Väldigt bra ställe att bo på med nära till både restauranger, stranden och shopping.

Liliana who worked at the reseption was widely rude and disrespectful and unpolite. She wasnt solution driven and neither happy to help! Just terrible! This brings the whole hotels environment down and totally made our stay for the worse. On the other hand, Mona really strived at reception and made our stay pleasant. Our best regards to her!

Great location and so close to the beach. The GM who checked me in was one of the nicest humans I have ever met. He was so helpful with any questions and recommendations. I was going to the Monte Carlo Grand Prix and he even gave me ear plugs. He is what made this stay a 5 star.

The Jay Hotel is a relatively small hotel with around 30-35 rooms. It's ideally situated for the beautiful promenade, as well as Nice's many bars and restaurants. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful. For us, the areas where it could do better are: size of the rooms and storage space - if you ignore the kitchenette, we had one wardrobe, no drawers - not really enough for a 4 night stay; configuration of the bathroom - eg, the position of our lavatory made usage rather challenging (be advised if you are over 6 feet/180 cm tall); finally, breakfast was typically chaotic as the room just isn't big enough to accommodate the numbers (hence chairs being moved around, and even brought in from reception). If the Jay Hotel could make a few tweaks to make it feel less cramped, it would be a great hotel.
