Lovely small city and very charming old hotel. our flat was very nice. The breakfast was average. The pool is only for adults and when I booked - I could not see this. We have 3 kids so they were not happy.

Chambre spacieuse et calme. La piscine est tres froide, le jacuzzi est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est décevant,et cher. Pas de possibilité d'avoir un capuccino ou un expresso,la salade de fruits bien qu'avec des fruits frais n'est pas bonne.

Ett mysigt hotell. Något slitet men rent och snyggt. Fantastisk innergård med restaurang i Alsaces vackraste by. Fick inte använda poolen då våra barn var något år för unga ( 15 och 16 ). Kunde stått tydligare.

Fint hotel, men virkelig ikke godt hvis man har børn med. Restauranten er lukket onsdage og torsdag hvilket ikke fremstår nogle steder. Poolen på hotellet må ikke benyttes af børn, kun voksne. Vi stod derfor med 3 meget skuffede børn, eftersom vi specifikt gik efter er hotel med pool. Derudover er der kun betalingsparkering foran hotellet selvom der står der er gratis parkering. Hvis man vil parkere gratis skal man være heldig og finde en plads lidt væk fra hotellet. Rejser man uden børn er det et fint hotel. Men vi var meget skuffede.

Un cadre magnifique, un séjour plaisant. Nous sommes tout de même déçus car nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il y avait une piscine mais après réservation nous avons reçu un mail indiquant que la piscine n’était pas accessible aux moins de 16 ans ! Cela devrait être notifié dans l’annonce surtout pour une réservation famille. D’autant plus que le tarif est le même avec ou sans accès à la piscine. Mais nous avons quand même passé un bon WE. Personnel agréable et à l’écoute.

Great property in the middle of the wine routes in Alsace. Great customer service, rooms are clean and well maintained. I was there with my family including 2 small children. Studio spacieux et confortable bien qu'un peu vieillot. Sanitaires très moyens. Restaurant très bien mais petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher :12€ par adulte : café en thermos en self service, pas de choix de pains différents , très mauvaise organisation dans le flux de personnes : pas de place pour se servir.

Så fint og hyggeligt sted i den smukkeste lille by med gamle farvede bindingsværkshus - omringet af vinmarker. Hotellet er ligeledes gammel, men så autentisk, og alt virkede upåklageligt. Skønt pool/spa område. Ideel til familier, som gerne vil bo skønt og fredeligt.

This is a nice hotel with a restaurant. It is located in Bergheim, which is not touristy. My primary reason for the 3 rating is that our room was extremely hot, even though the lower parts of the hotel seemed cool.

Sauf le manager au restaurant Manque de produits locaux au petit déjeuner L’espace spa piscine trop petit par rapport au nombre de clients . Attention eau très chaude dans la douche et beaucoup de difficulté pour la régler !

Great property in the middle of the wine routes in Alsace. Great customer service, rooms are clean and well maintained. I was there with my family including 2 small children. Would recommend this for all travelers. Restaurant was amazing, great food and service. All the noteworthy places in the Alsace region are within a short drive. Overall great experience!

Very nice hotel situated next to the old town gate. Nice outdoor restaurant inside as well as a nice cellar restaurant. No AC but still no too warm in room although the temperature outside topped 34 daytime.

Der Ort Bergheim bietet wenig! Das Hotel und auch Restaurant sind ok. Allerdings ist das Essen dort nicht günstig und auch nicht als „erste Sahne“ zu bezeichnen. Ein Paar Kilometer weiter ist z.B. Ribeauville viel schöner.

Amazing town, full of colourful old buildings. The accommodation was perfect, if you want an authentic French experience, this is the place you shoukd stay. Great pool and spa, great restaurant. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone!

Superbe demeure chargée d'histoire, mais chambre vieillotte, comme passer la nuit chez mamie. Staff gentil Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Restaurant sert les spécialités locales, rien de super original mais bien exécuté

Très bon séjour en Alsace ! L’hôtel loin des 3 étoiles ! Personnel agréable ! Sauf le manager au restaurant Manque de produits locaux au petit déjeuner L’espace spa piscine trop petit par rapport au nombre de clients . Attention eau très chaude dans la douche et beaucoup de difficulté pour la régler !

I was disappointed with my stay here. The advertising gives the impression of an authentic Alsatian experience, but in reality it felt more like a tourist trap. The restaurant served low-quality meals with frozen vegetables and ingredients that were far from the fresh, regional food one expects in Alsace. The overall atmosphere did not reflect the local culture, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. If you’re looking for a genuine French or Alsatian experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the standards you would expect for the region.

Studio spacieux et confortable bien qu'un peu vieillot. Sanitaires très moyens. Restaurant très bien mais petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher :12€ par adulte : café en thermos en self service, pas de choix de pains différents , très mauvaise organisation dans le flux de personnes : pas de place pour se servir.

Vi havde et virkelig godt ophold på tre overnatninger på hotellet. Hotellet er meget pænt og rent og meget hyggeligt. Personalet er overordentligt venlige og imødekommende. Vores badeværelse havde ingen udluftning, og blev derfor hurtigt meget varmt og indelukket, men der var en effektiv ventilator på værelset, som afhjalp problemet.

Honestly my family and I were disappointed. Took one of the suites which once we entered was around 34°C and we were given a fan that just blew the hot air around. The pool is reserved for anyone over 16, which would be good to know when booking with a 4 years old. The breakfast was horrible and not peaceful at all with whi ever was in charge, just shouting a lot and complaining all the way though service. No plates for breakfast, no bread, eggs finished or what was left was cold and dry. not a great stay and experience!. Sorry

Très bel endroit, accueil au top. Appartement propre, très grand, confortable. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le spa. Le seul bémol : l’emplacement de notre appartement (en ouvrant la porte nous sommes au milieu des tables de restaurant et petit déjeuné).
