Le Saint Aubert

The place is good. And there is a shuttle to the abbey. But don't forget to get your access code. If you come late by car you won't be able to get in without a code. I got someone on the phone after 5 tries, but you shouldn't take that risk.

Very close to Le Mont St. Michel. Small room. Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms which is not nice… Staff is only during service time available… if out of time you have to call a number… difficult explanation about the parking… could be explained more easily…

The room was small and sparse, and the shower didn’t work properly. But the biggest complaint we had was that the hotel did not inform us ahead of time that you have to go through a special gate to get near it and that you need a code to do that. This resulted in about 25 minutes of stress in trying to understand what we needed to do, asking someone for the hotel’s phone number, and then calling the hotel to get the code.

Tienen parking delante del hotel y cuesta 10€ por día. Las habitaciones muy sencillas pero ok, para 4 personas como fue nuestro caso, muy justas ( 2 adultos 2 niños) La limpieza deficiente, mucho polvo sobretodo en las paredes, le hace falta una buena limpieza a fondo, sábanas y toallas muy bien. El entorno es ideal, muy tranquilo, poco tráfico... restaurantes a 1 minuto andando.

Hotel posto in località "La Caserne", per arrivare serve un codice fornito in fase di prenotazione. Si trova a due passi da Mont Saint Michel, raggiungibile a piedi o tramite navette gratuite. Pochi i locali nei dintorni, la sera serve l'auto per raggiungere il vicino paese.

Mise a part la difficulte pour trouver le parking de l"hotel ,sejour agréable

Petit séjour en famille au top, l'hôtel est propre, calme, nous avons bien dormi et le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et à volonté, nous reviendrons

La moquette est très sale et vieillissante. La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée et la fenêtre est brisée. Le wifi ne se rend pas jusqu’aux chambres au fond du couloir. Le déjeuner est à 12e par personne entre 8-10h. Le check-out se fait avant 11h. Les navettes pour le mont sont super avec un arrêt qui dessert les hôtels. Les f1 sont en meilleur état.

Good staff and Clean room

Hôtel très bien situé pour accéder au Mont Saint Michel. Chambre un peu petite mais confortable. Pas très bien insonorisée et propreté assez médiocre dans la salle de bain. Le plafond est peint en noir pour masquer les traces de moisissures, je pense que la VMC ne doit pas fonctionner correctement.

Close proximity to Mont Saint Michel. Nothing much to say about the hotel. It was fairly small but it was clean.

Ok for a overnight stay. Would stay somewhere nicer if longer than 1 night. There was leaves on the carpet in my room, it obviously hasn’t been vacuumed for awhile. No aircon, no fridge. Staff is nice and friendly though, location is very good.

The hotel is the n walking distance of the Saint Mont Michel & Restaurants. However our stay was soured by an attack of bed bugs. After reporting it, calling many times & being told the manager would call me back. I have not received any communication to confirm and ensure no one uses the room we stayed it. Very disappointed !! - The aftermath of the bedbugs has ruined the rest of our holiday healing sores from the blistering. Dis-satisfied Customer

Séjour décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing . La chambre que nous avions n’avait aucune isolation phonique. Nous étions réveillés par tout passage et claquement de porte. Hôtel déconseillé pour un long séjour et en cas de forte chaleur car pas de climatisation ou ventilation. L’hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant. Mais des restaurants aux alentours sont accessibles. Point positif : lit confortable et localisation de l’hôtel.

The hotel is quite basic but a great location for Mont St Michel as you can take the free shuttle or just walk there - perfect also if you want to take some photos of the island at different times of day. Parking outside the hotel is easy. The room had all the basic facilities you might want but it was incredibly noisy - not from other ppl’s rooms but every time anyone was in the stairwell or the corridor I heard everything at full volume. Garden room - technically yes if you call a window looking at some uncut grass and weeds a garden room.

