TV, HI-FI and WI-FI provided.Air conditioned lounge/living area, bedrooms do get quite hot but do have ceiling fans and windows.Unit directly below quite often noisy as it is a holiday rental also.The street is used as a shortcut for lots of traffic to avoid the main Kings Beach area, so it can be noisy and busy.Short walk to coastal walkway and Kings Beach. Main shopping requires a car, only small corner store locally.Coastal walkway can be accessed easily by foot and you can go right up to Shelley Beach one way or the other way right into Caloundra central. Bring good walking shoes with you.Shower is over a high sided bath, so not easily accessed. Stairs to unit are very narrow tread.A great unit if you have no mobility issues.
