Villages of South Walton B324 by 30A Escapes

The location of this unit was perfect for walking to all the best spots in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach! The private beach access was great to have also. The unit has two beach chairs but no umbrella (they do offer rentals at the beach). It's a great option for one or two people who want to be close to all of the action, but it is essentially a small studio apartment with no outdoor space. In fact, the main downside is that the only window in the unit looks out onto the outdoor walkway for the building so anyone walking by could look straight into the bedroom. I kept the blinds closed the whole time, which was fine, but as a result there was no daylight in the unit. Still a great option for a weekend trip, but I might not want to do that for a week or longer stay.

Ruined vacation. The AC/Heater was broken. After 4 days of explaining that the unit does not work to management and that their maintenance staff kept claiming they repaired it. The unit was not operable and was being replaced after my stay. You can only run the ceiling fan over the bed if you have the apartment lights on. Horrible service from Panhandle.

Nice shower

Pool right down the hall wa really nice, well appointed unit. Had all the things you need in a one bed.Couple of suggestions. Some sort of a fan in the bed room would be nice to help with airflow at night. An instruction guide for how to use the washer/dryer combo unit.

It was great we loved it so much! The wait for tram was a little long. But the walk was not bad! We enjoyed easy access to stores and restaurants!
