Central location, right in centre of town, with lots to see and do. Great pool area - nice for relaxing. Adding tea / coffee making facility to the room would be welcomed.

L'accueil est parfait le petit déjeuné correct mais pas assez varié, quand la machine à café est beaucoup sollicité les week-end de grande affluence elle a des problèmes et l'eau ne sort pas chaude. Concernant le parking intérieur de dans la cour il faut arriver tôt sinon pas de place un marquage au sol pourrait régler le problème. Dernier bémol la moquette dans la chambre vraiment dommage pas terrible pour l'hygiène. Sinon l'hôtel est bien situé vis-à-vis des châteaux le village médiéval au bord de la Loire magnifique très calme avec des restaurants plutôt sympa.

We had a lovely room on the second floor. The air conditioning was efficient and very quiet- a real plus in the heatwave. We parked easily in the courtyard. The pool area is surrounded by walks and trees so there was plenty of shade as well as sun loungers. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We had a great breakfast as well. They had gluten free bread for me, which is not always the case in France.

Great hotel with a comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with heated towel rail. Appreciated the mini fridge to keep our white wine cold. Parking in the courtyard was great. Would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located towards the centre of old Beaugency, but possessing a large, attractive courtyard with ample space for parking and secured at night. Our room was not large but it was not paltry, so it felt comfortable and it was very clean. The shower room was decently appointed but one drawback (which prevents us from giving the hotel five stars) was the fact that the shower head was damaged so that it was impossible to align it to give an overhead flow: to be fair, if we had been staying longer, we would have requested a repair or a room change, which would presumably have resolved the problem. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of savoury and sweet foods (including some wonderful cakes to support our weight gain) available without restriction. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Unfortunately the pictures advertised are nothing like the real thing , unless we had the worst room in the hotel. Stains on carpet, burn marks on heating rail , mould on toilet flush , I really feel disappointed, cost £145 a night no breakfast I'm going to email the hotel and contact my credit card to ask for a refund. The room we were in was nowhere to be seen on the advertisement Both fans broken in bathroom Very dark room

Grote en mooie kamer. Alles was in propere staat maar de tapijten in de gangen en kamers zijn aan vervanging toe. Het ruikt hierdoor best muf. Vriendelijk personeel.

This was a lovely property in a pretty town with lots of restaurants and bars close by, but it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the lady who greeted us spoke very good English and was extremely helpful, booking a table for dinner at a local restaurant, lending me a phone charger and getting us drinks. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a lovely shower.

This was a lovely property in a pretty town with lots of restaurants and bars close by, but it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the lady who greeted us spoke very good English and was extremely helpful, booking a table for dinner at a local restaurant, lending me a phone charger and getting us drinks. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a lovely shower.

Für den Check-in wurden wir um 14:15 weggeschickt, mit dem strengen Hinweis, dies sei erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Als wir um diese Zeit zurückkamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und wir mussten zehn Minuten warten bis überhaupt etwas passierte und jemand kam. An sich kein Drama, aber nach acht Stunden im Auto wäre ein kundenorientierter Empfang nett gewesen. Lage, Pool, Zimmer und Frühstück haben aber den zunächst nicht so freundlichen Eindruck wett gemacht.

Für den Check-in wurden wir um 14:15 weggeschickt, mit dem strengen Hinweis, dies sei erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Als wir um diese Zeit zurückkamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und wir mussten zehn Minuten warten bis überhaupt etwas passierte und jemand kam. An sich kein Drama, aber nach acht Stunden im Auto wäre ein kundenorientierter Empfang nett gewesen. Another pleasant overnight stay - receptionists was extremely friendly and helpful

Hotel is beautiful, in central area, walking distance from everything. Nice restaurants in the area , we had a very good pizza and red wine at Le Patio, we walked around and next day we drove to Chambord.

Excellent size room with good, quiet AC which was welcoming during a 40c heatwave. Great location near town centre with it's good bars and restaurants.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located towards the centre of old Beaugency, but possessing a large, attractive courtyard with ample space for parking and secured at night. Our room was not large but it was not paltry, so it felt comfortable and it was very clean. The shower room was decently appointed but one drawback (which prevents us from giving the hotel five stars) was the fact that the shower head was damaged so that it was impossible to align it to give an overhead flow: to be fair, if we had been staying longer, we would have requested a repair or a room change, which would presumably have resolved the problem. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of savoury and sweet foods (including some wonderful cakes to support our weight gain) available without restriction. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Séjour pour affaire. Chambre plutôt confortable. Le coin piscine est un atout. Le personnel y est très sympathique. Seul bémol est le prix du petit déjeuner. A ce tarif (16 euros) je ne comprends pas qu'il n'y ait pas de produits frais et locaux. Tout y est industriel !!

We had a lovely room on the second floor. The air conditioning was efficient and very quiet- a real plus in the heatwave. We parked easily in the courtyard. The pool area is surrounded by walks and trees so there was plenty of shade as well as sun loungers. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We had a great breakfast as well. They had gluten free bread for me, which is not always the case in France.

The room was large- we had an extra bed as travelling with our grandson. Plenty of space for us all. The bathroom was also large, slight issue with the over bath shower head but it was manageable. We had breakfast and there was an excellent selection, replenished regularly and there was really nice gluten free bread brought straight to the table for me by the excellent waitress. We used the pool on the afternoon of our arrival and it was really good. The hotel is so close to good bars that serve good, reasonably priced food. This was our second visit and we will be back!

Parking was really easy and the breakfast buffet is great. It includes protein (ham, cheese, cold cuts, eggs), croissants, crepes, and cakes. The best of French and Northern European breakfasts! The pool is really great - the water temperature was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. My wife and I had a great time.
