On nous a mis dans la deuxième annexe. Il n'était pas clair au moment de la réservation que nous ne serions peut-être pas dans l'hôtel principal. La chambre était très bruyante et minuscule (une autre chambre semblait entourer la nôtre). De plus, nous avons choisi l'hôtel parce qu'il avait un parking, mais aucun n'était disponible lorsque nous l'avons demandé.

Stayed in the building next to the hotel, super convenient location. Close to restaurant, bars, beach, market. The room itself was okay. Had everything you need like AC. The hair dryer broke on me, pillows were a bit dirty, and the WIFI DOESNT WORKK. That was the main issue I had.

Excellent Hotel, newly renovated and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was immaculate and my room number 12 had a sea view across the town which was gorgeous. Nice and simple but delicious breakfast, amazing location just 5 min walk to the main beach and 10 mins to petite plage.

Sehr unpersönliche Massenabfertigung. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und bei offenem Fenster roch es nach Urin. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, ansonsten aber sauber und in Ordnung.

A fuir, j'ai été logé dans une annexe de l'hôtel ou devrais-je dire l'arrière cours d'un Bar. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, des insectes écrasés au plafond, meubles vétustes et propreté à désirer. Bruit infernal jusqu'à 2H00 du matin, tout cela dans 12M² avec pour couronner le tout une Wifi médiocre et aucun réseau mobile, j'ai souhaité profiter de ma NON nuit pour avancer sur certains dossiers, impossible!! Je viens sur le secteur une à deux fois par mois, et pour 100€ la nuit il y a beaucoup mieux à Biarritz.

Évitez la chambre No. 27 de l'annexe, elle est bruyante car elle donne sur 2 portes pour accéder à l'escalier et c'est quand même dérangeant/bruyant avec tout le va et viens.

Think of it like a private hostel room with en-suite! Rm #22 in annexe on road beside main hotel building! Good- location, right by multiple main streets/ beaches Cheaper than everywhere else!! Negative - very basic bedroom facilities/decor-almost monastery like. Luckily bathroom was more modern. No coffee making facilities in room Only 1 plug socket in whole room No English channels on small wall hung TV Very slow wi-fi and bad signal for phone (bring a book to read or go to a cafe to work) Noise from late night street revellers as narrow street enhance chatting (earplugs needed) Noise from other guests coming in from door/slamming door/walking up stairs/slamming room door at all hours (my room was #22 closest to Annexe from door. Reception staff very lukewarm No air con/ fan in room Room reserved on a card that got cancelled so hotel cancelled reservation without informing me (only noticed when i logged in to check booking- imagine if i hadnt checked- i'd have turned up at the door to NO reservation , they should have contacted me to charge a diff card!!!!!)

The hotel placement was lovely. A downside to my trip was the construction on the road in front of the main house. This is especially as I stayed in one of the houses down the hill. The outside lock to my house was broken and I was told I needed to go to the main house every time I wanted to access my room. Well-during the first night there I heard a very loud noise in the night and the next day the door no longer closed all the way. I assume someone decided to just break the door. This night there was also a party or a bar under my window which challenged sleeping. I arrived during a rainy time and the location of my room did not allow for drying of items very well-I had to dry them in the sun in Paris on arrival. The main house space was beautiful and breakfast was lovely. I highly appreciated the styling of the room. It was one of the nicest of my journey. The staff was generally kind and helpful. There were some language challenges for English and I did have to urge them to activate and assist at times. Perhaps due to being quite young?

Séjour en famille. L’hôtel est très sympa, rénové. À 3 et avec les bagages la chambre était un peu juste en terme de taille mais l’hôtel et parfaitement situé nous avons tout fait à pied. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment super Le personnel est aux petits soins

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel, bien situé, est une belle villa rénovée avec goût. La chambre etait un peu petite - il est vrai que nous sommes grands ; mais ce n'est rien, la terrasse est tres agréable, le petit-déjeuner royal, et l'équipe joyeuse, enthousiaste, tres dévouée et très efficace.

I had a lovely one-night stay at the Alfred Hotel Les Halle's. The hotel is well located close to the Vieux Port, and within a 5 minute walk of the Petite Plage and main Plage de Miramar/Plage de Biarritz, with an inpressive range of bars and restaurants, and boutique shops close by. The single room, set back in a separate block around the corner from the hotel was small but well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent, with an inviting seating area in a conservatory to the front of the hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was good value for money, and I wish I could have stayed a 2nd night but the hotel was sold out on Hotels.com and I would certainly stay here again. The Hotel should perhaps make clearer that it is not the same as the Alfred Hotel Port Vieux or revert to its old name (Hotel Anjou) as it was confusing, especially as the phone number and address on Google reverts to their sister hotel.

The hotel is very charming and centrally located. When I had a small issue with my room, Laura at the front desk was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Rénovation très réussie ! Un personnel exceptionnel, chambre dans l’annexe tout confort, attention c’est un quartier animé en plein cœur de Biarritz mais c’est aussi ce qui en fait un endroit convivial ! Le petit dej est top ! Et le resto (sur l’ancien parking) aussi .

The main house space was beautiful and breakfast was lovely. I highly appreciated the styling of the room. It was one of the nicest of my journey. The staff was generally kind and helpful. There were some language challenges for English and I did have to urge them to activate and assist at times. Perhaps due to being quite young?

I had a lovely one-night stay at the Alfred Hotel Les Halle's. The hotel is well located close to the Vieux Port, and within a 5 minute walk of the Petite Plage and main Plage de Miramar/Plage de Biarritz, with an inpressive range of bars and restaurants, and boutique shops close by. The single room, set back in a separate block around the corner from the hotel was small but well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent, with an inviting seating area in a conservatory to the front of the hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was good value for money, and I wish I could have stayed a 2nd night but the hotel was sold out on Hotels.com and I would certainly stay here again. The Hotel should perhaps make clearer that it is not the same as the Alfred Hotel Port Vieux or revert to its old name (Hotel Anjou) as it was confusing, especially as the phone number and address on Google reverts to their sister hotel.

We stayed in a family suite during peak season. Overall it is a nice enough hotel, the people were friendly, although the room was away from the main hotel (so felt a bit more like an airbnb), and we felt the value for money was not great as a result. Location was good, near to the awesome market and main shopping/restaurant areas.

Excellent Hotel, newly renovated and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was immaculate and my room number 12 had a sea view across the town which was gorgeous. Nice and simple but delicious breakfast, amazing location just 5 min walk to the main beach and 10 mins to petite plage.

The hotel is very charming and centrally located. When I had a small issue with my room, Laura at the front desk was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel, bien situé, est une belle villa rénovée avec goût. La chambre etait un peu petite - il est vrai que nous sommes grands ; mais ce n'est rien, la terrasse est tres agréable, le petit-déjeuner royal, et l'équipe joyeuse, enthousiaste, tres dévouée et très efficace.

Rénovation très réussie ! Un personnel exceptionnel, chambre dans l’annexe tout confort, attention c’est un quartier animé en plein cœur de Biarritz mais c’est aussi ce qui en fait un endroit convivial ! Le petit dej est top ! Et le resto (sur l’ancien parking) aussi .

Évitez la chambre No. 27 de l'annexe, elle est bruyante car elle donne sur 2 portes pour accéder à l'escalier et c'est quand même dérangeant/bruyant avec tout le va et viens.