The hotel entrance was not locked the entire night although we were provide with a code. The door was broken. The room door was not possible to lock, so we slept with an unlocked door and were not able to leave out luggage there. The room was extremely small, barely the bed fit in, it was not like advertised, a very narrow high window led to another wall and a roof was barricading part of the window. The tv had no space only above the room door, hence also the size of the TV, no AC and with the size of the window it felt like a dungeon. Asking for a price reimbursement

The hotel is good, it is close to the bus/shuttle stop for Mont Saint Michel, but the reception is closed at lunch time, between 12 and 2 pm, right at the time I arrived and I had to wait for it to open to leave my baggage. I don't consider it suitable for a hotel in a tourist location. Furthermore, the city appears to have no street lighting at night. Be prepared with flashlights.

The check in and getting to parking was difficult. The night clerk was rude and arrogant. The rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The bus to Mont Saint Michel was convenient

Séjour 2jours 1nuit pour visite mont Saint Michel. Les personnes a l'accueil sont très aimable accueillant souriant ( le mr le matin et la dame a notre départ). Chambre au rdc donnant sur un jardin très agréable et sans bruits .navette gratuite a 2-3mn de l'hôtel. Restaurants et une galerie commerciale a côté. Chambre Propreté impeccable rien a signaler, chambre très agréable moderne. Fenêtres dans la salle de bain, sèche serviette, séchoir cheveux. Pour moi personnellement la literie trop molle pour mon compagnon parfait. Chambre pas beaucoup insonorisées ont entendais le 1er soir les voisines japonaises au dessus mais cela n'a pas durée donc sa été. Réveil quand même a 8h du bruit dans le couloir je pense que c'était le personnel du ménage. Mais sinon dans l'ensemble parfait . Petit plus les 2 petites bouteilles d'evian offerte dans la chambre. nous reviendrons sans problèmes dans cet hôtel si nous repassons dans le coin

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Le Saint Aubert. Thank you Christopher for being so attentive. It is rare to find someone so helpful and eager to be of service 10/10 for you. A good stay and the breakfast is good value for money.

Il n’y avait personne pour m’accueillir parce-qu’ils ferment l’accueil sur l’heure du dîner. Très frustrant, j’ai dû repartir avec mes valises et attendre 2 heures. Check-in à 16h00, c’est très tard et incompréhensible. J’ai perdu 2 heures où j’aurais pu visiter le Mont St- Michel.

lovely location, pleasant garden surround. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful, excellent room amenities including a kettle and tea bags ! Excellent shower. Breakfast was exceptional

Chambres pas bien isolés, donc, tout le bruit a été audible… Petit déjeuner moyen pour le prix (9euros)… Par contre, proche des navettes (5 min à pied) pour aller au mont saint Michel. Mont Saint Michel aussi accessible à pied (environ, 30min).

Nuit prévue au St. Aubert en tant qu’étape d’un mini tour de France en une semaine, 2600km de voiture, visite de 7 villes, 5 hotels differents. L’Hotel Saint-Aubert était facile à trouver, mais l’entrée au parking difficile car je n’étais pas prévenu du fonctionnement (comme beaucoup de voitures arrivant après moi), pas reçu de code pour rentrer, service téléphonique injoignable. Rentrés après 25min… pas rassurant pour la suite… Arrivés en fin d’aprèm avec ma femme et mon bébé, nous avons visité le Mt. St-Michel, au retour, les restaurant au sein de la zone étaient tous complets ou fermaient tôt (après 21h rien de dispo pour manger), nous sommes donc ressortis de l’enceinte pour aller trouver un resto dans le village le plus proche. Il a donc fallu payer le plein tarif pour le parking (presque 15€) pour quelques heures, puis il a fallut reprendre un ticket de parking le soir après diner au retour à l’hotel, donc repayer 15€ le matin au départ (donc presque 30€ pas prévus seulement pour le parking). Hotel sans ascenseur, donc avec des gros bagages et un bébé en poussette pas très pratique. Chambre non climatisée. Fenêtre toilette en très mauvais état. Vitre de douche pas étanche parce que système de joint abimé (donc de l’eau partout pendant la douche). A part ça la décoration de la chambre semblait avoir été refaite récemment et l’ensemble était propre et visuellement agréable. Un lit pour bébé nous avait été installé à côté de notre lit, ce qui était agréable.
