Struttura piacevole e in linea con quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questo livello. Personale gentile. Ottima la cena. Il menu degustazione era di livello notevole. Carta dei vini ricca con prezzi elevati come purtroppo accade in questi casi. Camera spaziosa e curata con un bagno enorme. La nota negativa è relativa al parcheggio. La cittadina dispone (per ora, in quanto è in costruzione un parcheggio multipiano) di un piccolo parcheggio con prezzi da furto.. Una giornata costa oltre 50 €. L'albergo mette a disposizione un efficiente servizio di supporto che ne costa 40 €. A mio giudizio per chi soggiorna, considerato il livello, dovrebbe essere un servizio gratuito anche se è vero che dal punto di rilascio della vettura gli addetti, su richiesta, portano i bagagli per una salita importante fino all'albergo.

Amazing hotel in quaint small village setting. Wonderful staff very attentive and accommodating. Parking valet is tough to find at night, halfway up hill to entrance of village, but they bring all your bags to your room and park your car for a fee. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, wonderful view, much better in day time. Dinner was $400, too expensive, one drink $45. The only negative to this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure you visit the garden on the top of village only 4 euros.

The welcome was wonderful with an easy check in process and a drink to start. The valet service was prompt, courteous, and professional. They brought the luggage to the room. The staff were all very friendly, polite and concerned about making it an excellent customer service experience. The turn down down service was a nice extra touch. I appreciate all the extra attention to detail at the hotel. Everyone made it a memorable experience. The tasting menu at dinner was wonderful except for one or two items I could not eat. It was very visually appealing and to the taste buds as well. Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place if you visit Eze. The views are stunning from high atop the cliffs. Just be aware if you have any issue with heights.

Wunderschönes Hotel; tolle Aussicht. Man muss schwindelfrei und gut treppentauglich sein…es geht ständig hoch oder runter. Zimmer sehr stylisch, Bett sehr bequem. Leider hat es im Bad keinerlei Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Menue im Restaurant war sehr teuer, aber wunderbar und damit für einmal sein Geld wert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und allzeit verfügbar. Zufahrt zum Hotelservice ist speziell, aber klappt erstaunlicherweise hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

I couldn’t tell from the online photos that there would be so many tourists, so I was really surprised by the crowds. One more thing, after getting out of the taxi, the staff carried our luggage to the room, but I wouldn’t have been able to get there without their help. It might be tough for people who aren’t confident in their mobility or who need a cane. Of course, thanks to that, the view is excellent.

Conheço eze de outras viagens , e sempre quis ficar nesse vilarejo ! Mas foi a pior escolha que fiz . Cidade lotada de turistas , impossível passear na paz no vilarejo . Acabamos nem curtindo a cidade. Não valeu a pena tbm ,pois cada vez que você sai com seu carro , vc paga uma taxa de serviço além da diária do estacionamento do hotel . ( caríssimo ) . Senti falta de bom café da manhã estilo buffet para poder aproveitar a área com vista do hotel , igual a qualquer hotel nesse padrão da França . O café da manhã tem opção a lá carte ou no quarto ! Então se caso vc não almoçar ou jantar , tomar o café da manhã vc não se sente à vontade de transitar nessa área ” comum “. Ou seja , não é um hotel para desfrutar , então não acho que vale a pena pagar o valor dele . Pois vc acaba nem Curtindo o hotel . Tive uma experiência ok . Mas pelo valor esperava bem mais igual piúria hotel Que estou acostumadas a ficar nesse padrão .

Great stay as a whole! The only complaint was that almost every night there was a private event going on in the dining/bar so there was no place for guests staying at the hotel to have drinks or dinner. The hotel should have a place where guests can use regardless of a private event.

Overall a good experience, but by any means a great experience. For a hotel with these ratings, the expectations are not met: none of the showers worked properly- one was leaking, the other one didn’t work. The room is market as it has a balcony with ocean view: that was true, as was ‘some’ ocean view, otherwise it was a lot of ‘roof view’ of the adjacent building. Some of staff members was trying to do their best (the valet team was fantastic as they have a very hard job to move the luggage up and down on a lot of stairs), but some of them just average not something expected from a hotel with such ratings … and rates (ie at check out they charged us one night more for the parking, the offer for transportation was just outrageous- ie 3 times the taxi rates for same type of car…). On the other hand, pleas do yourself a favor and don’t go to the hotel’s restaurant: the service is just bad and the food not so great either (at least for the expectation from a Michelin star restaurant). Let’s start with the reservation: we asked for dinner reservation, and they booked us at 8:00 pm, when the best time is 7:00 pm so you can enjoy the sunset- they didn’t mention / offer this, albeit the restaurant was half booked when we arrived. They asked for formal dressing: don’t worry - they do not reinforce: the people are showing up in T shirts and flip flops. Now the service: we asked for sparkling water, obviously they brought us still water; they brought us the drinks ordered by others …

The location is perfect. The view is amazing. The room was very unique. But the mattress was not comfortable at all and the toilet was not clean when we arrived (had some black dirt inside). Moreover, I forgot something important in the room and they didn’t bother to let me know. When I called to ask > they said they will send it for a very overpriced amount. I expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel..

