We spent a long weekend in June wine tasting and eating! The location was perfect, a brisk stroll to some great eateries in town. The street parking out front is surprisingly convenient. The house was much larger than we needed, and could have easily accommodated another couple. There are two good size bedrooms, two great bathrooms and two lounge rooms!! It is a smaller part of a beautiful large original house, so you could hear the children in the rental next door running up and down the floorboards. It didn't bother us, but if you want solidarity, I'd recommend you pay (a lot more) for a single property rental. No dishwasher, but not a problem for us as we at out. Only recommendations would be that a full length mirror would be great, as would some fire lighters to get the wood burner started more efficiently (to help the uninitiated like me)! Overall a great stay, will definitely come back and have already recommended the house to a few friends.

Very well located, no outdoor space as indicated, extremely clean, short on kitchen crockery for 4 people , seeing there was no dishwashers, but host fixed that pronto after requesting . Beautiful linen & sleeping quarters. Would definitely recommend this accommodation

Seamless checkin. Great communication from the manager. Place is very clean and tidy. The living areas are of a generous size. Kitchen well appointed, the only thing I think the house is wanting is a laundry. Very close to everything the CBD of Orange has to offer, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plenty of on street parking available. Will definitely stay again when we next travel to Orange.

Spacious and clean, located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Easy stroll to main shopping area, restaurants and bars. Lovely big bedrooms, warm central heating and a well appointed kitchen. Loved it!!

A beautiful property however some things lacked. For the cost per night a box of tissues on the property might be included, the front garden is in of TLC and I wish I had checked their was no washer/ drier.

Lovely house, very roomy and comfortable. Excellent property manager, great with communications and fixing a small issue very promptly. The location is ideal for the City Centre and no problem with street parking. We would recommend this property and would easily go back if in Orange again.

We loved the set up of the 2 bedroom cottage. Everything you needed was there. Sadly the oven was not clean and the trim on the door is missing a screw which made it difficult to close. So we avoided using it. That is the only thing we found out of order. Our stay was relaxing and we were in walking distance to the town centre. Thank you for such a lovely property to stay at.

The property is in a renovated old house walking distance to the town centre. Very large and comfortable. Two criticisms though. There was an unadvertised nespresso coffee machine, but the pods provided contained terrible coffee. The bigger issue was that the sheets on the bed were not fresh at all - either someone else had slept on them or they were there unused for an extremely long time.

Main bedroom at back of property has an ensuite and the other bedroom at front of property has a bathroom immediately opposite providing privacy for both couples. Nice and warm with gas heating and a fireplace. Very comfortable beds. The bath towels didn’t fit with the rest of our stay - not fluffy - thin and rough.

The property was exactly as advertised, well located, spacious and clean. There were some minor issues with the bathrooms which were dealt with immediately, and communication with the owners was exemplary throughout. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

A beautiful home. Nice and clean. A short walk into town and not very far for a drive to some amazing wineries Peter was just great to deal with, we had a baby with us, requested a portable cot and we were unable to assemble it! Peter came to the rescue and was all set up within minutes. We would not hesitate in recommending or staying here again

We enjoyed our stay in Orange and loved this cottage. It was so spacious and had everything we needed! The bedrooms were particularly lovely. We were able to walk into town and to the supermarket. We made a day trip to Bathurst which was great and visited Heifer Station winery, a top spot.

We took my elderly mother to see our daughter who lives in Orange as she had never been. Location is perfect. My mother has a walker so the fact the property had 2 bathrooms and easily accessible showers was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful, albeit too brief, stay in this lovely heritage home. It is in a convenient, central location, which allowed us to stroll for shopping and/or dining out, yet it is positioned in a very quiet street. The house itself is clean and well appointed. Our host, Peter, responded quickly to all emails ahead of our arrival and check-in was a breeze. I’d highly recommend a stay whilst touring Orange.

Seamless checkin. Great communication from the manager. Place is very clean and tidy. The living areas are of a generous size. Kitchen well appointed, the only thing I think the house is wanting is a laundry. Very close to everything the CBD of Orange has to offer, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plenty of on street parking available. Will definitely stay again when we next travel to Orange.

Spacious and clean, located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Easy stroll to main shopping area, restaurants and bars. Lovely big bedrooms, warm central heating and a well appointed kitchen. Loved it!!

The property was exactly as advertised, well located, spacious and clean. There were some minor issues with the bathrooms which were dealt with immediately, and communication with the owners was exemplary throughout. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We took my elderly mother to see our daughter who lives in Orange as she had never been. Location is perfect. My mother has a walker so the fact the property had 2 bathrooms and easily accessible showers was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely return.

This was my third stay in this lovely spacious heritage home. This time, we enjoyed self-catering in the well equipped kitchen and relaxing in front of the wood fire. As always, the host was extremely helpful and answered our queries promptly.

Great location - an excellent base for exploring the area. Communication from host was prompt and helpful.We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot with good water pressure. We didn't really do any cooking because we visited with family and ate out a lot (and there are so many options for that in Orange!), but we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge areas after a big day, enjoying a local wine. Will definitely stay here again!
