Property is as advertised. Overall clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere in Pacific Grove and even aquarium in Monterey was only a mile walk. Our group was 3 adult couples so having kingsize beds in each room was nice. We had two small sports cars that fit in garage, though one side was very tight. Driveway/street clearance also an issue. Carpeting in bedrooms is becoming a little worn but we would definitely stay here again!

Highlights are the gas fireplaces in LR and primary bedroom, the large kitchen island, and the off street parking in the driveway. Beds are very comfortable, and all linens are of excellent quality (unlike in some other rentals that are not professionally managed). Finally, the location CANNOT be beat. Just a couple of short blocks from Lover’s Point. Highly recommend.

Neighbor trash and junk was visible from the upstairs and downstairs windows. The carpet in the property at Point Break was stained and the backyard patio furniture and stairs were very dirty. The patio furniture was covered in spiders and cobwebs. When this was communicated to the property management company it was not addressed. The property has a two car garage but it was just too narrow for my daughter to park her Toyota Camry in. There were also NO screens on any of the windows and the daytime weather warranted having the windows open at night. This is NOT a property I would recommend especially for the price.

The larger master suite was perfect for my daughter and son-in-law since they had a 10 month old. The yard was fenced so the dog could go out and walk around when needed. The house is so close to the beach and many restaurants. Very nice to have a garage space we could fit our Cr-v in. Also has a driveway that will hold 2 cars. We would definitely stay there again.

There is plenty of driveway and street parking, and the yard is fenced (if you're traveling with a canine companion.) We would absolutely rent this place again.

We all fell in love with this home and the short distance to the Lover's Point and down town Pacific Grove was such a bonus. We walked everywhere including Cannery Row and the aquarium. We made very special memories with the grandkids (ages 7 and 3). They can't wait to go back and the adults agree.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I booked a last-minute vacation in Pacific Grove at the Point Break property. The property was beyond our expectations with very large bedrooms, a large living room, and a large kitchen/dining room area. The property is located a block from the ocean and allowed us to take some great walks along the water during our stay. the property is also about 3 blocks aways from the downtown Pacific Grove area which is very quaint with many restaurants and shops. The property is also only 5 minutes away from Monterey and 15 minutes away from Carmel. It was a nice stay for our family. The only issues we had were the bathrooms including the showers were not well cleaned before our stay, and the outside trash cans were full. We cleaned the bathrooms ourselves, and we called the property management company to have the trash company come to pick up the trash.

The house was the cleanest we have seen and we have seen many. The open construction on the first floor is a great contrast to some other rentals with small rooms that defeat social gatherings. The WiFi is truly high speed. I measured no less than 50 Mbps to over 200 on the first floor. Some rentals call 3 Mbps high speed. We had a couple of minor problems which were fixed very promptly in a friendly and professional manner. The kitchen is well equipped for a rental. It is close to the ocean, ocean walks, good restaurants, Pauls bakery and the aquarium. We had a great time and hope to repeat the experience next year.

Location is great about 6 houses from beach and 2 blocks from restaurants. House is as described, check in and out a breeze. One tiny point for improvement would be privatizing the glass for both the front and back doors. Literally, anyone walking by can see in through the mostly plain glass front door.

This house was great for our family. Updated, clean, comfy beds, well built (not one creaky floor). Wedged between downtown Pacific Grove and Lovers' Point Beach, the location is ideal for walking. We would stay here again.

The home was a joy to stay in. Location was great and able to walk to shops and restaurants. The only negative I'd like to report, is that handrails should be installed in the main bathroom shower/bath. tub a bit slippery.

Spacious and well appointed. Great location. If I could improve on a couple of things it would be perfect; they are more trash receptacles than just bathroom and kitchen and a better Keurig Machine. We had a great time though. Beds were comfortable. I loved not having to deal with the public car chargers-the last time we were here, 3 of 4 were not working. We have two electric cars and were able to drive from Sacramento to Pacific Grove on a single charge.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stay at Point Break. This house is roomy, homey, and very clean. Highlights are the gas fireplaces in LR and primary bedroom, the large kitchen island, and the off street parking in the driveway. Beds are very comfortable, and all linens are of excellent quality (unlike in some other rentals that are not professionally managed). Finally, the location CANNOT be beat. Just a couple of short blocks from Lover’s Point. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a siblings weekend.. 5 of us. We did activities from Carmel to Monterrey. Great central location. Nice places to eat near by.i would only mention that the rental company requests no shoes in the house, so bring some slippers as it’s all LVT and the floors and especially the steps are very slippery!

The property was beyond our expectations with very large bedrooms, a large living room, and a large kitchen/dining room area. The property is located a block from the ocean and allowed us to take some great walks along the water during our stay. the property is also about 3 blocks aways from the downtown Pacific Grove area which is very quaint with many restaurants and shops. The property is also only 5 minutes away from Monterey and 15 minutes away from Carmel. It was a nice stay for our family. The only issues we had were the bathrooms including the showers were not well cleaned before our stay, and the outside trash cans were full. We cleaned the bathrooms ourselves, and we called the property management company to have the trash company come to pick up the trash.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is surrounded by people who do not maintain their own properties very well. Neighbor trash and junk was visible from the upstairs and downstairs windows. The carpet in the property at Point Break was stained and the backyard patio furniture and stairs were very dirty. The patio furniture was covered in spiders and cobwebs. When this was communicated to the property management company it was not addressed. The property has a two car garage but it was just too narrow for my daughter to park her Toyota Camry in. There were also NO screens on any of the windows and the daytime weather warranted having the windows open at night. This is NOT a property I would recommend especially for the price.

The house was impeccably clean. The management company was extremely responsive, replying within minutes and was highly communicative. The effort of providing a comfortable stay was apparent at every faster of our stay. Entry and access were a breeze. The unit was comfortable - everything from the layout to the heater, to the beds, to the beautiful furniture and hospitable touches - coffee and wine. The entire house was beautiful and high quality. The location is good and you can walk to so many places. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The larger master suite was perfect for my daughter and son-in-law since they had a 10 month old. The yard was fenced so the dog could go out and walk around when needed. The house is so close to the beach and many restaurants. Very nice to have a garage space we could fit our Cr-v in. Also has a driveway that will hold 2 cars. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean, conveniently located and well appointed. We were traveling back and forth to the Women's US Open, and we couldn't have picked a better place. It was convenient to the beach, the small town of Pacific Grove and the Pebble Beach courses. Everyone was so nice and the property management company was amazing!

We spent 3 wonderful days at this beautiful property in Pacific Grove. The home was lovely and the location was central to all the amenities of Pacific Grove and Monterey. The staff were very friendly and confirmed we had made it and were satisfied. I highly recommend this property.

We spent 3 wonderful days at this beautiful property in Pacific Grove. The home was lovely and the location was central to all the amenities of Pacific Grove and Monterey. The staff were very friendly and confirmed we had made it and were satisfied. I highly recommend this property.

Our family had such a wonderful time staying at Point Break. The kids loved the house, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious. Would highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this place is superb. You can walk to just about anything - 25 minutes to aquarium, two blocks from beach, etc. The appointments for the house very good. The EV charger, while supplied with 50 AMP service, is dialed down to a very low rate. It’s ineffective. The owners should raise the preset. I unplugged it and used my own cord.The house is perfect for six people (3 couples), with four sharing a bathroom. We had two couples and two children and it was perfect.The property management company is excellent. They respond immediately and are helpful on every aspect of staying in Monterey. We will definitely stay here again.