This one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. I have stayed at many ***** hotels for work. Obviously, Eze is a wonder but Chateaux Eza is unique. It is snall but has great rooms with stunning views. The staff are wonderful, from front desk, to bar, to restauran and I must mention the cleaners.

This boutique hotel is charming and has incredible views! Our room had two fireplaces and a patio we sat at every morning. The tile floors are heated and you feel like you are staying in a castle. We would highly recommend!!!!

Wunderschönes Hotel; tolle Aussicht. Man muss schwindelfrei und gut treppentauglich sein…es geht ständig hoch oder runter. Zimmer sehr stylisch, Bett sehr bequem. Leider hat es im Bad keinerlei Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Menue im Restaurant war sehr teuer, aber wunderbar und damit für einmal sein Geld wert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und allzeit verfügbar. Zufahrt zum Hotelservice ist speziell, aber klappt erstaunlicherweise hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

The location is perfect. The view is amazing. The room was very unique. But the mattress was not comfortable at all and the toilet was not clean when we arrived (had some black dirt inside). Moreover, I forgot something important in the room and they didn’t bother to let me know. When I called to ask > they said they will send it for a very overpriced amount. I expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel..

Overall a good experience, but by any means a great experience. For a hotel with these ratings, the expectations are not met: none of the showers worked properly- one was leaking, the other one didn’t work. The room is market as it has a balcony with ocean view: that was true, as was ‘some’ ocean view, otherwise it was a lot of ‘roof view’ of the adjacent building. Some of staff members was trying to do their best (the valet team was fantastic as they have a very hard job to move the luggage up and down on a lot of stairs), but some of them just average not something expected from a hotel with such ratings … and rates (ie at check out they charged us one night more for the parking, the offer for transportation was just outrageous- ie 3 times the taxi rates for same type of car…). On the other hand, pleas do yourself a favor and don’t go to the hotel’s restaurant: the service is just bad and the food not so great either (at least for the expectation from a Michelin star restaurant). Let’s start with the reservation: we asked for dinner reservation, and they booked us at 8:00 pm, when the best time is 7:00 pm so you can enjoy the sunset- they didn’t mention / offer this, albeit the restaurant was half booked when we arrived. They asked for formal dressing: don’t worry - they do not reinforce: the people are showing up in T shirts and flip flops. This one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. I have stayed at many ***** hotels for work. Obviously, Eze is a wonder but Chateaux Eza is unique. It is snall but has great rooms with stunning views. The staff are wonderful, from front desk, to bar, to restauran and I must mention the cleaners.

There were a couple of things not quite right about this. It's a premium hotel at a premium price. On arrival. We were told that the restaurant was closed for the two nights of our stay and that we'd been sent a message about it. Perhaps we had but the message I received through Expedia was blank with the hotel's logo. So my guess is the cut and paste from Microsoft word without removing formatting characters which rendered their text invisible and Expedia doesn't seem to have a message store where I could attempt to recover it or read it. So I didn't have the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. We were offered dinner by room service. Now in a celebrated restaurant that should be fine. More than fine. But the food that turned up was prepared and served with no love or finesse. I wouldn't serve it at home. And while so many things about this, hotel are right, my lasting memory will be a ball of flaccid called pasta, and the three members of staff who told me they'd sent a message. So that was that with not a hint of apology that the message didn't reach me

The welcome was wonderful with an easy check in process and a drink to start. The valet service was prompt, courteous, and professional. They brought the luggage to the room. The staff were all very friendly, polite and concerned about making it an excellent customer service experience. The turn down down service was a nice extra touch. I appreciate all the extra attention to detail at the hotel. Everyone made it a memorable experience. The tasting menu at dinner was wonderful except for one or two items I could not eat. It was very visually appealing and to the taste buds as well. Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place if you visit Eze. The views are stunning from high atop the cliffs. Just be aware if you have any issue with heights.

Amazing hotel in quaint small village setting. Wonderful staff very attentive and accommodating. Parking valet is tough to find at night, halfway up hill to entrance of village, but they bring all your bags to your room and park your car for a fee. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, wonderful view, much better in day time. Dinner was $400, too expensive, one drink $45. The only negative to this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure you visit the garden on the top of village only 4 euros.

I couldn’t tell from the online photos that there would be so many tourists, so I was really surprised by the crowds. One more thing, after getting out of the taxi, the staff carried our luggage to the room, but I wouldn’t have been able to get there without their help. It might be tough for people who aren’t confident in their mobility or who need a cane. Of course, thanks to that, the view is excellent.

