GOLDEN GARDEN HOSTEL POLICY AND CONDITIONS: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PAYMENT POLICY - Payment Before Arrival - Taxes Included - Standard Rate: The full stay may be charged up to 48 hours before check-in or at check-in. - Non-Refundable Rate: The full amount will be charged at any time from the moment of booking confirmation up to 24 hours before check-in. - Payment Failure: If the credit card does not work for any reason, the guest will be notified via Hostelworld email and must contact the hostel via WhatsApp or email to provide updated credit card details or confirm that sufficient funds are available for the charge. - Failure to Respond: If the guest fails to resolve the payment issue up to 24 hours before arrival, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CANCELATION POLICY - Standard Rate: Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged the first night, and no refund applies in case of no-show. - Non-Refundable Rate: No refund applies in case of cancellation or no-show. - Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be requested exclusively through Hostelworld. CHECK-IN: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. - Check-in outside reception hours is only possible by prior arrangement and is subject to an additional fee. - Without formal confirmation from the hostel through our official channels (WhatsApp or email), check-in outside reception hours will not be available. CHECK-OUT: 8:00 am - 11:00 am - Check out must be done by the specified time, but the guest may remain on the property until 2:00 PM at no extra cost. After this time, a Day Use or Late Check-out must be purchased. - To check out before reception opens (8 am), please visit the reception by 10:00 PM on the day before your departure to settle your account. - When leaving, please place the key provided at check-in on the reception desk. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOUSE RULES - It is mandatory to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. - Extension of reservation should be done in advance, confirmed upon full payment. - Cancellations of daily stays will not be refunded. -Guests who do not check out by the designated time authorize the Staff to remove their belongings from the bed and locker. - Security: Keep your belongings secured. We are not responsible for lost/forgotten items on the hostel premises. - Quiet Hours: Maintain silence in the rooms and respect your peers in common areas at all times. Quiet hours are mandatory from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Maintain cleanliness and organization. - Eating or drinking in the dormitories is not allowed. - Fridge use: Place a label with your name and check-out date. - Items without labels will be made available for consumption or removed from the fridge. - Visitors: Only allowed in common areas from 10 am to 8 pm. Non-guests are not allowed inside the rooms. - Use only your assigned bed and locker as indicated by reception. Do not change beds without prior authorization. Contact the reception if you wish to change your bed. - Smoking is prohibited inside the Hostel; please use the designated area. - Drugs are prohibited. - Bringing or consuming outside drinks is allowed, however, storage in the hostel’s refrigerators is not permitted. We offer various options within the Hostel for your convenience. Check out our choices! - Sexual activities are prohibited in shared dormitories, bathrooms, or common areas. - Lost or forgotten guest belongings will be stored for a maximum of 1 month, after which the Hostel is free to dispose of them as deemed fit. - In case of failure to comply with the rules of conduct, the guest may be asked to leave the Hostel without entitlement to a refund.
