Staff very professional and friendly Wanted to eat in the restaurant on the evening but we sat for 10 minutes and nobody came, the table next too us was not cleared and only 1 boy serving..so we left and just got a drink at the bar Sadly in the morning the breakfast room was quite full and not a great experience The maintenance team decided to move beds and mattress at breakfast andnwhen people were checking out, therefore we had to walk down 3 floors with all our bags because the lifts were full of beds

personale disponibile e cortese nel venire incontro alle esigenze utente (cambio camera per avere una doccia anzichè una vasca). Sarebbe comodo il ristorante interno, ma il servizio si lascia a desiderare (un solo cameriere non riesce a gestire tutta la sala), quindi a una certa ora abbiamo deciso di saltare il dessert e andare a letto. Siccome non è stata rilasciata ricevuta del ristorante, non chiaro se le ordinazioni non servite sono state addebitate o no.

Bon hotel, chambre spacieuse et bonne literie meme si le lit 2 places est toujours séparé en 2 , pas de plateau café/thé ni eau. Sinon restaurant sympa mais pas ouff au niveau du petit-déjeuner!!