Overall a good experience, but by any means a great experience. For a hotel with these ratings, the expectations are not met: none of the showers worked properly- one was leaking, the other one didn’t work. The room is market as it has a balcony with ocean view: that was true, as was ‘some’ ocean view, otherwise it was a lot of ‘roof view’ of the adjacent building. Some of staff members was trying to do their best (the valet team was fantastic as they have a very hard job to move the luggage up and down on a lot of stairs), but some of them just average not something expected from a hotel with such ratings … and rates (ie at check out they charged us one night more for the parking, the offer for transportation was just outrageous- ie 3 times the taxi rates for same type of car…). On the other hand, pleas do yourself a favor and don’t go to the hotel’s restaurant: the service is just bad and the food not so great either (at least for the expectation from a Michelin star restaurant). Let’s start with the reservation: we asked for dinner reservation, and they booked us at 8:00 pm, when the best time is 7:00 pm so you can enjoy the sunset- they didn’t mention / offer this, albeit the restaurant was half booked when we arrived. They asked for formal dressing: don’t worry - they do not reinforce: the people are showing up in T shirts and flip flops. Now the service: we asked for sparkling water, obviously they brought us still water; they brought us the drinks ordered by others …

Such a beautiful hotel. Enjoyed everything about my stay. The restaurant is fantastic and the terraces are a great place to eat. Everyone was so helpful.

Amazing hotel in quaint small village setting. Wonderful staff very attentive and accommodating. Parking valet is tough to find at night, halfway up hill to entrance of village, but they bring all your bags to your room and park your car for a fee. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, wonderful view, much better in day time. Dinner was $400, too expensive, one drink $45. The only negative to this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure you visit the garden on the top of village only 4 euros.

There were a couple of things not quite right about this. It's a premium hotel at a premium price. On arrival. We were told that the restaurant was closed for the two nights of our stay and that we'd been sent a message about it. Perhaps we had but the message I received through Expedia was blank with the hotel's logo. So my guess is the cut and paste from Microsoft word without removing formatting characters which rendered their text invisible and Expedia doesn't seem to have a message store where I could attempt to recover it or read it. So I didn't have the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. We were offered dinner by room service. Now in a celebrated restaurant that should be fine. More than fine. But the food that turned up was prepared and served with no love or finesse. I wouldn't serve it at home. And while so many things about this, hotel are right, my lasting memory will be a ball of flaccid called pasta, and the three members of staff who told me they'd sent a message. So that was that with not a hint of apology that the message didn't reach me

The welcome was wonderful with an easy check in process and a drink to start. The valet service was prompt, courteous, and professional. They brought the luggage to the room. The staff were all very friendly, polite and concerned about making it an excellent customer service experience. The turn down down service was a nice extra touch. I appreciate all the extra attention to detail at the hotel. Everyone made it a memorable experience. The tasting menu at dinner was wonderful except for one or two items I could not eat. It was very visually appealing and to the taste buds as well. Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place if you visit Eze. The views are stunning from high atop the cliffs. Just be aware if you have any issue with heights.

Great stay as a whole! The only complaint was that almost every night there was a private event going on in the dining/bar so there was no place for guests staying at the hotel to have drinks or dinner. The hotel should have a place where guests can use regardless of a private event.

Paired with exceptional service and panoramic views of the sea, it became a holiday dinner we will never forget. Our room was an absolute masterpiece. The blend of vintage furniture with modern bathroom finishes—and the warmth of the fireplaces—created a uniquely cozy and elegant atmosphere, especially fitting for Christmas Eve. We stayed in a two‑floor family suite, ideal for families with children, and the balcony overlooking the sea offered a view that felt like a dream. It was HOT HOT HOT and the air conditioning was not doing its job so after paying so much money I had to wake up in the middle of the night and ask as to what is the alternative they said the mechanic will come tomorrow. What do I do during the night. Finally they offered a small little dinky fan. Helped us fall asleep that night, the next day the technician showed up or not I don't know, the result did not change, still needed a fan the next day. Not in a 5 star hotel for sure. I think the standards in France are very different of calculating 5 stars than the rest of the world. Knowing that I would have paid $200 more for the other 5 star which I found out is a real 5 star.

If you're overnighting in Eze (highly recommended to avoid the crowds and enjoy a quaint little village to yourself in the evening when they all filter out), this is one of the two best places to stay. As it's a mountainside village, getting help to get luggage up the steps is super useful. The patio which was open to guests only at the time to have breakfast has a beautiful view of Cote d'Azur right over Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat as the backdrop. The room we had was well equipped with a huge bathroom. The restaurant was unfortunately closed for a private event during our stay, but the front desk staff secured a last minute reservation at Chevre d'Or, which was also an excellent experience. Highly recommend staying here.
