviting our folks but they were unable to come down. So, it was a little big for just the four of us. We have stayed in this location before so we were familiar with how close everything is. Almost every day I ran and got coffee afterward. Starbucks is less than a block away for all those coffee lovers! Beach is not far of a walk either and for those concerned with safety, there’s a guard on staff at all times. We had issues after a day or so with the 2nd floor air conditioning but it was fixed within 8 hours of letting the owner know. Everything we needed was there..coffee filters, sugar, tide pods, bikes, you name it they had it. We look forward to staying again!

My wife and I brought stayed here with our baby and dog and had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful beach town. The property manager and owners worked hard to help fix the heat when it broke on our second day and we appreciate their efforts to make our stay special

We had a great week here. Quick walk to beach and pool which we loved. It is a busy corner with a lot of people walking by so can be a little noisy. Kitchen is nicely equipped but could use a larger skillet and baking dish. Loved being able to walk to Alys and Rosemary for shops and restaurants.

The stay was perfect for my elderly parents, this was their first trip to Florida and definitely will not be their last! The house is conveniently located so it made it easy for them to walk and get breakfast and lunches, they loved how easy it was to get to the beach access. This home and location was perfect! We loved our stay in Seacrest - this home was absolutely perfect - such a lovely location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, pool, coffee - couldn’t have been nicer!!!

We have been vacationing up and down 30A for years, and this house was the best value we have experienced when it came to location and amenities. Plenty of bedroom space, and the third floor retreat of a master bedroom, wet bar and outdoor porch was a great entertaining spot for our family gathering. It was a solid, as-advertised house. It is right in the heart of everything you would want from a 30A vacation. Easy walk in either direction to the fun, food and shopping of Rosemary Beach and Ally's Beach. The direct walk across the street to the beach was one of the easiest we have encountered in all of our stays in the area. (Short enough of a walk for my wife and me to carry our giant Yeti cooler together both ways) However, if you want privacy, this is not the house for you during peak season. We were there over spring break, and the house sits right next to the sidewalk that the Seacrest Beach community uses to access 30A and/or the beach. It is a constant stream of people out the dining room/kitchen/back bedroom window. The community bike rack rests against a parking space. Additionally, even with a 10:00 p.m. noise curfew, drunk teenagers were outside screaming, fighting and carrying on well past midnight most days. The security on site are buzzing around and quick to respond to any calls, but there is only so much they can do. We get it. Furthermore, the entire community shares less than 100 yards of beach, so it was shoulder to shoulder in the sand. If you don't purchase an umbrella and chairs from the vendor (which we thankfully did in advance), good luck finding a spot on the beach. Again, it was spring break for us, and we understand it will be crowded, but it's worth knowing if you are looking into this property during peak weeks. If you've got a crew of high school or college kids, this house is ideal. If you are looking during non-peak weeks, this house is more than ideal. It was a wonderful house, with attentive hosts and a perfect location.
