This is a superb home, very well equipped with lovely views. The neighbourhood is quiet and if you like deer this is the place to come. Excellent games area which we thoroughly enjoyed. We want shuffleboard at home now! The host is incredibly helpful and an excellent set of welcome instructions set us up. We will be back!

Stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The house is spacious, well furnished and the kitchen is kitted out well. We enjoyed having two social spaces with the game room downstairs too. Yard isn’t fenced in, but there’s a nice deck off the main room that can easily be blocked off to contain kids or doggos. Would definitely consider staying here again

Our favorite part of the home is the deck! It has an amazing water view and it was great to sip our coffee out there in the mornings. The house is in a great location, close to everything on the island. The lay out of the house was great, and we loved playing shuffle board downstairs. The host was very reachable and great. The only thing I wish this house had were curtains for the upstairs window and French doors so that we could keep the sun out on those warmer days. Over all a great experience!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here to help celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday. The view was beautiful; we even saw some porpoises swimming around in the mornings. Our stay was pretty much as described, with plenty of amenities to help us get by for the weekend. We especially loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. Only thing we all thought would make the stay even better would be a hot tub! Nevertheless, we all had a blast exploring and experiencing a new place together. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again!

Thank you so much for opening your home for rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the house perfect for our family. We loved sitting in front of the big bay window and watching eagles and other birds while we had coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings! The porch was wonderful, especially since we had really good weather most of the week. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the beach near the clubhouse. We cooked several nights and found the kitchen incredibly well equipped. We also appreciated the extra touches like the snack basket in the kitchen and the essentials baskets in the bathrooms. this lovely home is comfortable and clean with an absolutely breath taking view and a wonderful host. thank you for everything, jeanine. we were very happy in this serene neighborhood… the quiet mornings on the deck were a highlight. the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the house was well-appointed. we didnt use the kitchen for anything other than making tea but it had everything you could imagine needing! i would definitely stay here again. thank you so much!

We stayed last week for a family trip with 5 adults and 4 kids from 3-11. The house was large enough for everyone to have space and privacy while also providing a comfortable and cozy place to unwind at the end of the day. The house was the cleanest and most well-appointed vacation rental we've ever booked. It exceeded our expectations for sure! Communication was up front, clear, and prompt when we had a question. We love our stays on Whidbey and this year was extra special because we could spend it with extended family and all the cousins we able to have real quality time and make lasting memories. We spent a great long weekend enjoying this home. We have six kids between our two families. The house is well located and served our families well. Everything was super clean and very welcoming. Our group of 6 had the best time Jeanine’s lovely home. There is plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We played board games at the large dining table and had loads of fun with the shuffleboard in the basement game room. All the beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets for all the bedrooms. We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast and had everything we needed for cooking. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and the double oven is a huge plus for making a large meal. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Jeanine responded right away. She is a very good host!!! We had an amazing time and would definitely book again when we are in the area.

We had a great weekend with eight people! The house was clean and very well equipped. Nice big dining table for meals and games. Lots of spaces for hanging out, inside and out. The rec room was especially fun. We walked the whole golf course in sections and found fun beaches nearby for walking and sunsets. Good value for a very memorable weekend. m

Comfortable home for our stay with 8 adults. It is in a residential neighborhood. Everyone we met while walking the dog was very friendly. We were here for our daughter’s wedding in Langley, so we didn’t cook any dinners at the home. The view from the living room and porch was beautiful. We had a friendly deer and bunny who visited every day. Also, it was an added bonus that my husband, daughter and son in law loved being close to the nearby golf course. The house was conveniently close to all our needs.

Lot of light on the very nice main floor. The bed in master bedroom is very comfortable but high (short people may need a step up). There is a collection of spices and misc nonperishable food in the kitchen. All the other bedrooms are downstairs, a bit cool & dark but still nice. Use the new Ninja coffee maker with permanent filter & don't add paper filter (the old coffee maker doesn't work well). Neighborhood is upscale and very quiet.

A great house in a beautiful location. We stayed over the July 4th holiday. Communication was top notch. Beautiful view, lots of wildlife, walk to the beach. We visited lots of beaches and parks over our stay. Friendly neighbors and area. Safe for running. Great!

Our family of 7 plus Dobby the dog stayed at this lovely home for 6 days. Communication with the manager was easy - with immediate responses to any questions I had. The house is close to everything - grocery stores, hiking trails, kayaking. We loved the large deck and the view from the house. Saw lots of deer and an enormous bald eagle.

We are Washington natives and this was our first visit home since moving out of state 3 years ago. I knew I had to be as close to the water as I could, and this home was a great spot! Things we loved: lots of natural light, view of Holmes Harbor and a short walk to get to the beach, plenty of space for us to spread out, shuffleboard!! And I was thankful for lots of extra blankets and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices and cooking essentials already in the pantry. We built a fire one night and did s’mores with my 3 year old for her first time, and we LOVED the constant visits from the island deer. It was a comfortable home and our friends who visited enjoyed it as well. The yard was ok but could use some sprucing up, though my daughter had fun jumping off the piles of logs in the front yard. And we were a bit bummed that the neighbors came over unannounced for 3 days of our stay to tear down and rebuild a fence in the back yard for the home-owner. The day they dug holes for posts they woke my kiddo up from a nap and we felt it was unfortunate/inconsiderate that repairs would be scheduled while people were renting, and especially with no notice from the owner. But it was a slight inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay in Freeland. We were thankful to have a fun and comfortable home to enjoy and Jeanine also accommodated an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a pretty quiet spot on the south end of the island.

Things we loved: lots of natural light, view of Holmes Harbor and a short walk to get to the beach, plenty of space for us to spread out, shuffleboard!! And I was thankful for lots of extra blankets and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices and cooking essentials already in the pantry. We built a fire one night and did s’mores with my 3 year old for her first time, and we LOVED the constant visits from the island deer. It was a comfortable home and our friends who visited enjoyed it as well. The yard was ok but could use some sprucing up, though my daughter had fun jumping off the piles of logs in the front yard. And we were a bit bummed that the neighbors came over unannounced for 3 days of our stay to tear down and rebuild a fence in the back yard for the home-owner. The day they dug holes for posts they woke my kiddo up from a nap and we felt it was unfortunate/inconsiderate that repairs would be scheduled while people were renting, and especially with no notice from the owner. But it was a slight inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay in Freeland. We were thankful to have a fun and comfortable home to enjoy and Jeanine also accommodated an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a pretty quiet spot on the south end of the island.

We stayed last week for a family trip with 5 adults and 4 kids from 3-11. The house was large enough for everyone to have space and privacy while also providing a comfortable and cozy place to unwind at the end of the day. The house was the cleanest and most well-appointed vacation rental we've ever booked. It exceeded our expectations for sure! Communication was up front, clear, and prompt when we had a question. We love our stays on Whidbey and this year was extra special because we could spend it with extended family and all the cousins we able to have real quality time and make lasting memories. Thank you for letting us stay!

This property worked out perfectly for our needs. Great central location in Freeland. Roomy and well equipped. The cupboards and pantry were incredibly stocked, especially the pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware. The laundry facilities came in handy and there were plenty of towels and toiletries to go around. Our host was very communicative and provided excellent information about the property, the surrounding area and essentials in case of a power failure. We also had deer visiting us daily which the kids really enjoyed. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Whidbey Island.

The property is at Freeland, WA, which is a central location to stay to explore Whidbey Island. The property manager was very communicative. The house is cozy, clean and with plenty of kitchen supplies. We appreciated fully loaded TV with Spotify, Netflix, and YouTube. It was spacious for a group of four girls. We definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Had a great stay at this wonderful property. Everything we needed was provided and the instructions provided by our host Jeanine were excellent. The property is in a great location, and is close to grocery, restaurants and a number of wineries that accommodate both dogs and children. Comfortable home for our stay with 8 adults. It is in a residential neighborhood. Everyone we met while walking the dog was very friendly. We were here for our daughter’s wedding in Langley, so we didn’t cook any dinners at the home. The view from the living room and porch was beautiful. We had a friendly deer and bunny who visited every day. Also, it was an added bonus that my husband, daughter and son in law loved being close to the nearby golf course. The house was conveniently close to all our needs.

Our family of 7 plus Dobby the dog stayed at this lovely home for 6 days. Communication with the manager was easy - with immediate responses to any questions I had. The house is close to everything - grocery stores, hiking trails, kayaking. We loved the large deck and the view from the house. Saw lots of deer and an enormous bald eagle.

This house was a great places for a quick spring break getaway for our family and my parents. Good central location for the island, quick drive to cute little towns and close to grocery store. The house had everything we needed for meals and was very comfortable to stay with out kids. The heaters for downstairs worked perfect for the colder evenings. Overall wonderful place to stay!

It was close to Freeland Park and a grocery store, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking easy. Our family of 10 gathered to celebrate a 75 Birthday together. This home fit the bid for cleanliness and location. Our group of 6 had the best time Jeanine’s lovely home. There is plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We played board games at the large dining table and had loads of fun with the shuffleboard in the basement game room. All the beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets for all the bedrooms. We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast and had everything we needed for cooking. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and the double oven is a huge plus for making a large meal. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Jeanine responded right away. She is a very good host!!! We had an amazing time and would definitely book again when we are in the area.

Thank you Janean for hosting us. The house was nice and spacious comfortably accomedated our family. Kitchen and pantery were stocked with ample dishes, pots and pans, and spices. Mostly we enjoyed the panoramic view from living room, kitchen and dinning room as well as patio when it was not raining. Overall we had a fun and enjoyable family gathering.

My husband,our 3 children,son in-law and grandson came to Whidbey for a family wedding and decided to stay for a week. The house was just lovely. It overlooked the water,was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most meals. We had a fabulous time and would love to come back and stay here again. It was in a great location on the island.

Thank you so much for opening your home for rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the house perfect for our family. We loved sitting in front of the big bay window and watching eagles and other birds while we had coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings! The porch was wonderful, especially since we had really good weather most of the week. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the beach near the clubhouse. We cooked several nights and found the kitchen incredibly well equipped. We also appreciated the extra touches like the snack basket in the kitchen and the essentials baskets in the bathrooms. Our group of four who were meeting in person for the first time in 3.5 years enjoyed so much about this property for the four days we took it over as our home base for time together at the house and day trips to all corners of Whidbey. The location is a big-plus and within an easy drive to Frank D. Robinson beach for beautiful sunsets. It's also convenient for getting to Earth Sanctuary, Langley, the Meerkark Rhododendron Gardens, Coupeville, and more. The interior design is easy on the eyes. The light. The views. The well-stocked pantry. The kitchen was a joy to cook from and socialize in. The open top floor is made for living in--as a community. And, the beds and bedding (including the pillows) were all comfortable. Loved the towels too! I'd love to have another reason to book this property for a group of four and spend even more time using the space for creative time. Wonderful house. Very comfortable beds. The host was very welcoming. We were especially impressed with all of the extra touches and how well stocked the house was with anything we could possible need. So thoughtful!
